Close to the beach and the charming center of Ouddorp, this tastefully decorated holiday home is where you will immediately feel at home. The house is located in the quiet park "De Toekomst," where you can truly unwind. Are you traveling with children? There’s plenty to do in the area! Visit the goat farm “De Mekkerstee,” the seal sanctuary “A Seal,” playground De Flipjes, and of course, the beach itself. Goeree-Overflakkee offers beautiful nature reserves such as Kwade Hoek and 't Flaauwe Werk, and there are countless walking and cycling routes. For the sporty guest, there are ample opportunities for water and beach sports at the Brouwersdam.

Do you enjoy good food? There are many restaurants in the area where you can savor delicious meals.

The house was renovated in 2023 and features a brand-new kitchen and bathroom. The living room is cozy and stylishly decorated, with a comfortable sofa and rattan chairs. If the weather is less favorable, you can make yourself comfortable by the fireplace. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. For the little ones, there is a safety rail on the bunk bed for extra security. The house is also equipped with a washing machine and a safe. The bathroom has a modern shower and toilet.

In the enclosed garden, you can relax on the lounge set with a drink or dine outdoors at the garden table with adjustable chairs. Your dog is more than welcome, and on request, two small dogs may be allowed. The garden is fully fenced with a 1.60m high gate, so your pets can play safely.

In the shed, you’ll find two ladies' bikes and one men's bike, one of the ladies' bikes equipped with a child seat. These bikes are provided by the owner. Please note, although the bikes are regularly maintained, no guarantee can be made regarding their condition or usability.

An additional advantage is that this house, Toekomst 23, is located right next to the house Toekomst 24. This makes it ideal for two families who wish to vacation together but still want their own space. Both homes offer the same peace and comfort and are perfect to rent together for an unforgettable holiday!
