This 3 bedroom property has been completely refurbished to a high standard by the owners.

Set in the shadows of York Minster and just a few minutes walk to the heart of the city centre. The ground floor of the property has a very spacious open plan lounge and dining area with comfortable seating, LCD Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and a dining table to seat 6 for dinner.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you'd expect to find in a property of this standard including a coffee machine. Just off the kitchen is a ground floor wc with sink.

Moving up to the first floor of the property there are two of the bedrooms. The first of which is the large master bedroom that comes with a tremendously spacious shower ensuite. The second bedroom is next door and features twin beds. The main family bathroom is also on this floor and has a bath with an overhead shower.

On the top floor there is another twin room in the attic complete with drawer unit and clothing rail.

Although there is no parking as such with the property there is a car park very close by where you can park for 24 hours for around £15.

The property will accept one well behaved dog but please be aware all pets must be kept on the ground floor area.

City family break

Location of this property is great for walking in to York, the street is very tight for parking though. The house has 3 good sized bedrooms and clean bathrooms but is in need of some tlc and a refresh. The lounge would benefit from curtains to help add comfort and maybe extra seating in the lounge if 6 people were staying. The back yard was nice to sit in but again could do with a tidy up.

Location was great

Location was great just outside the city walls and it was really easy to walk into the centre of York. Everything was comfortable and there was everything you need. The host was very responsive when we had an issue with the central heating.

Great stay, couldn't fault it

Lovely place, roomy, well equipped and had everything we needed. Maybe a few condiments stocked in the cupboard, like olive oil might be useful, but not a negative that they didn't have it. Slightly tired looking in the corners, but clean and it's not a problem at all. Would 100% stay again!

Great 3 bedroom property close to the walls of York .We stayed over New Year and had a great few days in York exploring. Th property was warm and had everything that as needed for a great stay. Check in instructions sent before my arrival were very clear and easy to understand

Perfectly positioned property with everythign you could need. Nice quiet street, had a wonderful and peaceful nights sleep and beds extremely comfy. The space is unbelievable and the proeprty feels super airy. We really enjoyed our time here and would reccomend to everyone. Thank you

Good space and location but could do with being refurbished

This house looked good at first glance (and in the pictures) but everything was very cheaply done, with stained furniture and a filthy stair carpet, bodged flooring etc. The stairs to the second floor bedroom were so steep that it would fail building regulations; the pipes made a knocking noise in the ensuite bedroom which disturbed sleep. There was no welcome pack, not even milk - generally not a great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious 3-bedroom property. The layout was comfortable and perfect for relaxing, with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The home was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. It’s an ideal place for families or groups looking for comfort and convenience. Highly recommended!
