Gut ausgestattet, leider jedoch recht dunkel. Schöner Garten, kurzer Weg zum See.

Die Wohnung ist ideal in der heißen Jahreszeit, wenn man den Schatten sucht (Innenhof). Die Verfügbarkeit der Boote gibt dem Domizil eine ganz spezielle Note, das haben wir sehr genossen.

Lovely property, amazing garden, great host!

We (2 adults, 2 children) have just spent an idyllic 5 days in Lagna. The apartment was great, clean and spacious and the garden going down to the lakeside was fantastic. We spent a lot of time there enjoying picnics and playing. Having the use of the bikes and canoes was a bonus, canoeing over to the island with the children one day, was a real treat. Stefano's information was excellent, making it easy to find our way around and see some of the local area. The local pizzeria's and gelateria's were a high point of the children's stay. Stefano made us feel very welcome and we would definitely like to return one day. Ann

Erholsamer Urlaub

Stefano hat uns sehr gut betreut und hatte gute Tips für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die meiste Zeit waren wir alleine im Haus und es war daher sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend und der Garten mit Seezugang sehr schön. Ute und Wolfgang

Fantastic family week (August 2016)!

The website description is accurate and the other reviews are helpful. We are a family of 4 and stayed for a week, although 2 weeks would have been great. Stefano is a very welcoming host - he showed us around, took us for a trip in his speedboat and checked we were OK. The canoes are great, we borrowed the bikes to cycle to Pella for supper (good pizzeria and delicious ice-cream). We canoed to Isola San Giulio and Orta and did loads of walking (up in the hills and round the lake). We swam every day (including to the island). The lake is wonderful - ridiculously warm and fantastically clean. Because the apartment is so close to the lake, in the mornings and evenings you usually have the beach and jetty to yourself. There are a few ferries each day from Lagna, or you can walk to San Filiberto to get a ferry. The garden is huge and a 2 minute walk from the apartment down a pretty lane. Our apartment had a table in the courtyard which we used for most meals. The nearby villages are really pretty. It's a place where you can either be very sporty all week, or choose to do very little in a stunning environment!

Sommerurlaub 2016

Schönes Altes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnungen, ein Vermieter der auf alle Wünsche sofort eingeht. Die Krönung ist der Private Garten am See mit Badestrand und bei Bedarf kostenlosen Booten . Es ist der Perfekte Ort um in Ruhe Urlaub zu machen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. K & C

Sommerurlaub 2016

Schöne Ferienwohnung, ein Vermieter der auf alle Wünsche eingeht. Ein sehr großer Garten mit Traumhaften Blick auf den See und ein schönen Strand davor. Also ein perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Urlaub zu machen und auszuspannen.

I love lake orta!!!

We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment It was v quiet and calm the lake is stunning I love it, so much nicer than lake maggioe We were able to borrow the speed boat and went for a trip across the lake and had supper out!! Fantastic!!! Such a treat! I think we'll go back!! Can rent stand up padel boards 5 minutes away and the water is heaven!!!! Great place !

this holiday was like a dream

if you need a place to relax and collect energy for the upcoming work stress ... then you are 1000% right at this lovely lonesome location in san maurizio, villa momigliano. in the morning we always awake by singing birds not by a bulk of shouting tourists or thousands of cars. the lake is ca. 2 min to walk and we had a breathless view to the isle san guilo. stefano give us a canoe and we paddle to the isle directly from our beach. it was such a great fun to explore the orta-lake with the canoe. and there is quiet a lot to explore. stefano knows the region very well and he is not to shy to give some interestant suggestions for daily trips. in summary: beautiful place, nice residence, nice stay... i think we will come back now every year.

Unglaublich hilfreicher Gastgeber, toller Garten

Stefano war während unseres Aufenthalts unglaublich hilfreich und nett. Die Wohnungen sind schön sauber. Toll ist der private Garten direkt am kleinen öffentlichen Strand, und dass Kanus und Fahrräder genutzt werden können.

amazing holidays at Stephanos Appartement

We really loved our holidays in the lovely appartement, which stephano rent us. Theres enough space for everything you want to have with you during your holidays. It is comfortably renovated. Outside, you can enjoy the awesome huge garden directly at the lake. There aren´t any other tourists and it feels like "your piece of the lake". it was great that we could take the canu for free whenever we wanted - real good experience to go out with it on the lake!!! if you are sporty, you can even reach the other side and visit the city Orta. It´s much better than going by car. You can also go hiking in the area (if it rains - which happend to us in two of seven days in september). you should bring good shoes. we took our own bikes but Stephano ´s MTB are also very good and you can use them whenever you want! you can ride around the lake (40km) by bike :) So it was an absolutly enjoyable holiday for us :)

Quiet and beautiful

Lagna is an old, very nice little, romantic and quiet village at Lake Orta, which is so beautiful, clear and refreshing. Stefanos appartements are very tasty, he combines antique and modern style. Stefano also became a good friend of our seven year old son, he showed him how to sail a catamoran and how to drive a motorboat. He liked to mew the lawn with the lawn tractor a very much. And we all enjoyed our stay and the lake very much. Thank you and see you next year Benjamin, Martin and JOlande

Quiet, relaxing place

Lagna is an old, very nice little village, quiet, relaxing and not touristy. The Lake is very beautiful, clear and refreshing and surrounded by mountains. Stefanos Appartements are very nice, he combines antique and modern styles very tasty. Stefano became also a good friend of our 7 year old son. He showed him how to drive a motorboat, sail the catamoran and he was happy to mew the lawn and drive the lawn tractor. Thank you, we will come back next year Jolande, Martin and Benjamin

Unique, spacious and homely. A real treat.

We spent a week here and found it to be extremely relaxing. The appartment is a stone's throw from lakeside of Lake Orta where we sunbathed most days and it almost felt like our own private garden as we had it to ourselves. Beautiful views of the island and Orta village across the lake. A real bonus for this property was the provision of bicycles and a canoe to use at our leisure. Many trips to nearby village of Pella were had for an ice cream and cappuccino in a very cute little cafe (the old tower). The appartment itself was very homely, spacious, clean with superb antique furniture making it one of the most unique self catering places I have ever stayed. We even had access to a washing machine and as we had already been in Italy a while before staying here this was quite a treat! I would recommend this place for children also although you would need a car to access shops for groceries. Stefano and his wide were very welcoming and friendly on our arrival and couldn't do enough for us. I would stay here again. Ciao!

Una vacanza al lago da favola

Abbiamo affittato appartamento C per una settimana. L'appartamento è molto spazioso e ha tutti attrezzi per farvi sentire a casa. La natura di lago d'Orta è incredibilmente bella e il modo migliore di goderla e rilassandosi nel giardino fronte lago, magari facendo una grigliata e bevendo un bicchiere di vino. Per chi ama sport Stefano è pronto di offrire bici (c'è una bellissima pista ciclabile lungolago), canoe o kayak. Noi siamo andati in canoe fino al Isola San Giulio, ci volevano solo 20 minuti per arrivarci. I battelli di servizio di linea (navigazione lago d'Orta) si fermano a 100 metri da casa e sono comodissimi per visitare Orta o altri paesi della zona. Stefano è un uomo di cordialità e disponibilità incredibile - farà di tutto di non farvi mancare nulla.

Wunderschön und antik

An erster Stelle steht hier Relax. Wir hatten das apartement für 4 . Konnten die ganze zeit im schönen innen hof sitzen. Das Grundstück ist riesig . Alles so wie in der Beschreibung und der Vermieter wirklich ein netter lustiger Italiener und seine Frau auch! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Jan and friends

Wonderful little place with great facilities

We stayed at this appartment for 8 nights and had an amazing time. We spent most of our time either in the private garden by the lake or on the (public) beach in front of it. Our two daughters spent most of the day swimming in the lake. The use of the canoe was fantastic, we canoed every day to Orta for an amazing ice cream! All four of us piled in which was great fun (we did have our own life jackets for our kids as they are still quite small). The motor boat which we had the use of for a day was also great fun! The appartment is a little dark, but that didn't matter a bit as we spent all our time outside. The courtyard was great, we had every meal there. We brought our own bikes, but there are bikes there which one can borrow. The owners were really friendly and extremely helpful. A wonderful place we'd love to return to one day!
