EN VENTA - Cabina de aguas profundas

Cabaña rústica con jacuzzi y muelle privado en una cala de aguas profundas. Un montón de agua y pesca excelente se garantiza el doble decker muelle con plataforma de baño. Idealmente situado en el centro del lago Lanier, cerca de donde el río Chattahoochee se encuentra con el río Chestatee. El Duckett Mill Campgrounds y una rampa de barco público están a pocos minutos. Hay fácil acceso tanto a Port Royal Marina con el restaurante Pelican Pete y Gainesville Marina con Scoggies restaurante.

Disfrute de tiempo de lago y cookouts en la cubierta expansiva que domina el lago con vistas increíbles. Usted puede ver el lago de casi todas las habitaciones como la casa se encuentra en un pequeño punto en una cala aislada.

Hay una canoa y kayak de pesca para su comodidad. Sólo le pido que lo haga funcionar en una casa solariega segura, siga todas las leyes de navegación y use los chalecos salvavidas o guárdelos a mano.

Los perros bien educados son bienvenidos, pero hay una tarifa por mascota no reembolsable de $ 100 por limpieza adicional. También se mantendrá el 100% responsable de cualquier daño causado por su mascota. Se recomienda no permitir que los perros sucios y mojados adentro hasta que estén limpios y secos. Great getaway location

My husband and I rented this and it was perfect for us! We loved the hot tub, sitting out on the deck, fishing off the dock. This was a perfect vacation for us and we will definitely be back!

Charming!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was quiet amd peaceful and just what we needed. We enjoyed fishing and caught some good sized catfish. We brought our yorkie and he had a blast as well. I had a hard time following the step by step directions on the tv and Mark was very pleasant and helpful when we had to call him. Great place to staywith a wonderful host.

Awesome retreat

Great stay

What a great place! We had a blast. Great cabin right on the lake with a bot house, dock, and so much more. We had the best time with our two pups in this dog friendly cabin. Can not recommend highly enough.

Quick Getaway

This was a great place for a quick getaway! Very clean, beautiful surroundings, and owner was very communicative. I loved the videos he prepared for where to park, how to turn things on, etc. I would stay again. My only caution to anyone looking to book this property is this cabin is perched on the side of a very steep hill. The sleeping quarters are all down a flight of narrow circular stairs. Getting down to the dock and back up to the cabin can be a bit precarious as well. This would not be good for small children or adults with any mobility issues. I did not have my dogs with me on this trip, but my small dogs would probably not have been able to navigate the stairs and would have had to been carried down. Not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of.

Cozy and peaceful

This was the perfect spot to stay while visiting family in Gainesville and taking some day trips to Mount Yonah and Helen. The location is quiet and peaceful. Beautiful views of the lake. We would love to come back in the summer to explore the lake. The owner is very responsive to questions and we had a wonderful stay.

Perfect weekend getaway

We had the most amazing and memorable time at this property. The dock is everything you want and more for a weekend of fun and relaxation. The property is so beautiful- the interior is very comfortable and the exterior is nothing but beautiful views. Perfect cove. We will definitely be back!

The house is absolutely lovely! We enjoyed our stay very much - stayed here while my husband was at a sailing course. There was plenty for me and my 2 sons to do at the house during the week. Very cozy home and location. Thank you :)

Private, quiet, yet close to town

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. We loved how super private and quiet the location was, as this is a dead end street. Close to restaurants, Publix, etc. The cabin itself was really cute and very clean and well kept. We would definitely come back! Only con was that our dogs were scared to go down the spiral stair case, but this was easily remedied by walking downstairs outside on the side yard and entering the bedroom via the downstairs slider. Overall highly recommend!

Love the Lake
