Welcome to Salt Lake City! We are Lisa & Jim Fluty. We are originally from Buffalo and Utica, NY, respectfully. We met in college and have been fortunate to have lived in New York, Florida, Colorado and Utah. We have two sons, Nick and Michael. Our boys were born in different states, raised in Utah, and schooled in New England,
BUT by far, the best place to live is Utah! Why?
The world-class outdoor activities are minutes from your front door; skiing, biking, hiking to name a few. The weather is fabulous. We truly get three months of each season. Naturally, people associate skiing with Utah but they are always surprised to learn that summers in SLC are HOT! We will have weeks of 90-100 degree weather and because of this you will find the best family friendly, outdoor pools & splash pads to cool off in. Not much of a pool person, that's ok! head up to the mountains where the temps will be cooler. Utah will surprise you with some wonderful, local family-owned restaurants and small, local breweries. Utah offers many things to do: watch a Utah Jazz game, cheer on the University of Utah Utes football team, walk around our surprisingly beautiful Hogle zoo or the Tracy Aviary, attend a production at one of the many performing art venues, stroll a museum, try ice skating, dive into an indoor pool and attend a group class at the local library or recreation center, watch a Mormon Tabernacle Choir performance, walk around City Creek Mall or Temple Square and in the winter enjoy the lights, enjoy Thanksgiving Point, the list is endless.

Our home is in a great location 15-20 minutes from the action. We hire a professional cleaning service to clean the property in between every set of guests and twice a year perform a deep clean to maintain a high, quality product. We provide many amenities to make your stay feel like you're home; from complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms to a fully functioning kitchen with a coffee/tea bar.
Our home provides a real value for your hard earned dollars. We have an old-school "pride of ownership" and it shows in our beautiful, clean home and the personal service we provide.
