¡TIEMPO PARA VACACIONES EN EL OCEANFRONT DREAM!

Usted y todos sus amigos y / o familiares merecen unas vacaciones en "CONCHED OUT ON SQUID ROE". Despierta con el sonido de las olas rompiendo y el olor del aire salado. Paso de la cubierta y obtener arena entre los dedos de los pies. Camine hasta la ciudad para ir de compras o disfrute de los increíbles restaurantes. Prepare una cena de marisco en la cocina gourmet abierta al aire libre con estufa de inducción, hornos dobles y cajón calentador. Tome una siesta en el sofá mientras mira por la pared de puertas de vidrio en el mar azul. Retírese a la segunda habitación familiar de la planta baja para pasar un rato tranquilo. También es perfecto para vacaciones multifamiliares; espacio para todos.

El nivel superior que tiene la pared de vidrio con puertas francesas que dan al océano es la sala de estar principal, que es un concepto abierto: sala de estar, cocina (¡lava los platos mientras observas a los delfines!) y cenando. El dormitorio principal está a la izquierda de la sala de estar principal y los dos dormitorios de arriba están a la derecha de la sala de estar con un baño entre esas dos habitaciones. Una de esas habitaciones tiene una litera doble sobre la reina (para 3 personas) y la otra habitación tiene dos literas separadas para dormir cuatro. En la planta baja hay otra sala de estar de tamaño completo completamente separada con barra mojada, biblioteca repleta de pared a pared, baño completo y sala de literas familiar (cama de matrimonio y una litera doble sobre la reina, capacidad para 5 personas). Es bueno si viajas con otra familia o multigeneracional porque todos pueden encontrar un espacio privado cuando lo necesitan y luego reunirse en el área de estar principal o en la amplia terraza frente al mar cuando deseas socializar.

Great Kid Friendly Beach Stay

We had a fun filled stay with family and friends. The accommodations were perfect and safe for our toddlers and close enough to the beach to feel comfortable during nap time. They had everything from kids plates to books and games too.

Great house!

Enjoyed our week in Surf City. Chris and Rob were great with communication. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. Excellent deck space and a wide beach at low tide. I will definitely rent this house again!

We had a great stay here, the location was just far enough away from town to avoid the larger crowds but also walkable for dinner. The beach was quiet and the outdoor shower/deck were amazing. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We plan to book this again for next year!

Cannot be closer to the water

This home is steps from the ocean. The living area was perfect for our ten guests; it never felt crowded. There is also a great outdoor shower space.

Wonderful Beach Home

We've planned family vacations in different beach houses on Topsail Island/Surf City for 35 years. This home stands out as one of our favorites. It is bright and comfortable, has many amenities, and a great location! Chris and Robert were wonderful hosts!

Midweek Weekend

We had a wonderful time during our recent visit. The house was just as described, very comfortable with every amenity you could need. Beach access was perfect and the weather could not have been better. We will be looking to stay in this same home next year and hopefully for many years to come.

Amazing Views

We had a group of 9 (kids and adults), and this house fit us perfectly. With room to spare. The bunk room was perfect for our older kids, the kitchen was terrific (had everything you need), and the views and location can’t be beat. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon! :)

Great location and perfect for our family!

The property worked wonderfully for our group of 11- ranging from 8 to 73! This was our first family vacation to Surf City and definitely won’t be our last. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you should need and the views from the kitchen/living room and back deck will be hard to beat! We loved watching the dolphins each morning and boats come and go throughout the day. Communications with the hosts always went smoothly and they were quick to reply. The whole week was a win to our family. .

Exactly what we needed!

This home and location is even better then the photos. The owners worked with our weird needs and made check-in and out super simple. We are already discussing booking the same home next year. I would not hesitate when booking, as we were thankful we booked a June trip in February! This gem goes quickly.

Best. Vacation Ever

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The house is beautiful and watching the sunrise every morning from the deck was breathtaking. The owners were fantastic. They made the entire process from booking to checkin so easy. They thought of everything. Although we didn’t cook while we were there, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. This is our second summer staying at this beautiful beach house and it was just as we remembered….amazing!! :) The house is exactly as described and even more beautiful in person. Perfect beach house!

This is my families 4th year doing an annual beach trip together and we’ve been searching for a beach house that we can rebook every year- we finally found it! We loved this beach house so much. The owners take great care of it & you can tell they’ve made several upgrades. The front porch was by far our favorite hangout spot, all the updates to it are great! The home is well stocked with cooking equipment if you choose to cook. The home is in an awesome location and not far from several restaurants! We look forward to coming back next year!

Great location and home

It was a beautiful spot and home. Even though there were a few unforeseen issues the owners were very responsive and were very on top of it. You can’t ask for a better spot. If I had one critique, it would be I wish the bedrooms had more normal beds instead of so many bunks but we did know that going in based on pictures. Either way you won’t be disappointed here.

Just what we were looking for.

When you first enter Luna Y Sol you are greeted by the most amazing ocean view. Check in was super easy. The house is beautiful and well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. (Including a wonderful library and selection of games!) It accommodated our family of 7 with plenty of room to spare. The house is the perfect location, just far enough away from the crowd yet still walking distance to shops, restaurants and ice cream! Chris and Rob are wonderful hosts, they were quick to respond to anything, great with communication and worked to make sure everything was perfect so we would have the best vacation.

We are a family of five that enjoys each other's company and sharing our time with family and friends. Our favorite things to do are to travel together, play board games, spend time in the garden and out in nature, watching baseball & football, and most of all spending lazy days on the beach. We are advocates of Mother Nature--doing our best to keep her clean and respecting all her "children". We are excited to make new memories here in Surf City and offer our home to you to do the same. Surf City is a wonderful place with friendly people who appreciate a warm, family atmosphere. Our neighbors on either side of us live there year round and are kind and helpful, and in the local area there is a compassionate group of people who dedicate their time to rescuing sea turtles, as well as, assisting baby sea turtles back to the ocean. We feel quite blessed to be part of a community that is respectful, good-natured, and fun.

I think what makes our property unique is us. We work hard to make sure everything is in good working condition and appreciate feedback from guests when assistance is needed. We act quickly to ensure the matter is taken care of in a timely fashion. We are really good communicators and want to ensure that your stay is fun, safe and enjoyable. We supply everything we can, and do our best to update our home each year with little and sometimes big projects. We love guests who take care of our home and treat it respectfully. We know that staying at hotels or resorts are always enjoyable, but it means a great deal to us that you chose to stay in our place. We enjoy being "in service" so that your well earned vacation is spent in the best way possible. Our home is cozy and sweet and fully of Beach Magic.
