COMPLEJO / COMUNIDAD
El Constante ha sido un hito de la costa del golfo de Texas por más de 30 años. Este complejo familiar bien mantenido es el destino frente a la playa que visitará su familia para crear recuerdos que durarán toda la vida. Desde cualquier unidad, puedes escuchar el suave murmullo de las olas en tierra y estar a solo pasos de kilómetros de playas azotadas por el viento en Texas.
Comience el día con una taza de café y un agradable paseo por el malecón mientras disfruta de un hermoso amanecer sobre el Golfo de México. Varios destinos de comida y entretenimiento son actividades cercanas y populares como la playa y la pesca en el muelle; surfear, montar a caballo o simplemente relajarse y tomar el sol están al alcance de su mano. El nuevo Waves Resort Waterpark ahora está abierto y está a solo 3 millas de distancia. Si traes un bote, apreciarás el acceso cercano a los lanzamientos de botes y el sistema de canales aquí en la isla.

INTERIOR
Puedes dormir 6 en este condominio de dos niveles con vista a la playa recientemente remodelado en el segundo piso. Ambas habitaciones se encuentran arriba y cada una viene con su propio baño. En la planta baja ofrece la cocina abierta, comedor y sala de estar, así como medio baño y lavadora y secadora.

-Camas (para 6): dormitorio principal con cama queen size, dormitorio de invitados con cama doble sobre una cama matrimonial (litera), sofá cama queen en la sala de estar.

-2 piso piso

- Se proporcionan sábanas para cada cama y toallas de baño para cada huésped..

- Se requiere una estadía mínima de dos noches.

-Los invitados de Padre Escapes deben tener 25 años de edad y tener una licencia de conducir estatal válida u otra identificación aceptable.

Nice condo close to the beach and pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we liked the condo. But the kitchen was not stocked very well with cooking supplies (no mixer, not any large bowls, etc). The pots and pans were in poor shape (rusty and peeling nonstick finishes) and I was only comfortable using two of them. The beds were too soft and lumpy so we ended up moving mattresses to the floor. But we liked how uncluttered the condo was and were grateful we could use a washer/dryer. We would stay there again. The previous units we rented all have some issues and these weren’t that bad. I’ll just bring more cooking items from home.

Carpet was nasty

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The upstairs looked like a dog pooped everywhere, brown stuff smeared all over. We couldn’t watch TV because we couldn’t get the sound on, instructions for remotes are needed! This is our third time coming back to Padre Eacapes and every sliding glass doors and very hard to open and close, our kids could not open them. We asked for a refund because Hurricane Baryl was coming and they wouldn’t give us a refund unless it was a mandatory evacuation. It was such a disappointment that we drove all that way for a 20 hr stay.

Quiet and close to beach

We absolutely loved that this condo was on North Padre and right at the edge of the developments. The beach was clean and not overcrowded. The view from the condo balconies was really nice because it was so close to the beach. The pool at the condo was nice as well!

BEST WINTER EVER

The complex is RIGHT on the beach, the heated saltwater pool and hottub are great, and we met a lot of new friends. The on-site hosts are very friendly and will help answer any questions you have. The unit itself is very spacious with modern appliances and a washer/dryer. The queen bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The bathrooms (2-1/2) were fairly spacious and the showers were great. The only complaint I would make (a minor one) is that the sleeper sofa in the living room has seen better days. We loved staying here and have booked it again for next winter!

Nice place and nice atafd

The condo we great. It was warm even though the wind was rough and cold, but it is the middle of December. The hot tunnel was great, nice and hot!
