Ésta espectacular y única propiedad se encuentra en la 4º y 5º planta de un edificio recientemente renovado con ascensor en una ubicación privilegiada de Málaga, justo entre la famosa Calle Marqués de Larios y la Catedral, en una pintoresca y tranquila calle lateral del centro histórico.



La primea planta de este apartamento turísitico Málaga centro cuenta con un amplio dormitorio con cama king-size, un amplio armario, un espacio lounge, un baño completo y moderno con ducha.



El pasillo conduce a una cocina americana que se abre a las áreas del comedor y la sala de estar. Desde allí, puede acceder a un encantador balcón con vistas pintorescas de las típicas calles y tejados andaluces.



Una escalera lo lleva a la segunda planta donde encontrará el segundo dormitorio con tocador, baño privado y una pequeña sala de estar.

L'accueil et la réactivité de l'agence, l'appartement spacieux, la grande terrasse avec chaises longues Bien vérifier si les parasols sont en bon état (un des 2 ne s'ouvre pas entièrement et l'autre a la toile déchirée donc elle se détache tout le temps)

This is a great place!

Right in the middle of the CBD but on a quiet side street. The upper terrace has a great view of the cathedral and is a great spot for a siesta. The place was clean, had everything needed. I would stay here again!

OMG what an amazing apartment!

OMG what an amazing apartment.. super spacious and with great super sized rooms. In the town centre yet to quiet. The terrace balcony with the view is to die for. Greeting access was awesome. I wish only that other Airbnb services could pay such first class service as this one. Thanks guys. Memorable !!

My husband was unwell with a migraine when we arrived we had an early morning flight the staff were amazing and allowed us early entry to the accommodation the apartment is beautiful and perfectly located for everything in Malaga the Italian restaurant at the entrance was fabulous too Everything was perfect

We liked the fact that Solaga were in close contact with us before we arrived and really appreciated being met by your representative promptly outside the property. He was friendly and thorough walking us through the apartment. Terrace umbrella needs addressing. Kitchen terrace door and fridge door badly positioned.

Lovely apartment in superb location

We absolutely loved the outside space in this apartment. You could relax in the sun most of the day. The location could not be better, right in the centre of Malaga whilst being situated in a very quiet street. If you in the downstairs bedroom it is reasonably cool through the air conditioning vents. However in the upstairs bedroom the AC unit has been placed outside in the small sitting area before the terrace with nothing in the bedroom making it very hot to .

Quiet central location.

Very central and amazingly quiet location despite being close to some of the main noisy streets of Malaga. Upstairs toilet and shower room a bit on the small side but perfectly usable. The upstairs terrace is a huge plus point and perfect for eating, drinking or lounging. We did not need to use the aircon in December but the controls seemed a bit fiddly when we tried to use it to heat the flat one evening.

The location was fantastic, almost everything within a few minutes walk from the apartment. The terrace was a wonderful bonus for us, it hosted breakfast, a quiet retreat from the busy streets and pre-dinner G&Ts. A pair of kitchen scissors. We had to use nail scissors.

We had 3 nights in this beautiful property next to Malaga Cathedral. The property is in a well kept building in a quiet street. The apartment itself is well equipped and well maintained. It was extremely clean and well presented and has plenty of outside space. We usually expect a bit of noise when staying in an apartment in the city, but despite a lively fiesta on our second night, there was no sleepless night. Once the doors and windows of the apartment are closed there is no noise from outside. Friendly and efficient managers too. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, near the cathedral, shopping district, museums etc. Wonderful terrace to sit out in the morning / evening. Good service met at apartment and shown facilities etc. The only point to note, given the price paid ( expensive in comparison to similar properties in Malaga ) we were required to take out the rubbish. Some of the big rubbish collection zones were closed in preparation for the Easter celebrations.

Fabulous location

The location of this apartment is second to none in the heart of the old town and within sight of the cathedral. We loved sitting on the rooftop terrace for breakfast in the morning and sundowner drinks - just perfect! There are a number of excellent restaurants within minutes and for a city centre location, grocery shopping is also very easy with both the market and a reasonable carrefour local within easy walking distance. Solaga were super easy to deal with and very accommodating. In all honesty we felt that the apartment was 'tired' and could do with a little TLC. For the rental price charged, some of the equipment was poor quality and could do with replacing and the whole place would benefit from a fresh coat of paint. We have stayed in Teresa which we felt was far superior internally: it was the roof terrace which really made the difference to our stay but Laurel does not offer the same standard of accommodation in our opinion.

My husband and I spent a great week in this apartment. The location is perfect, the facilities and the roof terrace leave nothing to be desired and the Solaga team is always helpful and approachable. We felt very comfortable.
