Baggergate House is a stunning period property in the centre of the city of York. With three bedrooms, two twins and a king-size, this property can sleep up to six. There is also two en-suite WCs, a family shower room, a kitchen, a living/dining room. Outside there is road-side parking as well as a car park, while the front garden is a patio with furniture and the rear has decking, furniture and a private hot tub. Baggergate House is a luxury retreat in the heart of York city.
Amenities: Gas heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. One parking space permit is available at request and there is the option of a car park nearby at £13 a day for additional cars. Front garden patio with furniture, rear garden with decking, furniture and a hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.1 miles. Note: The fire in the living room is for decorative purposes only and is not in use. Please note: This property is in a residential area; please ensure you are respectful towards the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm.
