Islander Condo # 306 es una unidad de Silver View de East View que tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Ingrese a nuestro paraíso tropical convenientemente ubicado para un acceso rápido y fácil a la playa o a su elección de dos piscinas.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con todas las herramientas para satisfacer sus necesidades de cocina. Reúnase alrededor de la mesa del comedor con capacidad para 6 personas o relájese en la acogedora sala de estar para ver el televisor de 42 "con reproductor de DVD y acceso a cable digital. Hay un sofá cama doble disponible para los huéspedes.

Already Dreaming of Our Next Stay

The location of the resort has easy access to shops and restaurants while still feeling nestled away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The condo has all the conveniences of being at home which makes being away that much easier. The short walk to the beach makes it easy to return to the condo as needed throughout the day. The beach service made our stay so much easier. The beach attendant, Brent, was so responsive to the guests’ needs and always seemed genuinely interested in the conversations he had with guests. We wished the sunrise or sunset views were better but watching and listening to the waves from the balcony was beautiful. We will definitely be returning to The Islander Resort for future stays.

Needs update

Not happy with the condo, the master bedroom rug was disgusting, old and stained. Couch old and chair old and stained. Kitchen counters old and peeling. Dining table chairs old and sunken in and the back to one was broken. The stove top grills to cook on didn’t even fit so your cooking at a slant. I could not believe that one. So ridiculous that they couldn’t even put the right one that fit. Floor in the master bathroom was not even mopped. Stains on the tile. Didn’t look like the toilet was cleaned because there was a ring around the inside of the toilet from not being cleaned. Payed a lot of money and we were very disappointed. Will never go back to The Islander.

Man said it showed the room was not rented the carpet in the bed rooms needed Tobe replaced.the master bath room faucts need to be replace the other bathroom faucets and drain needs to be replaced you can c a ll me or my wife for the rest worstcondo I've ever stayed in will.never come back and my friend's that stay there problem will not come back

She came into my sisters wedding cursing out the Dj. Saying we had to shut the wedding down at 10:30 when the contract says 12pm. This particular room is in desperate need of updating. Dishes were not looked at when placed in the cabinet. Something appeared to be egg was stuck on several dishes. cups still have coffee stain. Maybe because the dishwasher is so basic and old. If I stay again, it will be in a more upgraded room.

Nice condo

They showed a movie on a large projector on Friday night and my daughter and I loved dining outside while watching a fun kids movie. I was disappointed that there were no items to use for cleaning up besides a single roll of paper towels. I had to purchase dish soap, sponges and other items that for the few days that I was in town. I was slightly disappointed there was no washer and dryer in the unit since I was traveling with a little one, but it wasn't a huge issue. I do wish there was a coin machine in the laundry room. I was also a little disappointed with the fact that I was told twice there would be a pack and play available for me one month prior to my stay, then I was told "they don't do that anymore" so I had find a rental for that at the last minute. But, with that said, the lady at the front desk did give me a direct number to call for Crib Connection and they were great. Overall, it was a great trip. Just felt like for the amount we paid, there should have been more items standard in the condo.

Furniture was all comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the gulf. It was an easy drive to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again!

I will definitely use The Islander as our vacation accommodation needs in the future.

Our stay overall was great. Parking was very easy, we never had a problem as there was an abundance of parking and never an issue with the gate and code. The crowd was our speed-family oriented and not an older crowd. We enjoyed the music at the pool at night, didn't bother us at all as it was the type of vibe we were looking for, but when it was bed time; it was quiet. The pictures online for this unit is an understatement. It looks more modern in person. However, you can tell the unit is old because it smelled of mold. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were supplied an abundance of everything we needed and was clean. I loved our private access to the beach, allowing us to not be annoyed by the crowds this time of year. The way The Islander provided beach amenities was awesome as well as the workers who set up the beach chairs and umbrellas every morning, they were awesome and very informative. I will be booking again directly through The Islander and not Vrbo. Next time we will book a gold or platinum unit with an east view.

Loved it!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo! Great location and beautiful views! I must have missed the communication on what was and wasn’t provided (toilet paper, dishwasher soap, etc) so I wasn’t full prepared but we made the best of it and still had a great time!

Nice location

Nice location on the beach. Beach chair rental and umbrella included which is nice. Nice place to stay with family. Activities for kids. The unit was clean and fit our needs perfectly.

Summer vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been enjoying our summer vacation at the Islander almost every year since the early 1990's. Our stays have always been quiet, relaxing and most enjoyable... until this recent stay. On the afternoon of our arrival, a large group of 20-30 had set up the pool as party central... complete with a large, VERY loud sound system playing inappropriate music. We complained to management, but the party, alcohol consumption, and raucous behavior continued. As the evening went on, things got worse. Finally, sheriff's deputies arrived around 8:30 pm, and management closed the pool around 9:00. I happened to visit with some property owners who stated a similar party had occurred the previous night as well We were greatly disappointed the Islander mgt. Allowed such behavior on their 'family friendly' establishment. The furnishings in our condo (particularly the sofa) were very worn and in need of replacement.

Great Pool/Beach Service

The condo had appropriate supplies. The balcony table was broke and we had to put a large box under the leg to stabilize it. The pool was extremely clean and the beach service was a nice perk! Overall it was a great stay just far from anywhere to walk. You need a car, but with Covid there was nowhere to go anyway!!!
