Completamente renovado en 2016, Island Beach Club, el condominio penthouse ofrece una vista del golfo de México y solo pasos a la playa. Esta propiedad fue diseñada pensando en los huéspedes maduros y no es tan amigable para los niños como nuestras otras unidades. Las encimeras de granito, un fregadero de estilo agrícola, un bar con fregadero, una vinoteca y gabinetes de cocina iluminados tienen un diseño contemporáneo. Este no es tu batidor de vacaciones junky. Los colchones con la parte superior acolchada y las sábanas de algodón le brindan una buena noche de descanso después de un día de natación y tomar el sol en la playa o alrededor de la piscina. Con un excelente restaurante y un bar / parrilla junto a la piscina en The Casa Ybel Resort, puede relajarse sin pasar el tiempo en el automóvil. Esta es una de las mejores playas de bombardeo del mundo. Este condominio fue creado como una escapada cómoda y lujosa. Amazing

Absolutely beautiful condo with great host communication. We had a wonderful 2 weeks walking on the beach and riding bikes. Location is so good we didn’t even need a car. Highly recommend

Condo could not have been better. Had everything we needed including wine, snacks, bathroom and kitchen essentials and beach items. They condo is spotless and Jeff was the perfect host. We will definitely be back. 10/10

Amazing vacation - beautiful property!

This condo was top notch! Top floor unit with gorgeous views of the ocean. Elevator for easy packing and unpacking of our car. Spacious unit completely updated and a perfect layout for my husband and I and two college aged girls to relax together or separately. Loved being able to walk to the beach - host provided chairs, beach toys, wagon, and even a cooler. He even met us upon arrival and helped us unload the car! Snacks and drinks were waiting for us upon arrival. Geoffrey really was an unbelievable host, and I can’t imagine we could have found a better place to stay! Thank you for offering this lovely accommodation which made our first trip to Sanibel so memorable! We hope to return someday!

Highly recommend!!! Beautiful, upscale retreat with the best host!

Goeff was THE BEST host we have ever had on VRBO and this recently updated condo was WAY nicer than pictures show. Very comfortable beds with high end bedding. All decor was inviting and made us feel at home. We had everything we needed for a fun spring break for our family of 4. I was impressed with the amazing hospitality and friendliness we were greeted with ... Snacks(lots), wine, water. There was excellent communication during the week of any needs we had with very prompt responses. He even went out and bought us an extra blanket. Very easy beach access with umbrella/chairs provided. We swam in ocean everyday, went for long bike rides, walked the beach and nature preserves and had a few drinks at the nearby coconut bar with live music. When we come back to Sanibel, we'd stay here in a heartbeat!

Fantastic condo in great location!

We just returned home from a week's stay at this gorgeous condo with an amazing view! The communication with Geoff, the owner, was stellar, and we were promptly given check-in instructions. When we arrived at the condo, we were blown away by the way we were greeted with a wonderful mixture of snacks, drinks, and wine from Geoff. It was such a nice touch after a long morning of traveling. We enjoyed those "treats" throughout the week! The condo was beautifully decorated with top notch amenities, super clean, and not one single item was missing that we needed. Attention to detail was present throughout the condo! The on premises pool was steps away from the elevator. The pool was clean, quiet, and we met very nice and friendly people there. The location of the property was super convenient. The island is easy to get around, and we learned our way very quickly. The resort next door, Casa Ybel, was a quick walk up the beach, and we enjoyed their beach bar, Coconuts, a few times for an afternoon drink. They also serve food. Each morning we enjoyed our coffee on the screened balcony that had a high top table and chairs as well as two other comfy chairs with ottomans. This was our first trip to Sanibel, and I am thrilled we found this "gem" for our trip! We will definitely be back, and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Kudos to Geoff for the hospitality and wonderful accommodations!

Awesome Beach Vacation

The unit was stunningly appropriated, the beds were super comfortable, it was spacious, our host was fantastic. He made sure our week got off to a great start by having bottles of water and wine, and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. He also had set out a beach cart loaded with beach chairs and umbrellas. We thought we would need to go buy beach towels but no, they were clean and ready for us. This was probably the best VRBO property we have ever stayed in.

Another stay in paradise

This was our second stay at this location. We enjoyed every single minute. The property is clean comfortable and welcoming. The host Geoffrey, makes the stay exceptional by providing an abundance of thoughtful treats. He is also super responsive with check in and any kind of maintenance needed. There were storms and outages and he showed up and got everything under control within hours. Also, when our flight got cancelled he was helpful with places to stay as his place was already taken. We hope to be back again soon!

Wow! Amazing place and view

Wow! Just wow! We are so fortunate to have booked a week stay here in July. Geoffrey was truly an amazing host. He goes above and beyond. He makes sure you have everything you need so you can just show up and enjoy your stay. From beach towels, to a cooler, to chairs, to sunscreen, to snacks upon arrival in the pantry and fridge, a full case of water, etc. I could go on and on. It was an easy walk to and from the beach. We also enjoyed the patio and the view. Such a great place to stay.

Beautiful beach condominium.

The property was the best I’ve ever stayed in Sanibel, and we’ve been to Sanibel a half dozen times. The owner Geoffrey was amazing. My family needed to come a day later than originally planned and Geoffrey was very generous in letting us change our reservation so we had the whole week. The condominium was spotless and well appointed. Nothing was overlooked. Upon arrival, Geoffrey had groceries for us. Wine, bottled water, yogurt, crackers, cheese, fruit, too many to list everything. Very generous. He also provided sunscreen, toiletries, beach towels and everything you would need for the beach. We had everything we needed to do our laundry and clean up the space. By far, the best VRBO I’ve stayed in and we travel often. Geoffrey’s place is a magical space when you need to recharge. My family had an amazing week and we can’t wait to return.

A little bit of Paradise

Our host, Geoffrey, provided everything to make our week stay most memorable. The penthouse floor property had recently been extensively remodeled using top of the line furniture and appliances. Our host provided us with enough gourmet food and drinks to last the week. There is a great washer and dryer in the laundry room and we were provided with everything necessary to do laundry. The complex has a great pool and the beach is mere steps away. We were provided with beach/sand chairs, umbrella and a beach buggy to tote it all! I became completely spoiled. Thanks, Geoffrey!

Island Beach Club Barnes Property

We cannot say enough about this property. The condo was gorgeous, well kept, and clean. Geoffrey was helpful and kept in touch. The kitchen was stocked with snacks which we fully appreciated after a long day of travel. We were a minute walk to the pool and could reach the beach within 3-5 minutes. It was an easy walk for my 8 and 4 year old. The beach was pristine and perfect for shelling and swimming. This was the vacation of a lifetime. It was truly paradise, and I highly recommend this property. I do not have one negative thing to say!

Outstanding in Every Way!!! WOW!!!

From the moment of the first communication to the moment of checking out, every single thing about this property was perfect! Geoffrey is, without a doubt, the best VRBO host we have ever experienced and we have experienced many. When you walk into the kitchen, the first thing you see is the high end appliances, counterops, etc. unless you first notice all the delcious snacks placed on the island. Geoffrey leaves no detail uncared for. The fridge was stocked with waters, soft drinks, cheeses, prosciotto, palmetto cheese, etc.! Geoffrey provided brand new, unopened cans of high end Neutrogena sun screen, all sorts of toiletries like facial wipes, Q-Tips, mouthwash, full sized soaps & body washes, etc. In the amazingingly large laundry room were full sized, high end HE washer and dryer. Provided there were laundry detergent, stain remover, etc. along with a well stocked first aid cabinet (which came in handy the day my husband cut his heel on a shell). The bed was extremely comfortable! The linens are high end, cotton (which is really nice and cool in the humid Sanibel environment). The view is absolutely incredible. The screened in lanai was our coffee and lunch spot daily. The walk to the beach is easy. Everything you need for the beach is provided..chairs, umbrella, beach buggy, cooler, high end beach towels, etc. There is nothing bad to say about this host or this property...absolutely choose this place and stay here if it's available on your dates...you will not find a better host, property or location, we are convinced of that!

Absolutely a wonderful property to stay at!

Everything about our stay was amazing. From the minute we walked in we knew we'd love our week on the beach. The property was very clean, comfortable, had amazing views, was stocked with assorted snacks, drinks, even wine. We walked to the pool side bar restaurant next door and even walked a mile down the beach to eat at the Sundial for lunch. We enjoyed our time so much and look forward to spending another week at this property in the future.

Perfection on Sanibel

Our host was outstanding. Communication was clear and precise. Every detail was perfection. We chose this particular property because of the stellar Reviews and they were completely accurate. Geoffrey was the perfect host. The property is ideal and The beachfront views and access simply outstanding. This is the perfect property and the perfect spot on the Gulf coast of Florida. Perfect Winter Getaway!

Geoffrey's condo was the perfect place to relax, rest, and recharge our batteries this February. When we arrived, he greeted us at the door and welcomed us to Sanibel. He had an assortment of snacks and drinks and charcuterie to serve as welcome meal after a day of travel. It was a thoughtful treat! The condo had a wonderful porch and view of the gulf. We spent many mornings and evenings watching the sun rise and set from there. The kitchen was perfect for our many meals together as it is truly a cook's kitchen. The living and sleeping areas were clean and inviting. The condo is located on a beautiful stretch of beach which offers outstanding shelling. Town is just a short bike ride (or drive) away as are several nature preserves for hiking and biking. This condo on Sanibel is one of our new favorite locations. We most highly recommend it and plan to return ourselves!

Everything and more

We were overwhelmed with the hospitality given to our visit by the Host. Snacks, water, drinks, paper products, towels and beach chairs plus wine. The location is super and a clear view of the ocean. The beach is nice and easy to access + elevator to 4th floor. Just about 1,000 ft down the beach is Coconuts poolside bar that you can have lunch. General location is very convenient. Highly recommend.

Vacation in Paradise

WOW! My husband and I have been vacationing in Sanibel for over 15 years and never have we stayed in a condo as beautiful as this one. Besides being meticulously renovated with every amenity and appliances you can ever want, our host, Geoffrey was wonderful and went out of his way to welcome us with goodie baskets of cookies, cheese, crackers, wine (chilled in the wine cooler).. YUM!! We ate every morsel. His little touches throughout the place like baskets of soap, shampoo, body wash etc. in the bathrooms, beach towels and chairs available for our use, made us really feel like home. Plus, the views from the screened in porch were spectacular as we watched many a sunrise over coffee on the comfortable chairs and stools. We just had a wonderful time and thank you Geoffrey for your exceptional hospitality and for making our vacation so memorable. We were fortunate enough to book this condo again for next year, and we can't wait to have another vacation in Paradise!! Michele & Mike Countis

Another great week @ Geoffrey’s place

This is our third visit to this condo in 4 years. As we have come to expect from Geoffrey, lots of great snacks, cheeses and drinks to help get our stay off to a stress free start. Absolutely perfect condo.

We loved everything about this condo. Great location, stunning views, everything was exceptionally warm and inviting. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed and more. Snacks awaited us which was nice.. Our host Geoffery was the BEST. Great communication and easy to make travel plans. We was impressed in many ways. Thanksgiving in Paradise

The host and this rental property are exceptional. As all of the other reviews specify, this host goes above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The view is spectacular, beach access so easy, beach towels, chairs and umbrella, suntan lotion. So many snacks! The kitchen was equipped with every cooking device known ( toaster oven, microwave drawer, electric tea kettle, kitchen aid mixer, etc.). We cooked our Thanksgiving meal and had everything we needed. My daughter's baked cookies and pies as well. Also, the beds were so comfortable! Everything about this place isremarkable.
