Perfectly located on the best part of Dubrovnik, just across Libertas Rixos hotel, with the best views on sea, islands and Old town, our guesthouse is perfect for exploring Dubrovnik and area.
You can enjoy on beautiful 40 sqm terrace with sea views!
Tennis courts are also 5 minutes from house, you can rent equipment or bring yours and enjoy the tournament :)
Studio apartment is for 2 persons, 27 sqm living space and 40 sqm terrace with sea view, bathroom is with shower and has washing machine. Summer kitchen consist of fridge, fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, oven and kitchen utensils.
TV, air conditioned, has wi-fi, and sea view.

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 1o min away buy a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

Brilliant service!

A perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik. Out of the main tourist space near the old city, but an easy walk to there plus other attractive locations. The outdoor area is a "gem". We spent many afternoons out there chatting, enjoying the view and a glass of wine. Supermarkets, bakery and restaurants all in close proximity. The view from the garden is fabulous, looking out over the bay and down the coast towards the old city. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Major-league holiday!

The outside space is stunning. It is everything described in the listing. Once we found the location Slavica was very helpful with parking as you are on a narrow two way street. We were able to walk everywhere as we are very active. It was great to be outside of Dubrovik as it is very busy and driving would be a nightmare. The inside space is rustic and no frills. We stayed 3 nights.

Enjoyable location to explore the Dubrovnik area.

The location is perfect. 5min drive to a harbour with lots of restaurants, 5min drive to the old town parking. In both cases a 30min walk. There are parking spots on the street in front of the appartements and they also have large terraces where you can soak up the sun. Very nice view over the sea and Lokrum island. Had a nice stay away from the hustle and bustle of the old town.

la struttura si trova a circa 2 km dalla città vecchia raggiungibile a piedi in 20 minuti o in bus , a breve distanza ( 10 minuti a piedi ) c'è una bella spiaggia di pietre-ghiaia e a 5 minuti c'è una piattaforma di rocce per fare il bagno . la camera è discreta arredamento un pò datato , una piccola cucina e un bagno piccolo il plus è un bel giardinetto con tavolo e sedie e terrazza vista mare . gentilissima e disponibile la ragazza che ci ha accolto .buon rapporto qualità prezzo considerando i prezzi alti di dubrovnik

Extraordinary journey!

Location is amazing. Really nice beach within a few minutes walk. Can easily walk to old town in about 25 min. Lots of restaurants around. Check in was good just had to wait awhile due to some miscommunication, check your what’s app as it seems the owners are using an agency to run their bookings for them and the agency doesn’t communicate well with them. We also didn’t expect to have other guests/family there during our stay and some of the pictures used aren’t available to you. But still a great place to stay for the price with a nice spot outside to enjoy the view!

It's a lovely spot and I'd happily book it again

The host was able to accommodate a slightly earlier check-in for us. The main bedroom is spacious with aircon. We found the place clean and comfortable overall. The best feature of the property is it's access to nearby beaches and walking distance to the old town. It's a lovely spot and I'd happily book it again.

Nice view, the small things count

The view was outstanding, information provided for directions but we got lost in the dark and found it difficult to find. Once we found it was situated in a beautiful location, with great views. The taxi men wanted to leave us at the entrance to hotel at top of the street which would be difficult to get luggage to location. Thankfully we hired a car the next day

Admirable and clean accommodation!

The apartment was very close to town in a quiet area near the beach. I would have liked if there had been a microwave in the kitchen. The outside space was great as the weather was fabulous. The dog at the rear of the property was noisy at times, so if you are not a dog lover it may disturb you. The recommendations for restaurants was great.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

If you’re looking for an accommodation outside of the Old Town, especially if you’re exploring the area with a rental car, this place is a great option. Beautiful scenery right outside the front door, there is a little staircase below you can walk down to the water which is nice. Old Town is a bit of a walk, 20+ minutes, but we used Uber to get back and forth, it wasn’t too expensive.

We were so happy here, the location is absolutely stunning. The apartment itself was a bit smaller than it looked like in the photos, but that didn't bother us. We slept well and especially enjoyed the deck in the morning -- there is no better place to drink your coffee than looking out at the bay.

Sur le site qui propose le studio certaines photos sont celles d un autre logement beaucoup plus grand. En fait vous arrivez dans un studio tellement petit qu une personne dans la cuisine bloque l acces a la douche et au wc. Pas de four, pas de micro onde, deux plaques electriques d un autre age (40 min pour faire des pates). Vaisselle minimaliste. Grille pain dont je ne me serais pas avanturer a utiliser. En fait le point positif c est la terrasse qui est magnifique, mais on ne loue pas une terrasse.
