A solo unos pasos de la arena. Estás en el lado sur de Fort Myers Beach. Cerca de Bonita Springs, Lovers Key y solo un rápido viaje en tranvía hacia el extremo norte para visitar Times Square, el muelle y muchas tiendas y restaurantes. Great view

The views to the northwest along the beach are the best on the island. And from the 12th floor you can see everything. We loved watching the sunsets from the balcony every evening.

Highly recommend

Loved out of time and will surely visit again. The unit was comfortable and clean and provide all the comforts of home that we needed. Truly was an outstanding host who was always put to respond if any We had prior to our visit. When we arrived The unit was exactly how described and we were not disappointed. The rental process was easy And we cannot say enough about the views From the unit..

This unit has it all.

My daughter and I stayed in this condo for a week and couldn't have been more pleased. Everything we needed was provided, the grounds are kept clean and getting more beautiful by the day. I was especially grateful for a powerful blender that made my protein shakes perfectly. The glider chairs on the balcony are comfortable. There are books, puzzles and games in the cabinet. The new 7-11 is convenient as well as the CVS store, both within walking distance. My communication with the condo manager was prompt and she went the extra mile to make our last day there even better. I hope to book this unit again in the next year.

Outstanding

From beginning to end, our stay here was phenomenal. We had great communication with our host and loved the location. This condo was well-appointed with everything we would want. The view is spectacular and the proximity to the beach is ideal. It was perfect for my spouse and I the third week of Jan, 2024. Reviews often say more about the reviewer than the property. In light of that, I will disclose that we are particular and quite fussy when it comes to where we stay. In this case, we wanted clean, a good bed, a balcony and the beach. We give this place 5 stars in all categories. We were warned to have low expectations for the island, grounds, and lobby as Ian’s impact is palpable. Even with the warnings, we weren’t prepared for what we saw outside the unit. This Penthouse unit is a safe haven as a town rebuilds. The unit has all new appliances, floors, windows, slider, furniture, etc. This is quirky, but these things are important to us and we celebrates discovering them at this condo: good water pressure, an elongated bowl toilet, 3 ceiling fans, great window blinds, a Keurig maker AND regular coffee maker, lanyards for keys, and an optional, hidden built-in accordion room divider if one wants to sleep and the other wants to stay up. These were great discoveries. CVS pharmacy is virtually across the street; Publix grocery is a 5 min drive. We are grateful for warm memories having had a great week. Special thanks to our hosts! We sure hope to return.

Winter getaway

The condo was great right on the gulf. We didn’t have great weather but we were able to do lots of walking along the beach and collecting shells. Everything in the condo was great. Stocked with every thing we could possibly need and the check in process was super easy. I would definitely come back again.

A week in the sun

Had a great time staying at this condo. Was right on the beach and was well stocked with beach furniture, cooler, etc.. Fantastic views from the PH balcony. Condo was just as it is pictured in the adds. Highly recommend.

Amazing

This condo was absolutely perfect! The owner/manager was so easy to communicate with. The location was great, the view from the balcony was amazing, it’s clean and everything you need is provided. We will be back next year if at all possible. Thanks for helping us live the dream if only for 2 weeks at a time. Lol

Best Equipped Unit Ever...and Superbly comfortable bed!

We've stayed in several condos the last several years and this one has to be the best equipped one we've ever stayed in! Quality vacuum, beach chairs, kitchen pots, mattress, etc! Very pretty beach decor! This was perfect for my husband and I. I have always wanted to visit Sanibel/Captiva Islands to shell and there was nothing there in our price range available, so we chose Fort Myers. It wasn't a bad drive at all from the condo. Beautiful grounds! We were disappointed that the pool closes at 7:45 as we love to swim about 45 minutes at the end of our beach day, so be aware of this! Lastly, the communication by the owners was great! We would happily stay here again!

Wonderful vacation condo

We enjoyed our stay here for the week! The condo is perfect for two people! The condo is clean and the bed is comfortable! The view is beautiful and the beach and swimming are just steps away from the building. We rented a pontoon from the marina right across the road behind the Santini Plaza!

A Fabulous Vacation in a Welcoming Condo

I'll bet you are thinking, "Gee, only 575 sq. ft. Isn't that kind of small?" We thought exactly the same thing, but you can put that thought out of your head. This condo's accommodations are so well thought out that you will swear you are staying in a place double the size. I have a long list of positive things to say. Let me begin by saying that the cabinet arrangement in the bedroom is one of the most clever ideas I've seen. No dresser needed, so floor space is saved. The amount of cabinet storage is beyond what anyone could need. There is under-cabinet lighting for reading at night, and there are counters below the cabinets which give ample space to spread out. We love ceiling fans, and this one has 3. We didn't use the air conditioning once. Naturally, that is a personal preference, but for us, if we can produce a nice cool breeze at night without A/C, that's our preference, and the fans worked perfectly. Everything is clean and well maintained. We found no maintenance issues whatsoever. The kitchen is well-appointed with the usual appliances, but more importantly, the cookware, plates, and flatware are of very good quality, which is not always the case in rental condos. The view? The floors are numbered the way they do it in Europe, so we were actually on the 13th floor, which is called the penthouse (PH). The view is breathtaking. We watched the sunset every evening, sat on the lanai for meals, feeling the breeze, watching the ocean, and loving that we never encountered a flying biting insect. The Queen size bed is quite comfortable, with lots of pillows. Not all beaches are created equal, but this one is among the best we have encountered. Sandy, deep, long, and inviting. We prefer the ocean, but if you like a pool, this one is very nice. Mandatory for me is that I have an outdoor shower to rinse off after being in the ocean. There are 3 of them, so I was happy. A computer table is provided, for my laptop, and the WiFi is excellent. Plenty of facial tissue and toilet tissue provided. You're going to think this is funny, but we have one complaint. We needed a large, non-serrated knife to cut watermelon. Hey, I wouldn't be a normal renter if I didn't complain about something. Finally, and most importantly, Julie, our host, was communicative and responsive to our needs, beyond what we have experienced elsewhere. Thank you, Julie. We will most definitely be staying here again.

Amazing views of the gulf

Awesome place to stay at. The condo is a lot nicer than the pictures. The entire complex is very well maintained. We would highly recomend staying here for a couple. Our only wish is that the pool would stay open past 7.

Perfect beach side getaway!

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was the best we have rented by far. The view of the ocean was amazing from the balcony. The beach & pool were 3 minutes from the door! It was very clean and the owners/hosts were excellent to work with. We will be back!

Perfect place to stay and relax!

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a little over a week. We loved how this property was far enough away from the business of the northern part of the island, but close enough to drive to restaurants/check out other beaches/etc. We did have a car during our stay, which made traveling very easy. The view from the balcony is amazing, the pool was great, and the beach being right there is a huge draw. The condo was very clean and was stocked well with things we weren't even expecting, which was great! There was quite a bit of construction going on in the street right in front of the condo buildings, but not much you can do about that. We did have an issue with the AC unit one morning, but the owners were responsive and immediately worked to resolve the issue. Great place and my husband and I both agreed we could see ourselves coming back here in the future!

Quiet….

This end of the beach was less populated which is exactly what we were looking for. The unit was small but we didn’t care as there were only 2 of us! Easy access to beach-literally 30 second walk as beach is RIGHT there. Easy walk to more populated if that is your thing. The unit had beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, etc. Close to shopping and restaurants. The decor in the unit is a bit dated but we were there for the beach and it completely met our needs! Sit on the balcony and watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Quaint space

Perfect Getaway

The size was big enough for the two of us. It was completely stocked with everything we needed. We never wanted for anything while we were there. I will definitely use this again and refer to family and friends.

Outstanding Sunsets

We had a very nice stay. The sunsets were absolutely outstanding each night! The place is beautiful. We were hoping to use the trolly, but it didn't work very well as far away as this condo is, so I would recommend renting a car. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We love this condo - we stay several times a year, and can't get enough time there! It's our favorite place to be. :) The beach directly out from the condo is one of the best features. The view from the balcony is amazing and we spend a lot of time sitting on the balcony overlooking the gulf. We enjoy the pool too. It's so great to hear the waves from the gulf while we sleep.

The condo is located on the south end of the island, which is quieter, and less congested during the season. Across the street is Santini plaza, which has great restaurants and stores. Across the bridge is Lover's Key, which is a great state park and beach to visit.
