VILLA KING Luxury Three Bedroom Apartment

The Luxury three bedrooms apartment in VILLA KING is located in an excellent position in Dubrovnik, just in front of the Old Town. It takes only 15 minutes of leisure stroll to arrive to the most popular street in the centre of Old town – Stradun.
This luxury apartment, with a total area of 150m2 is located in private VILLA KING.


Just 500 metres from the beach, Villa King is 1 km from the UNESCO-listed Dubrovnik’s Old Town. It offers modern-style apartments overlooking the Adriatic Sea from a furnished balcony or a terrace. Free WI-Fi, a dishwasher and a flat-screen TV are standard amenities.

All apartments have modern furnishings and comprise a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a living area. Each features a bathroom with a hairdryer and a washing machine. A terrace with barbecue facilities is at guests’ disposal.

The nearest grocery store is 150 meters away. The Main Bus Station and Ferry Port are 4.5 km from the Villa King. Dubrovnik Airport is at a distance of 20 km. Free private parking is possible on site.

Casa en Dubrovnik

Excelente experiencia en esta casa, unas vistas increíbles y todo estaba muy nuevo. Las terrazasque tienen son geniales.....un pequeño lujo.

A wonderful trip to Dubrovnik

Villa king was the first stop of our 12 day vacation in Croatia. The villa is lovely and the view from the terrace is breathtaking. We had everythng we could possibly need and Banje Beach and the old town were an easy 10-15 minute walk. Ubers were plentiful and cheap and we did not need to rent a car. And like all the Croatians we met, Mario, Jansa and Lukas were a pleasure to deal with. They could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend this beautiful property.

Lovely stay at villa king

Very happy with the apartment. Spotlessly clean. The outside area provides stunning views. An easy 20 minutes walk to the old town. Mario was very helpful and on hand to quickly answer and help with any queries.

Absolutely fantastic

We are a group of 6 friends who stayed for 4 nights. Communication with Mario before we came was great, he organised airport transfer for us with Alen who we then went on to use for the rest of the trip. We stayed in the 3 bed penthouse which is lovely. The decor is to a very high standard, beds are super comfortable and there was a lovely bottle of wine and cakes left out for us. The views over the coast are beautiful and the old town is very close, approx 15 minutes down a gentle hill. If you are coming to Dubrovnik and considering booking Villa King then i would say 100% go for it, you wont be disappointed!

FANTASTIC STAY

We stayed at Villa King for 3 nights and wished that we stayed longer. The pictures and description can't begin to tell you how beautiful Mario's place is. The views are so gorgeous that you don't want to leave the place to venture out. It is in a very good location. Mario was very responsive and met us at the apartment on checking in and checking out - great guy. There is a little bit of a walk down a hill to get to Old Town but there are very inexpensive Ubers readily accessible to get around if needed. Mario arranged for an airport transfer with Älen" and we actually used Alen for a few more rides around Dubrovnik. We are now in Split and we wish that we would have stayed in Dubrovnik and Villa King as Split and the place we are staying now cannot begin to compare to Dubrovnik and Villa King. If we ever get back to Dubrovnik, we would definitely stay at Villa King. Do not hesitate for a minute to stay at Mario's fantastic apartment.

The only place to stay in Dubrovnik

This place is even more incredible than it looks in the pictures. It’s a 15 minute walk from old town and, even better, there are secluded public swimming spots very close by that allow you to escape the touristy areas. Mario and his family were amazing hosts and made us feel like part of the family. I highly recommend staying here!!!

Amazing time in Dubrovnik

We had an amazing time in the 3 bedroom Villa King. Everything is as described and very clean with a well equipped kitchen. The host was so helpful. She even made a reservation for us for our anniversary dinner. She was the best host we have ever had. Would definitely rebook if coming back to Dubrovnik.

Magnificent Dubrovnik home away from home!

Perfectly situated in a hillside with amazing views and just a short ride from the historic walls. Generous space that’s tastefully decorated and equipped. It was perfect for luxurious relaxing indoors and outdoors. Parking space was super convenient. Host was accesible and very helpful when needed. Would recommend/rebook in a heartbeat!!!

Incredible home in stunning location

Our three-generation family of six spent 10 fabulous days at Villa King and highly recommend. Winter in Dubrovnik is beautiful and crowd-free. The apartment is spacious, beautifully and comfortably appointed, and perfectly located with a gentle 15 minute downhill walk to the old town. Space is comfortable and well designed as shown in pictures. 50 steps from parking to the 3 bedroom apartment. Since we arrived on Christmas day and stayed through New Year's, we didn't meet Dino but he arranged for groceries for our arrival and check in with a gracious and lovely neighbor/family friend. Great home base for day trips to Montenegro, Split, Korcula Island, Mostar and beyond.

Definitely luxury!

We stayed here with our toddler, my husband’s parents and another couple. The space was beautiful and the two terraces for your use also provide fabulous views. Everyone here we were in touch with was very accommodating and worked hard to make sure we had al that we needed.

Perfect stay in Dubrovnik

We had an amazing time staying at Villa King. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and it was luxurious, immaculate and huge! It had it's own private outdoor dining area and a seating area that overlooked the Old Town of Dubrovnik. There is also a second outdoor patio that overlooks Lokrum island. The villa is about a 10-15 walk down a gradual hill to the Old Town. It is absolutely gorgeous and so well equipped with every modern high end amenity you could want, right down to the luxury bathroom soaps etc.! And what puts this property over the top is the amazing family that runs it. We were met by the son who helped us with our bags and gave us a very thorough orientation to Dubrovnik. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and fresh pastries. The family lives on site so we saw them numerous times and they were so hospitable and helpful. After American Airlines cancelled our flight and stranded us for 2 additional days, they were so gracious about welcoming us back. I can't say enough great things about Villa King and this wonderful family - it's a real gem.

Incredible location and hospitality

Jasna and her son Dino were charming, incredible hosts for this beautiful location. The apartment was beautifully decorated and spacious, with a great outdoor terrace where we spent evenings enjoying the beautiful view of Dubrovnik. They made us feel very welcome, even giving us towels to take to the beach. The location is very walkable to the old town, air conditioning worked beautifully for the hot weather. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it for your trip to Dubrovik!

Amazing

Breathtaking views are abundant in the Villa King! The apartment is clean and stocked with amenities to make your stay comfortable. Easy walk to the city center. Many different beach options or swim off the rocks which are accessible with stairs across the street. We will definitely be back as we didn’t have enough time- you will want to factor in an additional day in your travels for hanging out at the Villa....so much to do in Dubrovnik. 10 stars for view and cleanliness!

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE

We have been renting homes abroad for over 25 years, clearly this was the best rental experience we have had. From the moment we arrived and graciously greeted by the owner Dino we were treated like a family member. The family could not do enough for us, from helping us with luggage to helping park the car. If you are considering a trip to Dubrovnik just put this down and book Villa King while your dates are available. This is a 5 Star property with a beautiful and carefully chosen decor. There are 3 spacious bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom and the two upstairs share one. Even the bathrooms are well appointed and thought out. Villeroy and Bach fixtures and on and on. Now the really amazing part. The view from the top veranda is a stunning view of the sea and Old Town Dubrovnik a great place to enjoy a meal or just sit and enjoy the great local wine. Inside the main house have equally stunning views. The kitchen if you enjoy cooking has everything you need to prepare and serve your own meals. We rented a car for day trips and had a private parking space for our use. Old Town is close enough for a 15 minute walk into town as it is impossible to park your car in the city. Uber is also available and we used them with great success. Look no further and enjoy Villa King as we did for a truly fantastic and memorable trip. Don Bleau

Viel Platz für alle

Villa King (das Apartement mit 3 Schlafzimmern) ist ein wunderbarer Platz zum Wohnen in Dubrovnik. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie versorgten uns mit wichtigen Sightseeinginformationen und hatten bei unserer (zu frühen) Ankunft kühle Getränke und Knabberein für uns, die wir bereits auf der Terrasse genießen konnten, während wir auf die Schlüsselübergabe warteten. Das Apartement bietet genug Platz für 6 Erwachsene und auch genügend Rückzugsorte - sowohl innen (Wohnzimmer, Speisebereich, Couch auf der Galerie) als auch außen (2-teilige, durch eine Mauer getrennte Terrasse mit Wohn- und Essbereich plus einen zusätzlichen Balkon neben dem Esszimmer). Alles ist sehr sauber und ganz neu und edel eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage ist auch sehr angenehm. Das Apartement entspricht den Fotos voll und ganz. Und das Beste: die grandiose Aussicht auf die Altstadt von Dubrovnik von der Terrasse aus - bei Tag und bei Nacht!!! Der Weg in die Altstadt ist leicht zu bewältigen (in die Stadt leicht bergab ca. 15 Minuten, retour leicht bergauf ca. 20 Minuten). Wem das zu anstrengend ist, der kann den Bus nehmen, der direkt vor der Villa seine Endstation hat. Stufen gibt's am Weg nur am Gelände der Villa King selbst, aber wie gesagt, der Aufstieg zur Terrasse lohnt sich sehr :-) Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können Villa King in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen :-).

Loved Villa King!

We loved Villa King and Jasna and Dino could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. It was super clean and comfortable with a fantastic terrace and breathtaking views to the Old Town and Islands. Location was great - 10 mins walk to the Walls and a bus stop outside the door. There were a couple of beaches a few mins walk (lots of stairs) from Villa King. Jasna and Dino were wonderful hosts, helping us to book restaurants and drivers for excursions and always on hand to help - over and above expectations. A great trip made extra special by staying at Villa King!! Thank you.

PERFECT

Five girlfriends and myself arrived in Dubrovnik for 4 nights of a 2 week holiday in Croatia for our 50th birthdays. Villa King was our best accommodation. Absolutely perfect with stunning views from the balcony, beautiful decor, great comfortable beds, walking distance to the old town and local beaches. A wonderful, wonderful stay.

This property exceeded our expectations

Our stay in Dubrovnik was lovely. We immersed ourselves in this beauty that lies on the edge of the Adriatic Sea. Many of our more special memories were made within our Villa King apartment. Everything we required was provided , but the best part for us was the balcony , outside dining area and beautifully decorated terrace. It is the views from each of these places that are our most special memories. The benefit of our hosts was something we did not expect . They were professional , but friendly and approachable . They measure their success by the satisfaction of how their guests measure their complete Dubrovnik experience . They freely share their knowledge and experience and because of this, as guests, you leave feeling you've had the best experience possible . Thank you to Jasna and Dino from the bottom of our hearts.

Lovely villa..fantastic hosts!

Everything we wanted as a family! Certainly has the 'wow' factor... lovely decor, very thoughtfully equipped and clean, stunning views by day and night over sea and old town.. Jasna and Dino are the most wonderful hosts.. nothing is a problem. ( a pool would be the icing on the cake!)

Perfect

This place is perfect. Close to the beach, quiet, peaceful and beautiful. My wife didn't want to leave. The outdoor dining room and living room were perfect. The owners are wonderful people and go out of their way to meet all of your needs.

Amazing Apartment

We can't say enough good things about the beautiful apartment. It had everything you need, and the view is over the top. We relished every moment we spent on the patio. The location is great and we enjoyed exploring the area including lots of stairs to hidden coves. Five days there gave us plenty of time to truly discover Dubrovnik. Highly recommended. I would have to say that working with HomeAway was terribly disappointing. A glitch in their system said we had paid when we did not and no one could fix it. No offer to cover the extra 50 Euros we had to pay to PayPal was made despite our request.

VILLA KING is located in excellent position. This is residental area in bay, in front of island Lokrum and Old harbor of Old Town. Views from all terraces are amazing, and from windows and balcony. It is in quite area, surrounding with greenery, and needs only 15 minutes slow walk to arrive in Old Town.
Lot of our guests say : is one milion $, view!!!
