Welcome to our two-bedroom apartment, perfect for couples, families with kids, or small groups of friends! Apartment is located a short walk away from the Lapad promenade, beach, cinema, supermarket, and local fresh market.
One bedroom features a spacious and comfortable double bed, along with a wardrobe and a TV. Another bedroom has a bunk bed suitable for two. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cooking, and the private terrace with a garden is the ideal spot to enjoy. Private bathroom includes bathtub, and we also have washing machine.
You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself Free parking is also included, along with access to your own private terrace and garden.

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

Really nice and clean appartment with small garden. Veranda is perfect during the spring. Perfect location: within 5': busstation with frequent bus to old town (3,20 2wayticket), supermarkets, ... within 10' walking: beach, walking path nearby the coast, harbour, ... Correct prize (much better then in the old town). Good description from the location, easy to check in ourselves.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

We were visiting family in Dubrovnik and the location of the appartment was great. The garden is perfect for the kids to play in and there was shadow from the trees. Short walk to the beach, the dock and stores. There was everything we needed. Plus for parking place. Our family with two kids (1 and 4) had a pleasant stay and would book again.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Martina’s place was ideal. Easy walking distance to a great beach locally (Sunset Beach) and ideal for local restaurants and bars. Ubers to the old town are easily picked up right outside and cost around 10euros. The apartment was spotlessly clean and quiet. Upstairs neighbours can be heard moving chairs etc but it’s not a problem. Lovely to have some shady outdoor space in the garden, nice for breakfast.

Erittäin hyvä, tilava ja kodikas asunto. Siellä oli kaikki, mitä tarvitsimme lomallamme. Sijainti oli oikein hyvä. Lähistöllä oli bussipysäkki, josta kulkee bussi vanhaan kaupunkiin usein. Kivoja ravintoloita ja ruokakauppa löytyivät lyhyen kävelymatkan päästä. Kaunis ja rauhallinen naapurusto. Special place!

Fantastic location – just steps from the harbor, beach, promenade, shops, nature and great restaurants, bus stops (10 minutes to old town). The apartment had everything we needed: a cozy bed, warm shower, mosquito screens, a well-equipped kitchen, a nice terrace, washing machine and even a comfortable workspace for remote work. There was enough space for two people to feel comfortable. Cleanliness was okay. Martina and her team were friendly and communication was easy and quick. Thank you for a great base to explore Dubrovnik and beyond

High-end vacation!

Le logement de Martina est très bien situé pour se rendre à la vieille ville de dubrovnik. le bus se situe à 2 minutes à pied. L'appartement est très bien aménagé avec 2 belles chambres, une véranda très agréable et une petite terrasse parfaite pour prendre les repas au frais le matin et le soir. Le restaurant en face peut être un peu bruyant mais les fenêtres sont assez isolantes. Nous avons eu un léger problème avec une fenêtre en arrivant mais il a été très vite résolu grâce à la réactivité de notre hôte et de la conciergerie. merci encore !

L'appartement de Martina est magnifique, fidèle aux photos, propre, calme et tout équipé : climatisation, moustiquaire, lave vaisselle, lave linge, et nous avons eu l'agréable surprise de trouver de la lessive, des sacs poubelles, des tablettes de lave vaisselle, du papier toilette ; plein d'attentions qui prouvent l'attention portée aux visiteurs. L'appartement est idéalement situé, à 15 minutes en bus de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik et à quelques minutes à pied des commerçants mais aussi de la plage de Lapad et de ses restaurants. L'accès à l'appartement était très simple et facilitée par une excellente communication. Merci à Martina pour sa très grande disponibilité et sa gentillesse, nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans son magnifique appartement et sa belle terrasse et dans cette ville superbe. Je recommande à 200%
