Sentado en una gran parcela en el impresionante desarrollo de Four Corners, este 4 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños Cinco * Belgravia Villa tiene su propia piscina orientada al sudeste con spa y área de cubierta extendida por un total de 1850 pies cuadrados. piscina de lujo y muebles de patio, gran parrilla de gas, barbacoa, para comer al aire libre. Tenemos una habitación king size con baño en suite y vestidor. También tenemos un dormitorio de matrimonio y otras 2 habitaciones dobles, también tenemos un baño / ducha y WC arriba y abajo de las escaleras también tenemos un medio baño que consta de inodoro y lavabo. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisión por cable y teléfonos y lámparas de noche, todas las habitaciones están completamente amuebladas al más alto nivel. En la planta baja tenemos una cocina totalmente equipada y un comedor con todos los artículos eléctricos más recientes. El comedor tiene capacidad para hasta 8 personas, que también tiene una gran vista que da a la zona de la terraza de la piscina. The host was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived. The home comfortably accommodated our party of 20 for our Thanksgiving Celebration. The young ones really enjoyed the play room in the garage and the board games provided in the pantry. We will certainly book this location again for events in the area.

Gorgeous clean home lots of room

This house was spotless, and owner was available for any questions. Pool and hot tub worked perfectly, and every room had clean and comfy bedding. Washer and dryer and game room were a plus. Great home for larger family in a very safe and quiet neighborhood and not too far from Disney parks.

Warm and welcoming

Home was as advertised, safety features easy to use and felt secure, pool was beautiful, comfortable beds with hot showers. Stayed in January so it was chilly for Florida but enjoyed the outdoors as much as we could. We would stay here again in the future.

Nice home for the family

First off, the house is spacious and clean. I enjoyed having a large table in the kitchen for family meals and comfortable seating in the family room. The beds were also comfortable and there were 3 bathrooms which is nice for a big family. The pool area and fenced in backyard are also nice. The only negative we had was that the pool and spa heat never seemed to reach maximum temperature despite the heat running and using the pool cover at night. It was still warm enough for the kids to swim but the spa never reached the temps we were hoping for to stay really comfortable. It’s possible that the cooler evening temps affected the pool heater’s work; but we’ve always vacationed over December (one year it was exceptionally cold and in the 50’s!- this year was in the 68-72 F range outside) and this is the first time we’ve ever felt chilly in the pool and spa despite paying for the heat. Still, the pool got its use and we enjoyed ourselves; I would still pay for the heat no matter what if you plan to swim in the winter months. I just wish it could’ve been a bit warmer in the pool and spa! All in all, everything was nice and well kept and clean.

Quiet and peaceful

House was great and we enjoyed the stay. It was clean so nothing negative related to the house and cleanliness. The neighborhood streets were narrow and cars parked along the street were somewhat frustrating. Backyard was in a loop with 5-6 houses that joined, so not much privacy if that’s your thing. Shopping and restaurants were within 20 minutes driving and theme parks a little further out, but we wanted to be away from those crowds.

Family trip to Disney

The property itself was amazing! Heated pool was a nice way to relax, although we didn't use it enough for my taste. We visited to spend time at Magic Kingdom, EPCOT and Animal Kingdom parks. The traffic was horrific no matter the time of day! While this house is close (less than 15 miles from the parks) traffic is constant and our trips there and back were usually 45 minutes to an hour. If you are going to Disney parks, you might want to consider a closer option; however, if you are visiting Orlando or don't plan to spend the whole time at Disney, this house is a great option. The bedrooms are spacious, the pool is nice - and heated. Communication with property owner was excellent; I really felt Steve cared that our trip went well.

Vacation for daughter turning 13

Property is well maintained, glad to be able to speak to Stwve who has actually stayed at Property and can answer question. Everything was wonder, would love to stay again. I would in hospitality and and felt at home and we rent a house every year and this was by far the best stay.

Everything we wanted and more

Home away from home. The house was welcoming and had all the amenities we wished for. Our main focus was relaxing by the pool which didn't disappoint. Everything was clean, and when we did have an issue with the hot tub the management team arrived within a couple hours to take care of it. We could hear the traffic from the main road, but the pool fountains worked perfectly to drown out the noise. We would 100% recommend this property for a family vacation, and hope to be back next year.

Rental was exactly like advertised. Quit area. Rental was very clean and had everything you needed. Fully furnished. Hot tub and pool was nice.

Better than home!

I’ve stayed at private homes in central Florida 6 or 7 times over the years and this was by far the nicest home we’ve rented. The furnishings and grounds are impeccable and spotless doesn’t even cover how clean the home is. (Wish I could take their housekeeping crew back to Chicago with me!) Communication with both owner and property management was easy and fast. The location in Davenport is a bit of a drive from the parks but this was mostly a working trip for me so it wasn’t a daily issue - honestly I think you get much higher quality accommodations as you get further from the chaos of Disney, anyway. The neighborhood is nice - the neighbors are a bit loud each night until about 11pm, but after that it was quiet and safe. Highly recommend and hope Steven will consider hosting us again sometime!

My family and I stayed for 10 days at the beginning of August 2021, and we could not be more pleased with our experience. Steven and Wendy have a great team. The villa was clean inside and out, the pool was gorgeous, and when we forgot a bag at the villa, the property management team was quick to ship our forgotten items to us! Steven was extremely professional, and we would recommend this property to anyone!

quiet getaway

The areas was super quiet and close to almost anything you needed and lots of attractions. We felt safe and relaxed. The only thing negative I can say is that there wasn't enough toilet paper left out for us staying a week and the game room equipment needs updating. Also, I think if a grill is provided then the gas should be filled. The contract does state upfront you are responsible for filling the tank but I was not willing to pay over $30 for gas when we might only get to grill once or twice, it was obvious the tank has been empty awhile so guess others have felt like us. Otherwise it was very clean and spacious and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it as a nice rental. The contact with owner prior to arrival was thorough and always polite. We use VRBO yearly and would recommend this house to others.

Relaxing stay!

We needed a relaxing post lockdown getaway and the house was perfect. Clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect. Convenient to grocery. Plenty of food delivery options. We would definitely book again.

Great stay

We enjoyed our time at this property. The listing was as described. I like that it had a game room and pool to keep the kids busy on the days that we didn’t get out as much. All of the rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen has all you need to cook with. Overall we were happy with our stay. I just wish it didnt go by so quickly.

It was ok.

Great neighborhood and close to many attractions. The home needs a deep clean. Mold in showers, carpets need cleaned. Home is way to hot. You can only set the AC to 74. And it constantly resets itself. Many times we came back to the house and it was 80 or warmer inside. The garage/game room is not even useable in the summer months being that it’s so hot. Somehow the security system “glitched” and we were locked out for 45 minutes. But, they insisted that had never happened before.

Belgravia villa is our vacation home and we take care of our home and that's why we have set the quality of the home so high. We feel that our guests should have the highest level of comfort which we hope makes them relax more during the vacation. When we go and stop in other accomadtion we expect the highest standard. So we have transfer our expectations in to our home and we hope this shown in our video and photos. When you are visiting Disney,universal,sea world etc they are long days and we feel that coming back to your vacation home after a long day out visiting parks or the beach/shops should be very exciting and of pure luxury which makes feel more relaxed and make the vacation more memerorable that you would want to return time and time again.

Belgravia villa is well located for all major attractions, quite location within easy reach of local restaurants and shops. We are 5-10 minutes drive from the interstate 4 and less 3 minutes from Highway 27, other benefits are that the area of champions gate has 3 golf course and we have within a 15 mile radius no less than 7 golf course and two large supermarkets and another on in the pipeline along with a cinema.
