Sentado en una gran parcela en el impresionante desarrollo de Four Corners, este 4 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños Cinco * Belgravia Villa tiene su propia piscina orientada al sudeste con spa y área de cubierta extendida por un total de 1850 pies cuadrados. piscina de lujo y muebles de patio, gran parrilla de gas, barbacoa, para comer al aire libre. Tenemos una habitación king size con baño en suite y vestidor. También tenemos un dormitorio de matrimonio y otras 2 habitaciones dobles, también tenemos un baño / ducha y WC arriba y abajo de las escaleras también tenemos un medio baño que consta de inodoro y lavabo. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisión por cable y teléfonos y lámparas de noche, todas las habitaciones están completamente amuebladas al más alto nivel. En la planta baja tenemos una cocina totalmente equipada y un comedor con todos los artículos eléctricos más recientes. We had a really great stay at the Belgravia Villa in Florida. The house was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained, making it easy to settle in and feel at home right away. Everything was clean, organized, and thoughtfully set up for guests.We especially enjoyed the outdoor space, which was perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops while still feeling quiet and private.Overall, the Belgravia Villa was a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay, and we would happily return. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay in the area.

The host was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived. The home comfortably accommodated our party of 20 for our Thanksgiving Celebration. The young ones really enjoyed the play room in the garage and the board games provided in the pantry. We will certainly book this location again for events in the area.

Warm and welcoming

Home was as advertised, safety features easy to use and felt secure, pool was beautiful, comfortable beds with hot showers. Stayed in January so it was chilly for Florida but enjoyed the outdoors as much as we could. We would stay here again in the future.

Gorgeous clean home lots of room

This house was spotless, and owner was available for any questions. Pool and hot tub worked perfectly, and every room had clean and comfy bedding. Washer and dryer and game room were a plus. Great home for larger family in a very safe and quiet neighborhood and not too far from Disney parks.

Lovely villa, great residential location and within easy reach of amenities, supermarkets etc.The villa found to be spacious and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Showers were found to be hot and powerful compared to other properties we've stayed in!Good communication with the host who was available to answer our questions while we were there. Had a few maintenance issues that was flagged with the host, including the pool not being up to a comfortable temperature for at least [4] days of our stay although the jacuzzi was lovely. The issues were attended to by host/management company promptly,,but due to our itinery we didnt then have the opportunity to really utilise the pool. Heating fees were refunded. Please note the pool heating is run off a Heat Pump and the [timing] is provisionally set/controlled by the host between 8:30am to 5:00pm and the jacuzzi is 24/7 via a manual time switch on the pool wall. However, when the jacuzzi is in use this temporarily overrides the pool heating. The maximum time the jacuzzi can be also utilised is 55mins [via the timer] which manually needs resetting.As others have mentioned, the aircon temperature appears to be locked so we couldnt turn it below a set point of [73F] which we would have liked to do as the weather [for December] was hot on several days, particularly on the front on the property which is West facing.In general, thank you for a lovely stay!

Outstanding villa

Beautiful accommodation close to local shops and disney parks. Steve was very helpful providing info before we arrived and also checking everything was ok when we arrived. Only a 20 min drive to universal studios (which was brilliant)would stay here again and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Home away from home

My family and I came up to the Orlando area for a mini vacation and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Belgravia Villa has all the comforts of home, plus some! We had a wonderful time playing in the game room and swimming in the pool. Thank you for making our stay stress free and enjoyable!

Absolutely Perfect!!!!

The home is beautiful, with plenty of space for all family members to have privacy. My kids did not go a day being bored as there is plenty of amenities to keep everyone happy. We will definitely be back!! The owner is very responsive and helpful to any questions you may have.

A very smart spacious villa

We stay often in villas in Davenport, FL, and this has to be one of the nicest presented and spacious villas. The large "great room of open plan kitchen, diner and living room is amazing. It also has an enlarged pool deck and privacy fencing around the rear gardens which adds to the ambiance. The pool was clean, and water was warm on our arrival - which is a rarity these days, so well done for ensuring the pool heating was on before our arrival! Well done guys, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Absolutely Gorgeous Home

Perfect family home!!! Very spacious with plenty of room for a large family, also perfect for a small family. Beautiful pool and a fun game room for the kids . The home is very Clean, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. It gives you the feeling that you are at home, as it is equipped with everything you could possibly need. My family and I will definitely return as this is the perfect house, with very accommodating owners!! It exceeded our expectations!!!

Wonderful experience

Super clean! Comfy beds and great showers. Pool safety in place for those with young kids. Always felt safe and secure. Pool heat was worth it. Pool and hot tub were great just wish we had spent more time at the house using them. We had 5 teens with us and they had plenty of room to relax. We would rent this home again without hesitation if we return to Orlando.

Quiet and peaceful

House was great and we enjoyed the stay. It was clean so nothing negative related to the house and cleanliness. The neighborhood streets were narrow and cars parked along the street were somewhat frustrating. Backyard was in a loop with 5-6 houses that joined, so not much privacy if that’s your thing. Shopping and restaurants were within 20 minutes driving and theme parks a little further out, but we wanted to be away from those crowds.

Great place! Every bit as good as the pictures!!

Scheduling and payment was simple. The owner provided all sorts of details via email before I arrived. There was also a binder with everything you'd need to know about the house and area included. We were close to all attractions and there were several places to eat at close by as well. The property was well maintained and very clean. The pictures were accurate and we loved the ease of use the house provided. We wished we could have spent more time there relaxing as it was a great layout. We'd definitely recommend this to friends and it will be the first place we try to schedule when we return to Florida.

Family trip to Disney

The property itself was amazing! Heated pool was a nice way to relax, although we didn't use it enough for my taste. We visited to spend time at Magic Kingdom, EPCOT and Animal Kingdom parks. The traffic was horrific no matter the time of day! While this house is close (less than 15 miles from the parks) traffic is constant and our trips there and back were usually 45 minutes to an hour. If you are going to Disney parks, you might want to consider a closer option; however, if you are visiting Orlando or don't plan to spend the whole time at Disney, this house is a great option. The bedrooms are spacious, the pool is nice - and heated. Communication with property owner was excellent; I really felt Steve cared that our trip went well.

Very Pleasant Stay!!!

We just returned from a trip to Florida and Disney World. We stayed for 7 days (my sister and her husband rented for three days after that) at this lovely home. Steve, the owner, was absolutely wonderful!! He was VERY prompt in getting back to us whenever we had any questions or concerns. He gave us a whole packet of information for the area restaurants and free parking at Disney World. His communication, instructions and directions were very thorough and helpful. The home was very clean, beautiful and spacious! The pool was warm, fabulous and enjoyed by us all. The home is located about 15- 20 minutes from Disney World (depending on traffic and which Disney park we were going to). Sea World is also about the same distance as well. The Gulf Coast (St. Petersburg) is about 90 minutes from the house and Cocoa Beach (on the Atlantic side) is about 60 minutes from the house. The house is located in a nice middle class neighborhood and very easy and close to get to the major I4 highway that takes you pretty much everywhere. We would definitely rent this house again. Thank you Steve for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

We are both professional people in our jobs in the uk. we take great pride in being a close family and enjoy holidaying to Florida several time a year with our two grown up daughters. our home is furnished to the highest standard and we do like our home and guest to be very confortable and we always keep in touch with our guests before they arrive during there vacation. I am very keen golfer and its ideal for great golf.

Belgravia villa is our vacation home and we take care of our home and that's why we have set the quality of the home so high. We feel that our guests should have the highest level of comfort which we hope makes them relax more during the vacation. When we go and stop in other accomadtion we expect the highest standard. So we have transfer our expectations in to our home and we hope this shown in our video and photos. When you are visiting Disney,universal,sea world etc they are long days and we feel that coming back to your vacation home after a long day out visiting parks or the beach/shops should be very exciting and of pure luxury which makes feel more relaxed and make the vacation more memerorable that you would want to return time and time again.

Belgravia villa is well located for all major attractions, quite location within easy reach of local restaurants and shops. We are 5-10 minutes drive from the interstate 4 and less 3 minutes from Highway 27, other benefits are that the area of champions gate has 3 golf course and we have within a 15 mile radius no less than 7 golf course and two large supermarkets and very close to Posner Park. we are constantly up grading our home every year as you will see from the pictures. we take great pride in our home and we want a very high standard of accommodation for our guests as we will travel we expect the same standard.
