*Highly desirable location, close to Old town of Scottsdale. Restaurants and Coffee shop within walking distance. Located in a quiet neighbourhood , with walking, biking paths and a playground steps from the house.
*Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, ovens, cooking utensils and dinning wares)
*Linens and towels will be provided to guests.
*toiletries will be included
*WiFi connection available.
*Clean and well maintained.
*No pets allowed.
*Smoking not allowed inside.
Pool heating is optional, $60 per day

Great location!

Really quiet neighborhood and still close enough to Old Town and shopping. You'll miss your Temperpedic mattress but, other than that, we would go back in a heart beat. Owner was immediate in answering any questions. Go for it.

Great House

This house is very nice and became a second home to us while we were there for a month. Had everything we needed and the location is ideal. The bike and walking path is literally a few steps away. From there you can get onto miles of trails and the canal. There is a fitness center, drugstore, restaurants and a coffee shop within a short walk on the walking path. Less than 5 minutes to Old Town by car and easy access to the 101. The location couldn’t have been better.

This looks just as it does in the pictures. Great location. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. Terrific restaurants and paths nearby in a quiet neighborhood .

What an awesome place!

We had an absolutely fabulous stay! The property is exactly as advertised - recently remodeled, very modern, and very comfortable. The kitchen was great, lots of space to relax in the living area, and the bedrooms comfortable. It was great to have all the little details there: hangers in every closet, soaps & shampoos in the showers, condiments and staples stocked in the kitchen, and filtered water at the kitchen sink. It's a lovely, quiet neighborhood, with easy access to lots of what Scottsdale has to offer. We couldn't have been happier, and definitely recommend this property!

Scottsdale - great location

This property had all the amenities of being at home but with warm weather and sunshine. It was nice to have some condiments(salt/pepper/sugar). We were able to go hiking, shopping, restaurants close by. We loved First Watch restaurant. We came to visit our child at GCU. This was a great location and our sister in law and brother in law traveled with us and the house was large, so we didn’t feel like we were in each Others personal space. Juliette was very quick to respond. We got in very late, I let her know we would be late and she went and left some lights on for us. ❤️ We will definitely visit again!

Great location on a quiet street

Our family enjoyed our stay. The house is on a quiet street, and conveniently located near lots of restaurants. We especially loved the pool! Juliette is a wonderful host and responds to messages with lightning-fast speed.

Fun family trip

The house was cute. Nice pool. Fully stocked with the conveniences of home. 2 miles from grocery store. Says it's within walking distance of things, but it's really not; you need a car. Quiet area.

Great home!

This is our second time staying at this property. We love it! The master bed is pretty hard but other than that we will stay here again, for sure! Juliette is quick to respond to any needs and takes very good care of the home.

Hidden Gem

This place is very comfortable. It’s peaceful and quiet with a sparkling pool and exactly what we needed. Juliette is a wonderful hostess and provided thoughtful amenities and great communication. We are looking forward to staying here again. Thanks very much!

Great location, excellent outdoor space

This location is great, as it is close to everything you want to do! The pool and outdoor space are terrific, we spent hours enjoying the Scottsdale weather. We'd definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in McCormick Ranch. The house is lovely, and the yard and pool are perfect for relaxing. Its a great, centrally located, neighborhood. The owner was very helpful and responsive in all our communications. Thank you!

Amazing House

This house was beautiful, brand new everything, from the floors to the kitchen utensils. The outdoor area is perfect with a pool and beds to layout. Also walking distance to restaurants and shopping center. The host was very helpful and attentive anything we needed she was super quick in making It happen
