Good, but property description needs an update

Overall a good stay. But a few things from the property description weren't correct. This property is building 19, not building 17. So not right by the pool and beach walkway. There are no beach towels. Only 2 beach chairs, not 4. No skim board, like it says in the description. No beach towels. Kitchen was not well supplied. No cutting board, no pizza cutter, and no food storage containers. food storage containers, and no psas.

Stunning Sunsets

We stayed in this unit for two months and found it quite, spacious, comfortable and good value. The host is easy to contact and is very responsive. The listing should be updated to reflect current furnishings and features e.g.the theatre in Clubhouse #2 was converted to a gym more than a year ago. An upgrade to bed linens and towels would also be a nice improvement. Overall sufficiently equipped for longer term stays.

Pleasant stay

We had 3 adults using all 3 rooms. All beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. The back porch could’ve used a sweeping, there were clippings on it. The pool and spa at the complex are really nice. Bring a beach cart if you’re walking to the beach. We drove to Bethune beach (a couple miles) so we’d have a beach with facilities. We enjoyed our stay!

Great stay

Absolutely loved our stay! There were 7 of us and there was more than enough room for everyone. It was very inviting. Plenty of dishes, pots pans, bath towels and such. Very well stocked! Loved that there’s a washer and dryer in the unit we used it daily. Also having beach chairs snd toys made it easier to no have to bring our own. The pool area is wonderful and everything is very clean. Jeff is very prompt on answering any questions and was very accommodating for our requests. I am a frequent visitor to NSB and will definitely stay there again.

Clean, family-friendly

The condo is clean and well-stocked for a beach stay. There are plenty of bath towels and washcloths. The kitchen has plenty of counter and cabinet space; we cooked most of our breakfasts and several dinners in the condo. Master bedroom and bathroom are huge. There is plenty of closet space throughout the condo. All of the appliances seemed fairly new and in good working condition. Pool and beach are a short walk. If you are bringing young children and have a lot of beach gear, I would recommend bringing or renting a beach wagon or cart to transport beach toys, etc. We only used one of the two pools on the property, and it was a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Jeff was super quick to respond to messages and answer questions during our stay and the time leading up to it. We had a problem with the a/c during our stay. I messaged him one evening around 9:00 p.m., and he had a repairman scheduled to come out the following morning (and on the weekend!). There is a trash chute on the same floor as the unit, so taking the trash out is convenient. The elevator was in good working condition, so staying on the 4th floor was no problem. The building has luggage carts to help with loading and unloading. I would recommend this condo for anyone, but especially a family with children. We didn’t experience any type of noise disturbance during our stay and encountered many friendly guests and residents.

Great place for a beach vacation

This was a really great condo! The condo is at the end of the Oceanwalk complex so it’s a 3 building walk to the pool and beach walkway and then another quick 5 minutes across the street to the beach. Not bad at all. The condo was really nice and clean. Very spacious and has everything you need. Great marsh view from the balcony and the place was so quiet. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the linens on the beds. The master bed has a plastic mattress protector and the sheets were so thin and ripping. Any small movement and the plastic mattress protector squeaked and the sheets often fell off of the corners. Need a cover over the mattress protector and upgraded sheets. Overall we had a great time and would love to come back.

Weekend Beach Getaway

We had a lovely stay at Jeff’s condo. It was spacious and very clean. Everything you could think of needing is there for you. The location is great with being just a short walk across the street to the beach!

Fabulous Location

Had a fantastic stay, great views of the ocean (just a quick walk away) and the nature reserve!! Condo was clean and spacious! Everyone was very helpful and friendly!

Very nice condo ... great location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and the beds were comfy. Our host, Jeff, was very responsive and accommodating. The location of the condo is great. Access to the beach is right across the street and the beach is beautiful! We also spent plenty of time in the warm pool and hot tub, staying until close most every night. We cooked steaks on the grill by the pool for dinner one night. We hope to be back!

Really nice Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. As other reviews have stated it is even nicer than the pictures. The master bedroom is huge with a very spacious bathroom. The other two rooms are very nice as well. The couch has a pullout bed and I didn't realize until the last day but there is an air mattress in a closet as well. We enjoyed the heated pool and Jacuzzi every day because much of our stay was on the cool side. We also walked to the beach every day. The kids enjoyed the sand toys. Jeff the manager was so helpful and very quick to respond to our questions. The cable wouldn't turn on but he was right on it and it was activated quickly. We really enjoyed the large dinning area as well. I sure hope we will get to return soon for another family get together.

One of my favorite places to vacation

This is our 2nd time this year traveling from Las Vegas to New Symrna beach! We have stayed at this condo both times! It’s clean! Easy access to everything you need. The views are breathtaking! The owner is a super nice guy! Will definitely spend more time at the condo in 2019!

Best vacation ever

This place is amazing. The owner Replies almost instantly and really worked with my dates and payment. From the time I requested information I have been blown away. The condo is spacious and clean. The amenities and location are a Dream. I celebrated my fortieth birthday here and could not have been happier. I would highly recommend the owner, resort and location 😊

Wonderful and peaceful

Jeff and his family we're very helpful. The condo is pleasantly suited for a big or small family. It had everything we needed and wasn't far from the amenities at all. Seas The Day Condo New Smyrna Beach Florida

We had a wonderful stay at Seas The Day Condo. There is a beautiful view of the Ocean from the front bedroom window and a spectacular view of acres and acres of the REAL natural Florida from the rear patio. Everything including Air Conditioning, Washer & Dryer and all other appliances worked perfectly. In addition, our 6 day stay was so very quiet! Great for catching up on some rest! The walk to the beach was great exercise and the beach was very clean and not very crowded. The other neighbors in the condo complex were very nice and friendly. Definitely a 5 Star VRBO!
