Incredible view of the ocean and Lokrum Island and Old Town Dubrovnik with living room, kitchen table, and kitchen, full bathroom and bedroom. The washing machine was invaluable for washing our clothes. The location was right on the bus line (#8) to get to Old Town. It is high up in the building with many stairs but worth it for the view. There is a lovely little market in the building where we could get items for breakfast, lunch and snacks. The host was very communicative, responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this for Dubrovnik.

Our stay at the Belvidere Suite in Dubrovnik was absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning, communication was seamless and professional, which set the tone for a great experience. We were pleasantly surprised and truly grateful for the upgrade and it made our trip feel even more special. The suite itself is beautiful, and the view is simply breathtaking, the kind you never forget. Everything exceeded our expectations, and without a doubt, we will be staying here again on our next visit to Dubrovnik. Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment

Great apartment with a gorgeous view from the balcony of the old town and Lokrum island. The apartment is in a quiet residential area about 20 mins walk from the old town. Or there is a bus stop a couple of mins walk away that takes you into town and runs roughly every half hour. There are lots of stairs up to the apartment, but there are lots of stairs everywhere in Dubrovnik and its worth it for the view. Check in was easy and good communication with recommendations of things for us to do.

Great Apartment with Fantastic Views

We stayed her over a week and things were perfect. I was slightly outside the Old Town and ideal for 2 great beaches (down the steps). Great balcony with views of the Island and Old Town. Air Conditioning was fantastic. The host was super helpful and accommodating and we would strongly recommend the place

Great apartment

The apartment was great, it followed the online ad. The self check-in was super well explained by Niksa. Niksa was very responsive by watsapp and give us a lot of advises for Dubrovnik. The view from the apartment was incredible. The only two negative points I could say about this apartment were the decoration a little bit old and the location a little high up, which prevented us from doing everything on foot. Thank you Niksa.

4 days in Dubrovnik

The location is great, a bit of a walk from the old town and lots of stairs, but it’s in a very quiet neighbourhood so it’s makes for a relaxing stay when you come back to the apartment after a long day out! The balcony has a breathtaking view of the sea and of the old town. The communication with the owner was very quick and efficient. The apartment had everything we needed.

Excellent séjour!

Nic est d'une grande gentillesse et l'appartement était impeccable. Très bien situé par rapport à la vieille ville de Dubrovnik...une douzaine de minutes à pied seulement. De la terrasse de l'appartement, la vue est magnifique. Appartement bien équipé avec stationnement privé très pratique! La plage est à 5 mn à pied et est très agréable. Épiceries, boulangerie, restaurants, location de scooter etc...tout est à proximité. L'environnement est calme et très agréable. Nous avons énormément apprécié et souhaitons y séjourner à nouveau.

Delightful Dubrovnik

This property is actually a little gem. Very comfortable with stunning views of the old town and harbour. Our host took very great care of us with advice and support to make the most of our stay. We were greeted with a bottle of wine! We would use the apartment again because of his hospitality and the great views.

Fantastic apartment

My partner and I stayed at the apartment for a week in June and had a great stay. Nik, the owner, responded to all emails promptly and was there to welcome us when we arrived. His knowledge of the local area and history of Croatia was very helpful and he was always happy to answers any questions. The apartment is well equipped and cleaned once during the week. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, with views out to Lokrum island and the old town. Perfect breakfast spot! We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a self catered holiday in Dubrovnik.

A great place to stay!

We spent a week at Nik's apartment at the start of August and found it a great place to stay. The apartment was clean, plenty of fresh towels and the kitchen was well equiped. The view over the bay was fantastic, and in particular towards the old town. The apartment is convenient for the beach at Sveti Jakov (our favourite) and also the bus stop which takes you all over Dubrovnik. Nik was very helpful and knowlegable about what to see and do which added to our stay. Overall, well recommended!

Lovely apartment

We had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment. It was very clean and had everything needed for 2 people, including a balcony with fabulous views. The location was great, only a short walk into the old town, but also not far from a nice quiet beach away from the town. We received great service from the owner, and would definitely recommend this to others.

This apartment is in a wonderful peaceful setting with unmatched views over the town and sea. Every morning is like looking at the opening scene of a James Bond movie. Nik is a fabulous host with a wealth of knowledge from a lifetime in the area.

Wonderful views of the old town

The apartment is very well located, a short walk from the old town of Dubrovnik (do take into account that there are some stairs!), supermarkets and the beach. It offers wonderful views of the blue sea, the old town of Dubrovnik and Lokrum island. The owner is very helpful and friendly.

Niks Place

We enjoyed staying in this very quiet area of Dubrovnik with fantastic views from the balcony (which is big enough for a table and two chairs) overlooking the sea to the island of Lockrum and across to Dubrovnik old town. The apartment is at the top of the building so there are a few flights of stairs to climb. There are also a lot of steps to climb from the bus stop to the building itself. We walked around the road on a couple of occasions instead. It keeps you fit though and helps to walk off your evening meal! The property is as listed. It is clean and tidy with a maid service cleaning the apartment every 4th day. Both heating and air conditioning is provided if needed. The twin beds in the mezzanine were comfortable. We would have preferred a double bed, but that is a minor thing. If you are tall you may find the sloping roof in the sleeping area a bit of a challenge. If you want to cater for yourselves there are adequate facilities to do so. There are a couple of grocery shops close to the town. If you have a car there are supermarkets further afield. There are lots of eateries in the town. We particularly enjoyed eating at the "Dubravka 1896" with its views of the city walls, the sea and the forts. Nik was very friendly and welcoming ensuring that he was there to meet us on arrival. He was very helpful. He dealt with our inquiry quickly and contacted us the week we were due to arrive. He arranged for a taxi to collect us from the airport but we used the shuttle bus for our return journey. He also gave us lots of ideas of places to visit and how to travel around without a car. There is also the opportunity to use the pool or sit on the terrace of the Hotel Argentina where Nik works. We enjoyed soaking up the history of Dubrovnik. We bought a Dubrovnik card which saved us some money. It entitled us to entry into museums, art galleries, walking the city walls and several bus fares. We chose not to hire a car and were glad we didn't because parking is at a premium. We found that the buses were a good way to get around locally. We booked a couple of tours, but you could hire a car to travel further afield. There are lots of boat trips on offer from the old port. We managed to visit Lokrum island eventually. The boats to the island only operate if sea conditions are very calm.

AMAZING PLACE!!

A great apartment with the most fabulous host! Nik is a wonderful friendly person who is really passionate about ensuring you have a wonderful time in his local city. He is knowledgeable and passionate about his home town and reallly wants his visitors to experience as much as they can. The apartment is great, wonderfully clean, everything you need is there, Nik has really thought of every detail - including the welcome bottle of wine!!! The view is like non in the town. Amazing to wake up to every morning and I was not jealous of any of the local 5 star hotels - as they just didnt have our views!! It really made the holiday and those wonderful evening nights on the balcony looking at the city lights and boats out on the harbour! A perfect place and we can not wait to visit again!xxx

As a graduate from the Dubrovnik Faculty of Tourist Economics, I was promoted to the reception Manager. For the past 20 years I have enjoyed this job which is ongoing. During your stay,if you wish,I could advise and answer any questions to make your holiday more pleasant and fulfilling. When you arrive on your request I can organise the transfer from the airport to the apartment. I wish you a pleasant stay, Nik.

Overall the apartment far exceeded our expectations. Extremely clean, well-equipped, comfortable and fresh towels available every day. The apartment was about a 15 minute walk from the town but this was compensated for by the beautiful views.
We ate on the balcony every breakfast and evening looking out over Lokrum Island and watching the sun set over Old Dubronik... A real bonus
Nik the owner was very friendly and could not have done more to make out stay more enjoyable. We will be back!

"A view to die for!"
My friend and I stayed at this apt for 3 nights towards the end of May and it more than came up to our expectations. Nik the owner was very friendly on hand during our stay if we needed anything as well.It is a compact apartment but spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay.Most of the time we were in the apt we sat out on the balcony where the view was breathtaking - Lokrum Island straight ahead and to the right Dubrovnik Old Town and Harbour. We had breakfast there every morning without fail. The bathroom was beautiful with plenty of pristine white towels available.
If you're looking for a cheap, clean, well equipped apartment with a great view and comfortable walking distance from the Old Town then look no further!
