Enjoy a stylish experience at this perfectly located place at the mouth of the canyon. You`ll be up the canyon faster than ever. The views are amazing from both floors of the home.
Check-in and Check-out times:
Check-in is after 4:00pm. Check-out is 10:00am prompt, unless late check out has been discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Early check-in/Late check-out Policy (cannot guarantee):
- Early check-in (*if available): $25/hour before 4:00 PM
- Late check-out (*if available): $25/hour after 10:00 AM, up to 12:00 PM (12:00pm is the absolute latest we can allow)
- Must be requested at least 1 day in advance
- Subject to availability and flexibility with the cleaning schedule
Unapproved late checkout after 30 minutes e.g. check-out 10:30am or later will be levied an additional $50 per 30 minute increment.
Quiet Hours:
Guests need to be quiet and respectful to their neighbors by not making any excessive noise between the hours of 10pm - 8am. These quiet hours are strictly enforced.
No Parties:
Strictly no parties or large gatherings. This is NOT a party property as it is located in a quiet residential area and we are respectful of the neighbors.
No Smoking:
Please note this property is strictly a Non Smoking residence with no smoking permitted inside the home or garage, or on the front porch. Smoking is only allowed out on the street away from the house. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $200 fee plus the cost of removing any smoke residue or damage to the property.
No Illicit Drugs or Activities:
Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property.
No Pets:
Please note that no pets are permitted in this property. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $100.
Infant & Children Supervision:
Be aware that the kitchen and bathroom cupboards contain cleaning products, such as antibacterial sprays, washing powder/singles, etc. and there are no child safety locks on these cupboards so supervision of children is essential.
Trash:
There are extra trash bags under the kitchen and and bathroom sinks. Please use appropriately by taking trash out when full and not allowing to overflow. Please help us as Hosts as well as the Airbnb community by not allowing any smelly trash to linger in the the home too long, and to take trash out regularly.
Broken or Stolen Property:
Guests will be responsible for any damaged or stolen property, as well as any loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. These are to be reported as soon as it occurs and replaced and/or paid for.
Inspections:
The Owner can make an inspection of the premises upon demand.
Lost & Forgotten Items:
Before checking out, please do a thorough sweep of the property to ensure you are not leaving any personal items behind. Host cannot guarantee any items left in the property will be found and returned to you.
