Hermoso condominio con piscina, a 3 minutos a pie del océano en la excelente ubicación de South Beach

Dr's Orders es un hermoso condominio de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños que duerme 7 en camas. Está convenientemente ubicado en la playa sur a menos de una cuadra del océano cerca del muelle. (Es un paseo de 2-3 minutos) Una vez que está estacionado, puede caminar a la mayoría de las tiendas, restaurantes y lugares de entretenimiento en South Beach.
Este es un condominio en la esquina del segundo piso, es posible que puedas vislumbrar el océano.
El maestro tiene una cama king, baño en suite y acceso al balcón cubierto. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama doble y una cama doble. Estas dos habitaciones comparten el baño del salón.

Hay una lavadora secadora en la unidad más una plancha y tabla de planchar.

La cocina está totalmente equipada y cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito.
Hay asientos cómodos en la sala de estar y la mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas y hay dos asientos más disponibles en la barra de desayuno.

Puede ver el océano desde el balcón cubierto; tiene una mesa y sillas.

Compartimos una piscina de tamaño olímpico junior con la propiedad de al lado. Es la piscina más grande de Tybee y se renovó este año.

Great spot in Tybee

Enjoyed our time. Unit is clean and in great condition. Pat was lovely and dropped over extra beach towels and a beach chair without being requested. Great location moments from the beach, shops and restaurants and easy drive into Savannah.

Wedding Weekend

The communication and follow up with the property was not very good at all. This location needs a lot of work. The property manager Kathee has no sense of urgency when you call her and does not do what she says she will do. There were a lot of things wrong with this property that she said would be corrected the next day and she never followed up and several calls back to her. Rain leaks into the front windows causing the floor to rot and the knob was off the closest. The floor in the kitchen was damaged the handle on the dryer was broken off. The information on the email sent out and the information book in the room was incorrect to access the internet. The knob came off on the cabinet below the TV. The community pool was very unfriendly the police had to be called for domestic violence between husband and wife and wife was arrested for her action. The elevator was not working properly. Upgraded

We never did get to stay in the property we rented. We were upgraded to the building next door which was in a wonderful location with the beach outside our door and two pools. The space also managed by Ocean Watch was clean and ready for us. Kathleen went above and beyond to help us and to make our stay on Tybee Island memorable. We will certainly return. We were in The Brass Rail building.

WARNING-NO NOT STAY

The pictures look great. Very deceiving. This unit is not maintained. It is infested with German roaches and dirty. We picked up the plunger to kill a roach and feces water came out of the plunger. Multiple roaches in the kitchen. Ice machine broken, elevator needs repair, trash smell on the balcony. The building overall is not well maintained. We felt unclean and uncomfortable. The management company did offer another place in the building next door for us to stay and it was much nicer. There are still opportunities on cleanliness in the new place. Bedspreads are not washed between each guest and under the bed was full of dust. I wouldn't stay here again.

Amazing

Kathee was excellent. She accommodated us very well. Our condo was very spacious and clean. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and it was close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

Family Spring Break

Our family enjoyed a spring break get away to Tybee island. This Location is a quick drive to Savannah while staying at the beach. Walking distance to shops, beach, pier and places to eat.

Close to fun in the sun!

We truly enjoyed staying close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Could setup at beach early and walk back to condo as needed. The condo was clean. A few items needing some maintenance, but nothing that impeded our fun in the sun or family time. Thank you Pat and Kathee!

Family time

We enjoyed our family time and stay at Ocean Watch. It was convienately located to everything we wanted to do. Kathy and Pat were always available to answer questions and give us info on our stay. We would stay there again if we return to Tybee Island.

Location, Location, Location

The place was at a wonderful location with a block to the beach and right near all the shops and restaurants. We had a family of 6, 3 adults and 3 children, and was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. Parking was great and accommodated our 2 large SUVs. The internet was terrible, so I was unable to work but overall it was an amazing place to stay. Would definitely come again.

Renting this property was an easy process. We had to change our date it did take few tries to get confirmation for that. But it all worked out. The apartment was great. Clean and provided everything you needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils. Including a Crockpot!! I love a crockpot. The ocean view wasn't quite what we expected, but if you are in the correct spots you can see it. One street over from restaurants, and shopping and at the end of that street is Beach & Ocean! Will add that the WI-FI was non existent. Over all we had a great stay. Thanks. Now go have some fun!!

Great Weekend Stay on Tybee

Enjoyed Tybee for the first time and our rental that was very close to shops, restaurants, and ice cream shop, the beach, etc. There was no reason to move the car once other. The condo was nice and beds comfortable. We would stay again!

Great Condo and Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this past weekend! Kathee and Pat were great hosts and responded quickly whenever we had questions. The condo is in a great location, a quick and easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The condo was very nice and clean and had all of the amenities we needed in the kitchen to cook every day. Our dogs loved sitting on the balcony and people watching. We'll definitely be back! Thanks!

Comfy beach condo with all the comforts of home

We had a great time staying here. Couches, beds and furnishings were a little uncomfortable, but generally fit the bill. Great location for food, bars and beach access. Kathee was very attentive to our needs when we reached out with questions.

Nice trip amid COVID19

The condo was very nice but a little sandy! Imagine that! The walk was very short to the beach. We were told we would be on the second floor but ended up on the third floor which was a walk up the steps when the elevator was broken. But it did add to our steps for the day!! The only issue we could see was that there was definitely a shortage on people who were wearing masks.....we wore ours almost all the time. Hopefully this won't last much longer.....

Great Stay in Tybee

Condo was beautiful and just as advertised. Pat was wonderful to communicate with and check in and out were very easy. Minor issue that the washer/dryer wasn’t working but was not a big deal and Pat was so kind and offered to do laundry for us if we needed it. This was our first time to Tybee and we didn’t know what to expect, but it was a fun beach town with lots of shops and restaurants. We were walking distance of many shops/stores/restaurants which was very convenient but meant that the younger bar and drinking crowd tended to gravitate to this section of Tybee too. Nothing too rowdy but FYI if you have young kids. Overall wonderful stay and we would definitely return!

Great location, fun vacation

Thanks for all your help Pam! We enjoyed our stay at your condo. It is in a wonderful location. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, and walk over one street to eat or get ice cream. It was great!
