A pocos minutos del centro de Tucson y la Misión Española de San Xavier del Bac construido en 1692 se encuentra esta joya de una propiedad de desierto en el Gran Desierto de Sonora. Ocupando un sitio con vistas al Parque Nacional Saguaro, esta casa de renacimiento Pueblo está hecha de Adobe estabilizado con paredes que son más de dos pies de grosor para mantener el calor del desierto y el frío. Originalmente construida como una cabaña de invierno pequeña para una familia de Connecticut, esta casa está en el único lugar en la tierra donde los cactus Saguaro pueden ser experimentados en abundancia. Bordeando el Parque de Tucson Mountain, la finca se asienta sobre 10 acres de pura privacidad con acceso inmediato a los senderos del parque. Gorgeous house, stunning setting

This is a gorgeous property that is nicely secluded but nor far from downtown. The views are incredible and the house and artwork are just beautiful. A truly delightful stay!

Peaceful Desert Retreat

We had a lovely peaceful time during our stay. The accommodations were comfortable and well supplied. The host was very accommodating to our unique needs for arrangements as we traveled with an elder grandparent with chronic medical debility.

A world of wonder in sight of Gates Pass

Wonderful weekend in Tucson

the property was really beautiful, real adobe Santa Fe style home with all you could ask for. Views, serenity, wood burning fire places (including master bedroom), and close enough to all Tucson has to offer but far enough away. We enjoyed this property to its fullest

Amazing Views!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well stocked with everything. Beds were comfortable. We had a great time. Loved the view! Gates Pass was beautiful and just a short drive away. Abby was great and answered all our questions. Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful view!

Incredible desert gem

We had a perfect family Christmas in this charming home. The authentic adobe courtyard home truly was an oasis of peaceful serenity, and we enjoyed every moment. Loved the hot tub under the stars and mountain biking and hiking trails. We will be back, John!

Wonderful Tucson Visit

My husband and I have been coming to Tucson every winter. We decided to rent a VRBO this time since we new the location we wanted to stay. This was the best trip we have ever had. Everything about the house was as advertised, including the responsive and kind host. We defintely hope to be returning next year!

Saguaro Fun

Fabulous property. House is in top shape well decorated and very comfortable. Multiple few points to enjoy the Sonoran Desert. Very quiet great for bird watching and saw a few deer. Nice plus is its close to the Marriott so you have many dining options there. It was also nice to use the kitchen and eat in and watch the sun set and the stars come out.

A fantastic week

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Saguaro, and look forward to returning! The property has it all: beautiful house and views, plus private location within walking distance of desert and mountain trails, yet short driving to downtown. The house and kitchen are well-organized and fully equipped, and the hot-tub was so relaxing. We also enjoyed pool access at nearby Starr Pass Resort. The owner and staff were very communicative.

Remarkable property in a remarkable location

With its dark sky and gigantic Saguaro cacti, this expansive property was the perfect refuge for us this winter. With a well-stocked kitchen and an easy drive to town, we had plenty of flexibility to explore Tucson or stay home and enjoy the property. The house is located near Saguaro National Park in Tucson’s Sonoran Desert. Management was responsive and welcoming.

Quiet desert get away

My husband and I stayed at this property with our dog for a winter retreat. The views of the nearby Saguaro National Park are amazing and the view of the city is beautiful at night. The front of the property had a nice fenced in patio for our pup to enjoy some sun and ensured his safety. There is also a near by trail head for hiking. The house is equipped with everything that you would need and has beautiful artwork throughout. We would definitely stay here again.

True "Home" with incredible mountain and city views

This is no corporate-owned rental property ... this is a home, with unique and comfortable decor in a true adobe house with incredible views over the saguaro to mountains and city. Access just down the street to hiking trails, yet not far from downtown, it was a perfect and comfortable stay for us and our dogs. Thank you to Ben and Jordan, and especially John, for answering my questions and making our stay so pleasant. Hope to stay again in the future!

Another Fabulous Stay

This is our second stay at this fabulous home. Once again John and his team were incredible hosts. We appreciated all of their help in coordinating our trip with our unique requests. The house is perfectly located at the edge of the Tucson Mountain Park with plenty of trailheads right out the door. The views of the mountains and the city below are spectacular. As well, the house is stunning and a wonderful spot to relax and recharge. Again, thanks to John!

Fantastic property!

Our family of five had an absolutely fabulous time here. Our two teens enjoyed hiking the trails located near the house on their own. The views are as spectacular as the night sky. The house is so comfortable and well supplied. Everything about it was easy. We enjoyed Saguaro National Park, the Mission and particularly hiking the area directly around the house. We especially enjoyed the pool at the Marriott on several afternoons. Our little one loved the lazy river and water slide there. Very highly recommend!

Secluded beauty but needing attention

The property is secluded with beautiful views and a deck that extends around the house. Back door lock needed a locksmith to lock door. Dryer and in floor heating did not work.

Spring break

Short stay but wouldn’t hesitate to come back for longer next time. Had one issue which was taken care of immediately with ample apologies. House manager was excellent and extremely helpful. Description does not do it justice. Kitchen well stocked which we appreciate since we like to cook, additionally grill well cared for which frequently isn’t the case with a lot of rentals.

Fantastic Property!!

If you didn’t know better, you’d think this house is sitting right in the middle of Saguaro National Park. The surroundings of this home are an awesome saguaro covered desert and desert mountains that span 360 degrees all the way around. The patio goes around 3/4 of the home with a magnificent courtyard accounting for the rest. Interior of the home is very spacious and very comfortable. Classic SW decor and colors are very pretty and fitting. Would recommend this place to anyone and will definately be back myself.

Get away in Starr Pass

Beautiful home fully equipped with high end linens, dishes and appliances nestled in the Tucson Mountains, but minutes from grocery stores, downtown Tucson and the Starr Pass resort. Easy access to an array of hiking trails too.

Wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The views are breathtaking! We sat on the patio each morning and night, and enjoyed watching the birds and frequent visits from the deer. We also enjoyed the amenities at Starr Pass. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
