Bien equipado y totalmente amueblado estilo loft apartamento ubicado en el centro de Ginebra con encanto. Situado cerca de bodegas, restaurantes, Ginebra-en-el-Lago, Lago Erie y el Instituto Spire. Ubicado en el segundo piso, así que debes poder subir escaleras. 2do sofá cama queen size se encuentra en la sala de estar. Ocasional calle y el ruido del tren como propiedad se encuentra en una zona del centro.


Mi esposa y yo hemos viajado mucho y hemos alquilado en todo el mundo, así que hemos incorporado lo mejor de nuestras experiencias en nuestras ofertas de alquiler. Esperamos ayudar a hacer su estancia agradable y memorable.

The loft is in the center of the town. You get the small town life here. Walk to local businesses, the train passing is my personal favorite. The place was very clean and had nice decor. Really it was the perfect size for my family, having the bedroom and couch bed. My daughter was pretending it was a detective business (has that vibe). There were drinks and snacks which came in handy.

The apartment was very nice and clean, and everything we could have needed was provided. Robert was great to communicate with and provided many suggestions about what to do in the area. I would definitely recommend this location.

You have to stay here!

We travel mostly in the U.S. and I would say this was the #1 place we've ever stayed for uniqueness, thoughtfulness and comfort. The owner, Robert, will respond to you quickly and give you thorough information about your stay. We needed a hotel in Geneva for July 4th, as we have immediate family who own a very small, one bathroom cottage on the lake. In the past, we've stayed there, but this year many distant relatives/friends wanted to come, so we gave up our spot. We are SO HAPPY that we did! Staying in this loft was the highlight of our weekend. We want to stay again in the future...fingers crossed that there is no "room in the inn". All of the reviews that you read are spot on, except we didn't hear any train/traffic noise because the owners provided white noise machines. It was the most peaceful, restful night's sleep that we've had in a long time...absolutely dreamy. They provided everything that you need for a comfortable stay plus more; plush towels, toiletries, snacks, coffee, delicious bottle of local wine, fresh fruit, flowers, close parking...even the lighting was spot on...very unique layout and thoughtful decorating choices. We honestly wish we could have just stayed there and "hung out" in the loft. I told my husband, "I could easily live here!" But alas! We did travel 11 hours to see family. Oh well, we hated to leave. :( Book this loft now! You won't regret it. BTW, it's even cooler than the pictures show. :)

Inviting and comfortable stay in Geneva

If you’re looking for a clean and well appointed place to stay in Geneva, this is it. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. It’s a convenient location, right in town, with private parking and a couple of nice outdoor areas. We thought the layout was unique in a really nice way. The bedroom and living room are separated by an entryway, which works well for early birds and night owls who travel together. The kitchenette area has everything you need for a weekend, and the nice selection of treats were appreciated! The bathroom has a good design with an area to hang clothes and organize your things. I’ve seen reviews mentioning noise, but it didn’t bother us at all. When you rent a unit directly in town you can expect some sound from cars. They do what they can to help with a noise machine as well as provide earplugs for those who want them. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again if we return to Geneva.

Wonderful!

The location is perfect. Beautiful view of the street. The apartment is ADORABLE! The bed was comfortable! (I've stayed in some places with VERY uncomfortable beds.) The host was so thoughtful! Everything was so clean and they really though of everything you could need! The shower was spottless and the hardware sparkled. Perfect water pressure and heat! Very pleased with the entire weekend!!!

Excellent Stay!!

This was our second stay at Robert's properties and once again he exceeded expectations. The property is updated, spacious, Very Clean and of course the snacks, K-cups, and the bottle of wine were very much appreciated. Any communication with Robert has been quick during both stays and we highly recommend staying at any of his properties.

Labor Day stay

Our stay was amazing and we cannot wait to go back . From booking until check out we were thrilled . Plenty of great spots within walking distance wether for a bite to eat or some drinks or catching a game . The strip a short drive away . The apartment itself was so comfortable and charming . always like staying in unique properties, enjoy the history and repurpose of buildings. And this one filled the bill and also is central to the places we wanted to visit. Robert is a great host and thoughtful to his guests. 2-3 night visit is perfect for here.

Summer Weekend

My wife and I stayed at the lofts for a weekend trip to celebrate pur anniversary. Robert was there to greet us when we arrived, and gave us a great rundown of the apartment and things to do in the area. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again, wonderful little spot!

Would highly recommend

This property was absolutely amazing. They have literally thought of everything and every little detail. Fresh flowers, fresh fruit, fluffy bath towels, soft sheets, room darkening shades, Wi-Fi, smart T.V, waters and snacks. I cannot say enough great things about this property. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

High Vibe

Beautiful space! I only booked this place to sleep at while visiting family at the lake but I really felt at home there. Plenty of sunshine from the large windows to enjoy your morning coffee. Extremely clean and extra water and fruit were appreciated.

GOTL Fall Getaway

We stayed at the loft for an extended weekend getaway this Fall. The property was quaint and immaculate in the old downtown building and included everything you need to feel comfortable. The location is right downtown so very close to everything we wanted to do/see. Robert provided great recommendations for things to do/see and went above and beyond providing the little extras to make our stay special. I highly recommend the loft and plan to come again, but next time with friends in the larger unit. Thanks Robert!

Nice suite but noisy

The suite is very spacious but it is very noisy from the street and an active railroad track nearby. The owner is a gracious host but he has to meet you at check-in. I felt bad because we didn’t check in until 10 pm. The property is a couple of miles from the lake and many wineries so it is a good location.

Re-union stay

Room was comfortable and as advertised. Having beverages in the fridge, fruit plus a bottle of the local wine in the apartment is a nice touch. It was a little noisy as it was on the Main Street, mainly when the motorcycles passed by. One issue which would improve the sleeping environment would be black out curtains in the bed room, the street light is right outside the bedroom. That would help darken the room at night. Enjoyed our stay in Geneva.

Wonderful accommodations!

The owners were friendly and attentive to any needs or questions. The unit was stocked with coffee, creamer and other snacks and the fridge was full of drinks, yogurts and fruits. A bottle of local wine was a nice touch! The loft was a beautiful old building with modern updates. I highly recommend staying there if you are in the area!

Absolutely fantastic!

The best accommodations I've ever had! The owners were INCREDIBLE! Both were very friendly and welcoming. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, fresh fruit, stocked refrigerator and fresh floral arrangements in every room. The apartment was EXTREMELY CHARMING and so clean! We would come home earlier than expected each night because we loved how cozy the apartment was! Louisa's is a great choice for dinner and drinks and right across the street. We have already recommended Munger lofts to our friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
