Unidad 512 - Unidad West Sunset View Gold

Nuestro condominio está ubicado en Holiday Isle y está situado en el Golfo. Es una unidad para no fumadores y también está equipada con un sistema de purificación de aire UV. Esta unidad cuenta con dos habitaciones con una cama queen en la habitación principal y 2 camas individuales en la habitación de invitados. Televisor de 32 ', dos baños y un sofá cama Queen TV de 42'. Hay tres televisores, dos de los cuales son pantallas planas de HDTV y dos reproductores de DVD. Esta unidad también está equipada con acceso inalámbrico a internet, ventiladores de techo en las dos habitaciones, una cocina totalmente equipada con lavaplatos, desecho, microondas y máquina de hielo.

Disfrute de aguas cristalinas, playas de arena de azúcar y vistas de la puesta de sol que lo dejarán sin aliento, ¡desde nuestro balcón! Unidad 512 fue profesionalmente renovado y reformado. Decorado con colores recolectados en el mar, este hermoso condominio le invita cálidamente a los colores del mar y del sol. Los muebles son contemporáneos y limpios, con hermosas y únicas citas.

Este condominio está ubicado en el corazón de Destin, Florida, pero ubicado en Holiday Isle, brindando a nuestros huéspedes un ambiente más privado. Restaurantes, golf y tiendas, entre muchas otras cosas, están a solo minutos de distancia. Hay dos piscinas (una de ellas climatizada), canchas de tenis, shuffle board y un pabellón de parrillas de carbón familiar para su disfrute. La Costa Esmeralda está constantemente clasificada entre las mejores de los EE. UU. Y por una buena razón.

We loved the beach!! Alan helped us with the beach chairs and umbrella and greeted us every day with a smile. The pool was beautiful and enjoyed the time there.

We loved the condo and location! The beach access was perfect. My only complaint was that one of the elevators was broken and the other was either very slow and or also not working. Even with this, we will definitely stay again.

Great Beach Vacation

Our condo unit was great. It met all my expectations and more for my 1st experience of staying at a condo(usually stay at hotels). Easy access to the beach and pool. Would definitely return to stay here again!

Overall Good

Overall the place was good. We had two adults and three children and felt that there was plenty of space for all of us to sleep and relax while in the unit. There are some definite improvements that could be made to the unit (e.g. carpet is very worn and stained, stovetop burners were slanted and difficult to use/cook for evenly, one of the dining table chairs was broken). The property itself was good too. Love that there were two heated pools, beach setup, and activities during the week. The linen exchange was also a nice touch given that there is no in unit washer/dryer. We were there during spring break so getting a spot on the beach was tough and the pools were very crowded but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the vacation. All in all, I would stay at this property again.

Our Exspensive February

Reviewer Comments: What began as a long awaited time with friends and relatives ended abruptly when we were called home do to a death in our family. ( my stepson). As we had been there for only one week and had paid in full for four weeks. Knowing that we probably would not be compensated I was amazed that I received an email showing that $1218.14 been charged to my credit card without informing me. How unfair and unethical! It has been resolved but we are left with a bad feeling about the Islander.

Great vacation

Property is clean, nice decorations, lots of towels, and amenities. Great location. I want to voice my opinion. The pool area doesn't have good lighting in the evening and night hours. Too dark. Not safe to walk around because of it.

Beach Trip July 2020

This was the cleanest condo I had ever stayed at. Even the deck was very clean. Overall the experience was great. We did have have an ocean view, but it was not right on the beach as this complex is not beach front. However we only had a 5 minute walk to the beach. Alex came right over and asked if we needed beach chairs and always gave us the best available, he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The kitchen was very well stocked. Even had a set of Cuisinart knives. The only downside to the kitchen was that there was very little storage space for groceries for the 5 days we were there and the refrigerator sounded ready to die out on any given day. We were a little disappointed that we did not know about any of the activities scheduled at the complex. There was a live music night that we would have loved to attend. We took advantage of the kayak and paddleboard rentals available right on our beach. It was great fun!! Will definitely consider a return trip.
