Sully's Sand Dollar es un hermoso condominio de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños ubicado frente a una hermosa playa de Florida y a solo unas pocas millas del centro histórico de New Smyrna Beach. Hay una gran selección de restaurantes cerca y muchas atracciones locales para familias y adultos por igual.

Ya sea que esté buscando un lugar para escaparse a la playa en verano o alejarse del frío en invierno, el Sand Dollar de Sully es el lugar para usted.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, hermosas vistas desde la parte trasera de la unidad, un vestidor y un baño enorme que incluye lavabos para él y para ella, una bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha separada.

Cada una de las otras dos habitaciones incluye un tamaño completo y una cama individual para un amplio espacio para dormir. También hay armarios en cada una de las habitaciones. El segundo baño completo se encuentra adyacente al dormitorio 2 con acceso al pasillo separado también.

La sala de estar tiene mucho espacio para sentarse y está abierta en la parte trasera de la unidad con vistas a la reserva natural.

Los huéspedes tienen acceso a todo el condominio. Hay un patio proyectado en la parte trasera que da a una reserva natural.

La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo que necesita para preparar comidas e incluye microondas, estufa, horno, tostadora, cafetera Keurig y refrigerador con máquina de hielo. Platos, tazas y cubiertos también están incluidos.

Hay una gran mesa para comidas con capacidad para 6, así como dos taburetes adicionales en la barra de desayuno.

Oceanwalk Condos tiene dos casas club, cada una con piscina, bañera de hidromasaje y gimnasio. La casa club principal se encuentra inmediatamente fuera del edificio de la unidad y ofrece una cocina interior y una parrilla comunitaria para barbacoa a disposición de los huéspedes. También cuenta con una sala de sauna.

Hay un sendero natural de media milla que comienza justo detrás del edificio y termina en el extremo sur del complejo.

El acceso a la playa está directamente cruzando la calle a través de una entrada privada. La unidad incluye toallas de playa y colchonetas, una nevera grande con ruedas, sillas de playa, sombrilla y carrito de playa. Laura is very welcoming and keeps you informed every step of the way. This unit is our favorite in Oceanside Condos - you are directly across from the gym, pool and sauna! It is a short walk to the beach. The unit is stocked with beach towels and nice linens. Highly recommend! Booked for the third time already for next year!

Family vacation July 2025

The condo was amazing! It was spacious and so nice! The owner was fantastic to work with! The area is very beautiful and not overly crowded. The highlight of our trip was watching a sea turtle swim out of the ocean, lay her eggs and go back into the ocean. It was amazing!

The condo was perfect. the beach was a short walk away. The pool had some strict rules not balls, horse playing , jumping ( great if you only wanted to relax but not great with to young boys wanting to play in the pool) . 9 out of 10 we defiantly be back

Spring break getaway!

We had a great week at Ocean Walk - unit had everything we needed and the closet was filled with fun items for the beach! Plenty of towels and space for our family of 5 to spread out and have meals together. Room was very clean and comfortable

Perfect

Perfect place for a family group of six. Clean, roomy, a fully equipped kitchen, thoughtful details including snacks and toiletries. Our grandchildren enjoyed playing with the toys and games as well as the beach toys. Laura and Brendan were immediately available to look after any needs we might have. We would definitely recommend Sully's Sand Dollar!

The owners were amazing. They kept in touch with us throughout the year prior to us attending and made sure that our stay was comfortable. Their home was clean and the accommodations up-to-date and comfortable.We enjoyed ourselves so much that we booked again for next year!Thank you again for being g so welcoming!

Best place in Oceanview

We have stayed at different units in this complex. This is the BEST one. First of all the unit is right across from the pool and sauna. It is a short walk to the beach entrance. Second of all, the unit was stocked such as Beach towels, games, a few coffee pods, etc. Highly recommend. We booked it again already!

New Smyrna Beach

The condo was perfect for my me and my sister’s annual girls trip. It Is very comfy and cozy. It has a great kitchen with everything needed to cook in. The pool is conveniently located directly across the parking lot from our unit. A real plus is the parking garage and elevator- although the elevator has no fan, so it was very hot riding, not a deal breaker though. There is plenty of room and the view from the screened patio is very private and beautiful. It’s also very close to the drive on beach- which is where we went. Overall we were very happy with the accommodations and would tell anyone considering this location to go for it!

Nice Condo.

We enjoyed the condo. It was great that there was a closer with games and also a closet with beach stuff. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinner in the fully equipped kitchen.

Great condo, well furnished and stocked. Did buy a laundry basket to collect dirty clothes and left it for future owner/ renter use. Beach okay,preferred beach up by Mi Mexico best. Saw 5 launches, busy April at the cape. Pool area nice, was only crowded during Easter week, but we were always able to get seats. Husband was able to swim laps at the other pool near building 13. Fitness facilities great. Plan on renting at Ocean Walk again

2024 Relaxing New Smyrna Beach Fun

The best thing about the condo is location. It was close to everything New Smyrna Beach has to offer; restaurants, bars, bakery, grocery and coffee shop. It also right across from the pool and only a short walk to the beach. And for nature lovers it is just down the road to the Canaveral Seashore with the Turtlemounds nature preserve. The condo its self was very nice and relaxing. It was well stocked with everything we needed; The kitchen had all the appliances and dishes we could want. There was more than enough towels, including beach towels. There were chairs and wagon we used for the beach. It was very quiet and relaxing except for a couple of nights we heard partying and music from an adjacent condo into the early morning. We would definitely rent the condo again and recommend it to anyone.

Great Experience

Sullys Sand Dollar was the perfect place for our family vacation. The Condo is family friendly and clean. We have been vacationing in New Smyrna Beach for over 30 years. This condo will definitely be at the top of our list to return. Also, the communication from the owners made checking in very smooth. They have an instruction book in the condo that answered any questions that we had. A++++ Thanks!

Family getaway

With 4 active, busy teens it’s difficult to find the time and location that offers both relaxation and activities. We found New Smyrna Beach and specifically this condo to be perfect for our family’s needs.

We all had a lovely family vacation. Our last-minute request for a Pack-n-Play crib & high chair was ready upon our arrival which was great. Lots of games & activity items available in the unit and beach items for all our needs in their storage closet. Thanks for a great condo located right across from the pool.

Excellent vacation!

The condo was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed looking out over the vast greenery from the screened in balcony. Our hosts were very responsive and accomodating and they could not have done a better job! The complex is very well maintained and there are many amenities! The kitchen was fully stocked including coffee! The only thing we needed to buy for the kitchen was food! A lot of nice touches including snacks that we put in our beach bag and took to the beach! We would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Gorgeous condo

Huge condo, absolutely beautiful, and clean. The master bedroom/ bathroom is so nice. Directly across the street from the pool, ( one is them) and workout area. Short walk to beach. Suggestion, go north on Atlantic and there is a public parking area for the beach across the street from mi Mexico, would be a shorter walk if you have a wagon and alot to carry. This place has everything u need even games, dice, cards.

A Family Celebration Tradition

We had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday, The Fourth of July, and the blessing of being together as family at this well equipped 3 bedroom, lovely condo. We've come to New Smyrna Beach for decades as a family staying in two-two units but now that we have a grandson, we needed a larger unit. This one is the best that we have stayed in at Oceanwalk. Seriously, all you need to do is bring your clothes and food and everything else is hear.... actually we bought coffee filters and a roll of paper towels to leave for the next renters. We loved the estuary view with amazing sunsets, on the screened porch. This is really impotent with the no-see-ums, as they will eat you alive. The hosts were very organized and thorough in their communications with us. We felt very welcomed there. We wanted to make another reservation for the week between Christmas and New Years...but someone already beat us to the dates. We'll, try for our next vacation time.
