Edificio "A" - 1 dormitorio, 1 baño, 517 pies cuadrados condominio en el noveno piso con vista directa al golfo. Recién pintado en agosto de 2018 con muebles y decoración nuevos. Nuevo televisor de pantalla plana de 48 ". Este condominio en Estero Beach and Tennis está directamente en la playa con impresionantes vistas del golfo. Mire la puesta de sol desde la terraza del 9 ° piso. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada para sus vacaciones. El dormitorio tiene una cama king size. The condo has a direct beach view. The room was clean and had many beach amenities-beach chairs, beach umbrella, noodles, cooler, etc. the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Great place to stay, very clean and front row seats to the sunset every evening! This host had everything you could possibly need for your stay in the kitchen and owners closet and had great communication. We would definitely recommend and will be back!

We couldn't be happier about our week long stay in this unit. The Gulf views were so spectacular that we decided to eat on the balcony most evenings, which was not our original plan. The kitchen is stocked with all we needed to cook though, so it made it easy. All of the beach gear was well utilized and appreciated. The shower consistently had hot water and great pressure and there are so many toiletries, if you accidentally forget something. My husband and I both said we would absolutely stay here again when we visit. This was my first time back since the hurricane and while there is still plenty of construction happening, it did not in any way impact our vacation. The beach is beautiful and we have bag fulls of shells and sand dollars. Communication was so proactive and friendly with Kristie. Thanks for a fabulous visit!

EARLY MAY STAY

No issue with reserving condo. Found it clean and in order and nicely stocked with basics. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony……shaded most of the day. Overall a very nice week on the water!

Wonderful stay in 905A

Sunsets from this condo are amazing. The condo was super clean and organized with everything we needed. We ate in most evenings to take advantage of the sunsets after great days at the beach and pool areas. The beach was great for walking - north was best as the south is still impacted by the renourishment project; but the beach is looking great. We also got ubers to a couple of restaurants in the evening and it was very convenient. Overall a 10 experience ….. thank you Kristie for being such a great host!

Birthday Vacation

Physical description regarding inside of condo was accurate. The rest of the listing information was pre Ian. There are no restaurants within walking distance, as listing states there where (3) across the street at Santini Plaza. This plaza has only a few open businesses, not even worth the walk across the street. We spent far too much time in the car just to find a restaurant. Note, if you don’t eat dinner at 3:00 pm you can expect a 1hr 52minute drive just to get over the bridge to Doc Ford’s. Only other option is to drive south inland to Bonita Springs. Also did not get the awesome ocean view as pictures show in listing, our view was construction equipment as this was base location for ongoing beach restoration. I was only informed of this just prior to our arrival. Understanding that the owner had no control over timeline of this restoration but she does have control of how she represents her condo. This information should have been relayed to any prospective renter when the first contact is made before any money deposit is made, not after all monies are “non-refundable”. By far this was not our first trip to Ft. Meyers Beach but it may have been our last. This was the most disappointing vacation we have ever had in our (25) years of traveling. The VRBO website for this condo needs to seriously updated.

Perfect Beach Stay

We loved the view of the beach from our condo and how well furnished and supplied with so many extras of items you wouldn't expect to be supplied! It was well-maintained and very clean! It's nice to see that the grounds are getting a lot of care and coming back from the hurricane! We definitely want to come stay here again!

Great beachfront get-away!

We so enjoyed our stay with a beautiful view of the ocean from our 9th floor balcony. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. We loved being so close to the swimming pool and the beach. The host communicated very well from start to finish to help everything go very smoothly. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to go back soon.

Great condo and excellent view

905A is well equipped, nicely furnished, offers a good selection of beach gear, and has a great gulf view. Kristie is very responsive and concerned about her guests. We do a lot of cooking and didn't need any items to complete whatever we wanted to do, Recliner is also a nice touch and is better than a couch in my opinion. Two minor negatives: unit has a tub instead of walk in shower and the freezer door wont open all the way, but the shower is a personal choice and wont matter to all. I will not let either of these prevent me from renting again. As to the overall complex: still some construction (and there will be for a long time) and so the security at the main door is lacking and there is some noise. If you are familiar with the beach pre-Ian you can forget everything you remember. The beach has moved about 40 feet inland and is almost non-existent at very high tides, so we just waited for low tide. On the plus side, the lagoon has shrunk. Shelling was fantastic this trip.

Cousin and myself had an amazing stay. My eighth time staying at EB&T. This was however the most favorite and comfortable unit ever! Plan on making this unit our go to every future stay. Thank you to the host, friendly and accommodating!

Vacation in Paradise

The condo was absolutely perfect for the two of us. Everything you may need during your stay has been thought of. The king-size bed was so comfortable. The views of the gulf of mexico and the skies were breath-taking each day from the condo. Kristie was easy to contact and a joy to talk to. The condo is exactly as it looks on-line, creating a feeling of vacation in paradise. A Publix is 2 miles away, and there are several restaurants in the area. We took a sunset cruise and there is wonderful kayaking in the area. We traveled to Sanibel Island, and the shell shop there, the Lighthouse Beach and the National Bailey-Matthews Seashell Museum is open and delightful. We definitely would recommend this rental.

Perfect Vacation Stay

So much good to try and accurately describe. Let’s give this a try. 1. Kristie was VERY responsive to all of our questions. She typically got back to us within an hour. 2. Kristie was very flexible with our stay. She helped accommodate our flight times change and helped make the vacation very memorable. 3. Location is fantastic. Quick drive to a multitude of restaurants or beaches. 4. The beach and pool were so convenient. The area is still under construction with the repairs from IAN. You just need to be flexible and everything will work out just fine. 5. The condo was very clean and well stocked for the beach. We had a great time and enjoyed the great views from the balcony. Excellent sunset view! I have never left a review before but I felt someone as accommodating as Kristie deserved acclimation. I would highly recommend this location for a vacation.
