Plan de piso abierto con 2 habitaciones grandes! En el medio del casco antiguo de Scottsdale. A 4 cuadras de SF Giants Spring Training, cientos de restaurantes y bares en el área, docenas de campos de golf y casinos. No se necesita coche en la zona, 2 piscinas climatizadas y jacuzzis con el condominio justo encima de la piscina principal. Hermoso sendero y campo de golf justo detrás complejo. Perfecto para familias, parejas, fines de semana de chicas, sol y diversión.

¡Un amigo es dueño de la casa de al lado así que posiblemente pueda alquilar 2 condominios para 2 familias u 8 adultos!

Complejo muy tranquilo, así que no hay fiestas ruidosas.

Excellent location. Walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale & much more. Wonderful bike walking path along golf course & parks. Condo faces pool & beautiful morning skies. Comfortable condo & well-equipped kitchen. My husband & I stayed 31 days. (December, 2025)Owner, Mat very responsive & nice to deal with. We will miss condo & hope to return.

Clean, well kept property

Landscaping well groomed, clean, nice pool and hot tub area. Units well kept for the age. The location is great. Walking distance to old town Scottsdale and easy access to the 101 freeway loop around the city. I will look here first for our next trip to Scottsdale and will recommend to friends.

Great location. Excellent accommodations!

We rented this place for a 3-day golf trip and really enjoyed our stay. There were a lot of little things that really made the place more accommodating. For instance, it is a couple blocks from a grocery store and near to lots of great restaurants. One of the bedrooms had 2 queen beds. The owner had a tool box, which came in handy for a couple of unanticipated issues. And Matt was very responsive and fantastic to work with. We will definitely come back to this place next year.

Great place to stay

The condo is even better than advertised. It was clean and well stocked. The furniture was comfortable and in great shape. The kitchen has a convection oven that we put to good use. The patio on the condo faces east and looks directly on the pool and the court yard. The complex is quiet and the grounds are well maintained. We used the hot tub and pool every morning (its heated). The location is only a couple blocks from Old Town. We walked to the farmers market, Art Museum, Library, shops and restaurants. The owner, Matt, was informative, responsive and great to work with. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Scottsdale Old Town walkable condo

Nicely updated 2 bedroom condo within walking distance of everything Old Town has to offer. Third floor unit overlooks wonderful pool area, convenient to fitness center and hot tub. Nicely furnished unit with comfortable furniture and fully stocked pantry, plenty of paper goods and cooking supplies. Don't grocery shop till after you have checked in, owner leaves fridge partially stocked with food and beverages. Quiet unit was perfect for my wife and me and our two adult daughters, the second bedroom has two full beds, so they didn't have to share a bed :) Will definitely consider Matt's condo on our next visit!

This location was ideal for walking into Old Town and to a grocery store. The pool was never crowded however could have used more attention to daily clearing of leaves and debris. Perfect location. Owner very informative and responsive.

Great Location!

This was the perfect spot for me. Matt is very communicative and checked in to make sure everything was going well with my stay. If you are looking for a place that is walkable to many things this is a great place. If you want to walk, run, or ride a bike it's right next to the path! Great spot.I highly recommend.

Everything was perfect

This Condo was a perfect place to stay to see my son at ASU and spend time in Scottsdale. It was very clean, the neighbors are friendly, and the pool and view from the balcony were a big plus. Mat was very attentive and hospitable, even though we really didn’t need anything because everything was set up just right. The location is great as well, less than 1.5 miles to just about anything you want or need in Scottsdale. I’ll definitely stay here again. Andy Smith

Overall, the property is great!

Being on the 3rd floor with a lovely view of the pool area was really nice. If anyone in your group is handicapped or unable to navigate stairs, this property would not be for you. Other than that, it is nicely set up, most everything you need is there and it is updated and functions well. It truly is lovely for 4 adults (although we would have loved more patio seating) and worked great for the 4 of us. The pool area is well cared for and the water was nice. They kept it at a constant temp of 72, which was really lovely. It is long enough for laps, and good sized for just enjoying the pool. We also took advantage of the Hot Tubs on several occasions - they are great! This is located really close to Olde Town Scottsdale - which was fabulous - and lots of golfing. So much to see and do! We stayed 5 nights and could have easily stayed another week! Beds were comfortable, the 2 leather couches were so comfy and all four of the seats recline. This home is really a place to "sink into and enjoy". It really feels like home, and the owners want you to feel that way - we were thrilled. Felt comfortable from the minute we walked in the door. Dishes were minimal, but sufficient (washed them a lot L.O.L). Everything functioned as you would expect and there was even a cold beverage in the refrigerator for us upon our arrival. Mat is wonderful! Very attentive and obviously cares a great deal about the property. Truly, our only negatives were very very minor. Would have loved more/larger lighting in the bedrooms/bathrooms, and the curtains/rods do not function well (very hard to open, keep open and keep the rods in one piece). The directions to get us there were good and we found the unit easily. Nice clean walkways and parking lot area. It is also easily accessible to major streets. We would HIGHLY recommend this property and will be sharing it with our Colorado friends. Nice job Mat - we will be back!

Scottsdale - a favorable stay

It was our first time staying in Scottsdale and this condo was perfectly located. We could walk to Old Scottsdale, the library, ballpark, grocery store and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed the biking/walking paths right outside the condo. There is also a golf course next to the condo. This condo was recently remodeled and overlooks the heated pool. There are two pools and hot tubs on site. The kitchen was adequately furnished for basic cooking. It was a quiet atmosphere. We would stay here again even though there was only one TV and channels were limited.

Comfortable Stay

My husband and our 2 adult sons stayed in Mathew's condo over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was a reasonable space for all of us to move in. The big reclining leather sofas were an evening hit. The kitchen is nicely equipped with the basics for a long weekend and the fun stuff too, like a blender and plastic cups :). The location is fantastic and we could walk to everything downtown Scottsdale has to offer; night life for some and breakfast for others. Easy entry to the condo and directions to get in. along with quick access to the 101, helped make staying here a breeze for all. Thank you Mathew!

Great Unit Centrally Located

Spent a week visiting the greater Phoenix area with my son and thoroughly enjoyed the well appointed unit and greatly appreciated it's proximity to all of the great venues in the area. Scottsdale was a short and pleasant, off the busy street, walk and access to the freeways was less than 5 minutes away. WE WILL BE BACK!

We stayed at this great Condo in March for Spring Training. The location was perfect walking distance to Scottsdale Stadium, where the Giants play, as well as Old Town Scottsdale. The condo was exactly as advertised and the photos posted could have been taken the day we arrived. The overall complex was very quiet and well maintained. It was perfect for our vacation. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great location in Scottsdale

The condo was a perfect size for 2 couples. Nicely furnished and updated. Easy walk to Scottsdale stadium and old town Scottsdale and right on a bike path to Talking Stick park if looking for more spring training games. Walking distance to grocery store and coffee. Matt was very responsive and a great host.

We stayed in Scottsdale at this 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo for 4 nights in February. The unit was nicely updated, very comfortable and so convenient to most amenities in the area. It was a third floor unit overlooking the pool (as indicated) with a patio to enjoy. Well stocked pantry also!! The two leather reclining sofas were an awesome comfortable bonus. Highly recommend this place and really hope to go back to Scottsdale to enjoy it again and visit longer. Matt, the owner, was great to deal with....

Great location

The condo was everything that we needed. We typically come to the Scottsdale area to enjoy the warm weather during our cold winters. We didn't have a vehicle but never missed it because everything was very close by. We were able to walk to our favorite restaurants or Old Town within 10 to 15 minutes. The owner had given us the information to get into the condo and we had no problems. When questions arose he was available via phone or text. The condo was equipped with everything that that we needed. The furniture was comfortable and new. The pool is heated to a very comfortable temperature and had plenty of chairs available.We enjoyed the patio that overlooked the main pool in the late afternoon.
