BORNA Two bedroom apartment with terrace

Welcome to our two-bedroom apartment, perfect for couples, families with kids, or small groups of friends! Apartment is located a short walk away from the Lapad promenade, beach, cinema, supermarket, and local fresh market.
One bedroom features a spacious and comfortable double bed, along with a wardrobe and a TV. Another bedroom has a bunk bed suitable for two. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cooking, and the private terrace with a garden is the ideal spot to enjoy. Private bathroom includes bathtub, and we also have washing machine.
You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself Free parking is also included, along with access to your own private terrace and garden.

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

We were visiting family in Dubrovnik and the location of the appartment was great. The garden is perfect for the kids to play in and there was shadow from the trees. Short walk to the beach, the dock and stores. There was everything we needed. Plus for parking place. Our family with two kids (1 and 4) had a pleasant stay and would book again.

Stay in April 2025 (family with 2 teenagers)

Really nice and clean appartment with small garden. Veranda is perfect during the spring. Perfect location: within 5': busstation with frequent bus to old town (3,20 2wayticket), supermarkets, ... within 10' walking: beach, walking path nearby the coast, harbour, ... Correct prize (much better then in the old town). Good description from the location, easy to check in ourselves.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Martina’s place was ideal. Easy walking distance to a great beach locally (Sunset Beach) and ideal for local restaurants and bars. Ubers to the old town are easily picked up right outside and cost around 10euros. The apartment was spotlessly clean and quiet. Upstairs neighbours can be heard moving chairs etc but it’s not a problem. Lovely to have some shady outdoor space in the garden, nice for breakfast.

Special place!

Fantastic location – just steps from the harbor, beach, promenade, shops, nature and great restaurants, bus stops (10 minutes to old town). The apartment had everything we needed: a cozy bed, warm shower, mosquito screens, a well-equipped kitchen, a nice terrace, washing machine and even a comfortable workspace for remote work. There was enough space for two people to feel comfortable. Cleanliness was okay. Martina and her team were friendly and communication was easy and quick. Thank you for a great base to explore Dubrovnik and beyond

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Nous étions ici pour fêter l’EVJF d’une amie. Nous étions idéalement situés, plutôt au calme, tout en étant à proximité du bus qui nous emmenait directement à la vieille ville, pour rejoindre les animations, activités, et bons restos. Le lieu était globalement propre et bien rangé. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement.

High-end vacation!

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment agréable dans ce logement, idéalement pensé pour une famille de 4 personnes. La place de parking privée est un vrai point fort, très appréciable ! L'emplacement est parfait : commerces, restaurants et marina sont accessibles à deux pas. On ne pouvait pas rêver mieux. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit et espérons y revenir !

Мы хотели остановиться на пару ночей, но к сожалению долго добирались из Боснии и получилось побыть в Дубровнике только один день. Жилье чистое, было всё необходимое, описание того,как добраться до места было точным и очень подробным, мы сразу всё нашли, удобно, что есть парковка возле дома. С радостью вернемся!

un logement très bien placé" qui permet de visiter dubrovnik sans problème, prés d tout, soit a pied ou par bus. restaurant, supermarché, promenade port, arrêt de bus, boulangerie, tout très près, avec une place de parking attitré sur place et machine a laver sur place. Martine vous répond rapidement, toujours et essaie de faire son maximum. merci pour tour.

Extraordinary journey!

Erittäin hyvä, tilava ja kodikas asunto. Siellä oli kaikki, mitä tarvitsimme lomallamme. Sijainti oli oikein hyvä. Lähistöllä oli bussipysäkki, josta kulkee bussi vanhaan kaupunkiin usein. Kivoja ravintoloita ja ruokakauppa löytyivät lyhyen kävelymatkan päästä. Kaunis ja rauhallinen naapurusto. Kaikki toimi, sisäänkirjautuminen oli helppoa ja majoittaja vastasi viesteihin nopeasti ja ystävällisesti. Suosittelen erityisesti lapsiperheille!
