I always a bit anxious when renting in another country, so was pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Squero 1. It's in a great location, I cannot say enough about Dusoduro and the amenities round the apt. The host was prompt on responses. The location was quiet. Easy access to water taxi stop, Academia water bus stop, restaurants & shops.

Fantastic property. Responsive hosts. Very good stay on a street that is convenient, quiet, and away from big crowds. Would stay again.

Cozy Apartment

The owner was very friendly and responsive when answering questions. The property was clean, neat, and we felt safe in the area. We were in a good location and not far from a water-bus stop. I would stay here again.

A very pleasant stay in a beautiful city.catarina and enrica were both lovely and very efficient.lovely apartments location was great!would definitely come back and stay there again!

Dorsoduro on the ground floor

The location was excellent for me. The apartment is on a very quiet calle so no issues with late night or early morning noise. The small courtyard is shared with the residents whose homes also open onto the space. Not an issue just an fyi.

Excellent service from Views on Venice

One of our party used a wheelchair and Enrica and her colleagues were hugely helpful in helping us get from the airport to the accommodation. Nothing was too much trouble for Enrica and she responded promptly to messages. The accommodation is tucked away up an alley and so is very quiet and secluded but also close to many amenities. We will certainly return. Thank you Enrica and Views on Venice!

Great Venice stay!

We adored Venice, and our apartment there! It was in such a quaint and wonderful area. Walkable to most of Venice. Our host was more than helpful, not only with the unit, but with reserving water transport, making recommendations and met us at waterfront and walked us to the unit and went through everything at check-in including recommendations on restaurants and ways to maneuver Venice. The unit was older, all of Venice is, BUT it was spacious, clean, comfortable, safe and accommodating. Being older made it even more charming! Definitely recommend.

Cosy apartment in hidden courtyard.

The apartment was clean and well organised but rather dark due to its position within a small courtyard which was somewhat overlooked by the adjoining neighbours. However, it was in a superb location within easy distance of the waterfront, bars and restaurants, the vaporetto stop at Zattere and all the sights! Yet it was also well away from all the crowds. I would recommend it for that reason.

So comfortable and easy

This apartment was very well laid out and so comfortable to stay in! Best bed ever! Check in with Annalisa was smooth and easy. The house is tucked away down a tiny Venetian alley but very convenient to 2 Vaporetti stops. It’s on the ground floor so it doesn’t get much direct sunlight but we were there most in the evenings so it didn’t much matter since it was dark anyway. Very quiet and relaxing. Definitely recommend!!

Wonderful

I took my elderly mother to visit Venice and this was perfect! Street level with a nice courtyard, quiet and centrally located without feeling like we were in the middle of the tourist area. Fully equipped apartment with a comfortable sofa bed. Very helpful staff.

Lovely quiet area near the Zattere waterfront

The staff at Views on Venice were great . We had a couple of issues and they sent someone over immediately to deal with them.

Cosy, warm hideaway

The apartment was nicely heated and warm in all rooms, which is not always easy to find in Venice. Add soap to the provided shampoo provide hair dryer from the beginning (but VoV provided it immediately after complaint!)
