BIENVENIDOS PÁJAROS DE NIEVE Fantástico condominio frente al mar en Long Bay Resort

Nuestro condominio directo frente al mar está disponible para las semanas semanales de verano y otoño, así como para alquileres de invierno a largo plazo. El impuesto se eliminará de los alquileres de invierno a largo plazo, aunque pueda aparecer en su cotización.
Nuestro condominio tiene vistas espectaculares desde los balcones, así como desde la sala de estar, el comedor, la cocina y el dormitorio principal. El condominio tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable. El condominio también tiene una nueva lavadora y secadora estándar. El condominio tiene capacidad para 10 personas cómodamente. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size y un baño ensuite. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y baño de acceso. El tercer dormitorio tiene 2 camas dobles. Todas las habitaciones tienen colchones nuevos y somieres. Hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar.
El espectacular complejo ofrece una enorme piscina al aire libre, una piscina cubierta, un río lento, parque acuático al aire libre, gimnasio y un campo de mini golf putt putt en la azotea. Great balcony view to the ocean. Check in was very easy, unit was clean, and stocked with everything we needed to get our vacation started. It is in close proximity to dining and entertainment sites. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Amazing

The condo was beautiful and clean perfect spot for the view and when it came to parking .. great for all ages! Several pools, several hot tubs, great for young and old with a water slide. Easy access too pool and beach area!

Loved the place.

We loved the property being right on the ocean front. The condo had a K-cup machine, many cooking utensils, and a Starbucks on the premises, which was a big plus. All other aminities were very close by. There was a cafe next to the property. Master bath needs renovation. Carpet can be changed. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Would like to stay there again.

Clean and well maintained. We were very pleased with this property. It surpassed our expectations with its convenience and abundant amenities. The staff was great, we especially loved Mike, the tiki bartender. He was knowledgeable about the area and made great suggestions.

Wonderful

After lots of searching I found the listing for this place. Glad I did, my family had such a wonderful time. Plenty of beach toys and boards to keep the kids occupied, chairs and umbrella for adults to keep us comfortable while kids played. Loved the fact that there was a couple games, puzzles and books for the kids on down time. The beds were very comfortable. The resort amenities were great, the entire family had a blast and hated to leave.

Week Long Getaway 7/12-7/19

We stayed for the week 7/12-7/19. It was my husband, me, my mother and my 2 sons(5&9). Everyone had their own bed, the space was clean and the view was great, and check in was a breeze. Access to the pools onsite was easy to get to and having an onsite cafe and Starbucks was really nice. We had an issue when we tried to use the dishwasher and the host Pam was quick to respond and had a repair person out the next morning. Overall I would stay there again. Highly recommend!!

Family Friendly, Beautiful views, and Clean!

We had an excellent stay! The owners were kind and easy to work with. The place was very clean and everything worked as it should. It had the most beautiful beach views. The resort itself has a lot of nice amenities. The condo already had a few things like dishwasher tablets, sugar, etc. But I loved how family friendly the condo was! There were boogie boards, chairs, and tons of sand toys in the condo. All my children were able to play with them every day instead of us having to buy new ones just for a short vacation. We had a great time in MB and are glad we had this condo!

Week long vacation

The amenities of the resort were great. Several pools & hot tubs. Tiki bar at the main pool. Two restaurants & Starbucks. Plenty of pool towels. The condo we had needed updating. Couch was old & looked dirty. Guest bath was nicer then master bath. Master bath tub had mold/dirt in caulking & shower head. Dinning table & chairs & counter stools looked like original from when the place was built & needed cleaning, out dated look. View from balcony was beautiful. Parking was included which is nice

Condo was great. Resort itself could have been better. Everyday one pool or hot tubs were closed.

Condo owners were awesome! Would not stay again because of resort amenities being closed or dirty. They were cleaned in the morning but never checked again. Hot tubs had feces and tons of bugs. Indoor pool closed all day when weather was bad so kids couldn’t swim. No lifeguard for slide so, kids never got to slide.

June family vacation

The owners of this property were very nice and helpful when we reached out with questions. The condo was clean but dated. The carpet & furniture were dirty and old. The kitchen could use an update. The sink faucet was broken, kitchen supplies (pots & pans) old, the dollar store broom was useless. Beds were fine, nothing fancy. Comforters were ancient. New towels would be nice! The overall resort was dirty. Very short staffed throughout the entire resort. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious, with a great view of the beach. The pools were nice and the beach was so easy to get to. There were no rules at the pool area. Having Starbucks in the building was a plus.

Dirty, roaches..

First, nothing was there that was listed, paper towels, toilet paper, not even garbage bags in the cans, hand soap, dish soap. We had to go buy all of these, short on towels.. had to keep washing them. It was dirty. Roaches from day one, took 4 days before anybody came to spray and it didn’t help. Roaches the entire stay. It was gross. For what I paid, it wasnt worth it. I had to spend more money to provide the things listed. Very disappointed and nothing was done for us. Just attitude from the owner.

This is a great site for a family vacation (a lot of families with kids during our week). We had a great week. Owner provides bedding and bath towels, as well as some beach equipment. There were 6 of us; although these units may be rated for up to 10 people, I would find it a little crowded with that many guests. But that is just my preference. Parking for unloading/loading is super. The resort has a ramp to the beach, which is great for our special needs grandkids. And having a pool and lazy river in the shade for us pale-skinned Northerners was a plus. Highly recommended. Very responsive owner, easy to communicate with.

Beautiful Condo

1. Amazing communication with the owners! 2. Cleaning lady totally made the condo feel fresh and clean! 3. Great touches such as the keurig, awesome kitchen faucets, easy open slider doors to the patio, and great water pressure in the showers. 4. Comfy furniture in all rooms. 5. This place is PERFECT! Great property and location

The property was just as described. Easy access as you could park on 10th floor of garage and be steps from the door. We had all the dishes and appliances we needed. Only had to buy some extra toilet paper and paper towels for a week but that’s typical of a condo rental. Condo did have plenty of boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys. Resort had 3 heated pools, lazy river, lots of hot tubs and a kids slide. Access to beach was right off pool and a short walk. Love the area also. Highly recommend!

Great Beach Condo!

We were very happy with this condo. Decor was great. Kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens we have ever had. Had just about everything we needed and a lot that we never expected to have. Lots of beach toys, body boards, etc. Plenty of towels, great quality sheets. Bathrooms very nice. It was great!

Nice condo but overwhelmed with roaches

This property had beautiful views but there were roaches and the owners cleaning lady should be replaced. There was a steam cleaner she had no idea who it belonged to that was standing over a big puddle of dirty water and we had to reclean all silverware before using because there was a slime. Feel to them. Again though, beautiful condo we did have to buy a fire stick there because otherwise the tv’s are useless. There was one remote we could not find to living room and finally found it under the couch, broken.
