Excellent beach condo!

This condo was clean, organized, and had great access to the beach, rec bldg (with a workout room), and the pool. We really enjoyed the space. We had quick and informative communication with the owner. We will definitely return to this unit!

Awesome Rental!!

The condo was perfect. Everything we needed to have a great visit. Right across from the beach. This building is closest to the path to the beach which is convenient. Super clean, owner was very available if we needed anything. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping.

Great location and perfect condo

Location is great, right by the ocean access walk. The condo literally had everything we needed - the hosts thought of everything. Host was responsive and extremely helpful questions and accolades a special request. This will be our new go to propert when visiting NsB.

Fun getaway

Some friends and I rented this place to celebrate us going all back to college. The property was amazing with so many things to do close to it. Highly recommend!

High school graduation celebration

Condo was bigger than the pictures reflected. Both king and queen beds were very comfortable. Bunks are suitable for smaller adults or kids. My 22 year old had a hard time sleeping in them. Great stock of beach amenities. Couple of the boogie boards were broken, but you could still use to float. Locals that live in complex very friendly and helpful especially the neighbor to the south. Kitchen is well stocked with basic spiced and condiments. Close to food market and great dining. A touch of Italy is awesome and easy to get in to if you liked Italian food. Property owner is quick to respond and gets issues revived quickly. Overall fantastic place. Highly recommend

Beautiful place & great location

The condo was beautiful and felt like a home. It had easy access to the beach access walkway and was next door to the pool & movie theater. Great location! We enjoyed the stay and recommend it to anyone that is planning a trip to New Smyrna Beach, FL.

Relaxing

There was a slight unidentifiable oder and we found cat hair between the couch cushions, but other than that everything was super clean. There were condiments in the fridge which we weren’t sure about; didn’t use them. The view off the balcony is beautiful and serene. The mattresses were very comfortable, and the easy beach access (across the street) was a big plus. Over all a good value. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location for a family getaway

Our family loved this location and the property was described perfectly. Once we were settled in it felt like our home away from home. The beach access was close and the area isn't over populated so it was very easy to enjoy ourselves. We highly recommend this as your next family getaway!

This property is exactly as advertised and well worth trying! We loved the spacious condo and many amenities offered. We come every year as birthday week for my daughter and it was extra special this year as she’s headed off to college. We loved every second of our stay and tons of perks from decor to comfortable beds. We’ll definitely be back and hopefully this condo is available when we do!

Beautiful week at Ocean Walk 17

I loved the location of building 17, being close to beach access, close to a pool, close to the wooden nature trail, and ocean views AND nature preserve views. The unit was spacious and clean, perfect for our tall family to enjoy. Brent was available when I had technical issues due to poor Verizon coverage in the area. The wifi and amenities in the unit are perfect. Memories made for my sister’s family and mine, after losing our mother to Covid a year ago.

Amazing NSB Condo for Families

I generally don’t take the time to review vacation rentals, but after this experience I get more than obligate to share our experience. Property manger’s communication was above and beyond; reaching out before, during, and after the stay. The property, unit, and amenities were ideal. Many vacation rentals have horrible kitchen items and appliances. This unit had all new and functional cooling items. Lastly, full time residents on the property were nice, talkative and not angry with vacationers.

Incredibly comfortable vacation home.

We had an amazing time staying here. The condo was beautifully decorated and has all the comforts you could want and more. The beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect for a quiet family vacation. The pool was nice and close to the condo. It was a perfect first vacation in New Smyrna Beach.

Great place in NSB!

Every trip to NSB, we typically stay at Ocean Walk condos. They are nice, have multiple pools, outdoor grills, and just right across the street from the beach. With that being said, we'd experienced a wide variety of different condos within the complex. This one was by far the best of them! Nice layout with the master suite detached from the other bedrooms, open kitchen/dining/living area, and modern and newer appliances. We loved everything about our stay! Recommend to anyone going to NSB!

Peaceful and Perfect!

What an awesome experience! The property was large comfortable with three bedrooms two bath and a beautiful peaceful balcony. The balconies view is to a large preserve that is very peaceful to just sit there and relax and have a cup of coffee in the morning. The beach is just across the street. I absolutely recommend it! Look no further!

Beautiful New Smyrna Beach Condo

We loved our stay at Brent's amazing Ocean Walk condo. It was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. It fit our family of 8 plus a baby perfectly. The bunk room was a plus! The property has very nice amenities including pools, hot tubs, tennis and more. And the ocean.... it is literally across the street. We loved that a beach cart, chairs, toys, umbrella, cooler and boogie boards were available for our use. Brent has taken every care to make your stay a memorable one. He is attentive, communicative and kind. We definitely recommend it!
