A wonderful open space apartment with a huge terrace, just a few meters from the metro station Syntagma Square, plaka and Ermou street waits to offer you the most easy, relaxing and peaceful holidays... Keep in mind, we have a 24 hour gap between stay's to offer maximum protection!

Α spacious, sunny, tastefully designed loft suite, on the 6th floor, in the city center with many facilities that will make you feel like home. This 70 sq.m. private suite is almost open space, without a bedroom, a mix of modern design with metal and wood, ideal for couples, solo adventures and business travelers who seek for a relaxing oasis in the city center. With a huge terrace and the stunning view of Acropolis and the Metropolitan Church, there is no need to go out. You can enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast, your dinner or cocktails with the best view in the city.
This luxury and tasteful loft comes with:

The Greek Parliament is within 400 meters away, Plaka the oldest district of Athens is 200 meters away and Ermou street, were all shops are, is only 100 meters away from my home. If you love dinning out and drinking in nice bars, you won't find a more convenient place since it is close to the most vibrant area's of Athens, Plaka, Agia Eirini Square and Kolokotroni street.
If you prefer staying safe at home, you will love the spacious, sunny terrace with the stunning view.

Fabulous location! Amazing view! Close to shopping in Plaka. Walking distance to the Acropolis and attractions. The suite is spacious, well equipped with a glorious terrace and garden room for meals. Best of all the bed was comfortable! Our host Peter was very responsive, friendly and provided many helpful tips for our stay. My husband and I would highly recommend this loft suite for an enjoyable visit in Athens!

Fantastic flat and the perfect location and views. We even slept with the curtains open because of the view. Sitting on the deck was great in thw morningThe only thing though is the church bells every hour but... I'd do it ll again.

The Loft is the perfect location near Ermou Street and several restaurants. It is within walking distance of the Acropolis and the museum.

Beautiful place!

Wow, what a location! It is located in the heart of everything. You have a market next door, as well as many restaurants, cafes, and bars. Make sure to try the sandwich shop next door, delicious! Plaka neighborhood is within a 5 min walk and the acropolis is about a 15 min walk. The suite was clean and had many nice touches. The view is incredible! We had a little trouble with the door getting in at first, as we weren’t familiar with that type of locking system, but we figured it out quickly and had no other issues. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

It couldn't be any better

What you see is what you get. A very straightforward walk from Syntagma station. If you want to be in the middle of where everything is this is the place. Very quiet although the church rings its bells on the hour and half hour all night which I didn't notice with ear plugs. 7:30am though the bells ring a lot. and I'm a light sleeper.

Best 2 days of our two weeks in Europe

This location was really as amazing as it looks. Morning coffee/tea on the balcony, looking at the beautiful church and the acropolis. Evenings winding down doing the same! Peter arranged massages at the apartment for us and it was incredible! Peter was very communicative, answered every question I had, and did everything he could to help us have a great stay! The location is superb, within walking distance of all of the historical sites, lots of shopping and restaurants just outside the door, and even a little grocery store next door. Very safe at all times and quiet considering it was right downtown. Next time we are in Athens, we will definitely stay here!

You truly can't find a better location!
Cleanliness has always been top of my mind. But it’s even more critical as we all aim to reduce the spread of infection. That’s why it’s essential to clean and sanitize touched surfaces often, especially between reservations that I leave a 24hour gap for the same reason.
The world is a big place waiting to be discovered BUT its better if we do it safely. For we can only appreciate the finer things in life when the little things are part of it...
