You'll be saying "Beach, Please" at this ocean view location just across from the beach in downtown Surf City! This home's features including elevator, expansive wrap around decks, ocean views, comfortable layout, walking distance to downtown shops and activities, and a walk-over beach access just across the street are just a few things that make for a wonderful family vacation spot! With a two level reverse split level style, the living and dining areas offer a great room with seating, ocean views, and the convenience of slider access to the street side deck to get just a bit closer to the Atlantic Ocean just across the street or step out to take in the surrounding views on the expansive, wrap-around connected decks! Head on over to the beach via the access just across the street to have some fun in the sun or stay house-side and enjoy the relaxation!

Notice: Please be advised that a beach renourishment project will be underway in Surf City, NC, starting December 1, 2024, and is expected to conclude in May 2025. During this project you may see and hear heavy machinery, dredging, and activity in the area.

Great Place

This is a great locations and lots of space to spread out! It's within walking distance to several restaurants and a breakfast place AND is across the street from the beach. I highly recommend it!

Family Vacation

We were very pleased with the house and location. It had the right mix of bedrooms & bathrooms to meet our needs. Its location across the street fro a public beach access, as well as, a block and a half from the commercial district made it convienent. We would definately consider this home in the future. The only negative was the elevator faulted the morning before our departure. We contacted the property manager prompty at 0900, but as of our departure at 0700 the next morning it had not been addressed. It was a chore carrying all of our belongings down the stairs.

Excellent location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is second to none! The best restaurants and donut shop are within walking distance. The beach crossover is right across the street so it gives you a clear unobstructed view of the beach. This home provided everything we needed and more. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint is that the carpet desperately needs to be replaced. It didn’t take away from our enjoyment but does distract from the beauty of the home. To the owner, we received a phone call on the house phone late one evening…It was from your extended warranty provider. They are looking for you! Haha. We got a good laugh at that! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Welcome to the Beach!

We stayed at 'Beach Please' at the end of August and had a great time! Apparently, the school starts the 3rd week of August, so by the end of August, there were no crowds, but everything was open. Location was superb! Could walk to coffee, food, and ice cream. And the beach was right across the street with public access! Right behind the house was a seafood steamer to-go place. The house had a modern feel and was well-organized. Multiple bathrooms were convenient for everyone and kitchen was well-stocked. There were only two negatives - 1) The cleaning staff did a poor job. Upon arrival, there was still left over garbage. Particularly, in the 2-bed room. There was leftover plastic wrap and trash around the room. 2) The master bed was not comfortable. I think the mattress had begun to sag or cave-in in the middle, so made for uncomfortable night. Overall, great trip!

Excellent Location and Very Clean property

Location, Location, Location. I picked this property because I wanted to try being within walking distance of everything and this place is centrally located and my family walked everywhere! The corner lot was very nice. Even though it's not directly on the beach, you have a great view of the ocean with easy access. The house itself was very clean and everything worked as expected. It took us awhile to figure out the elevator, but once we did it was a great feature. If I could improve one thing it would be to put a king size bed in at least one room.

Beautiful, well laid out floor plan & family friendly.

The property was an awesome floor plan, beautiful view and comfortable. We ranged in age from 14-68 and everyone was happy!
