Your lovely villa Amare, built on a curve to maximise the sea and moutain views, has an inviting living area that opens onto the pool and terrace. It has five spacious en-suite bedrooms, perfect for large families or friends. The dining area is outside, it is charming and incorporates a stone BBQ in traditional style. A huge plus is that it is just a short walk to the sparkling Mediterranean Sea and the friendly kalkan Beach Club. Being located in desirable Kisla, it has a welcome soft breeze in the Summer.

Fabulous villa for a family holiday

We have had a superb week at Villa Amare in the loveliest part if Kalkan . The villa is wonderful . Very spacious with everything one needs for a relaxing family hols . The various outside areas work very well with a large group . It is located 5 mins walk from kalkan beach club and the mahal beach club which are both ideal for water sports , swimming etc . Tamar manages the villa an could not have been more helpful arranging anything we needed . A great bonus . Fresh bread delivered each morning . We would not hesitate in recommending this villa in a lovely part of kalkan .

Great Villa with fabulous view over Kalkan Bay. Just 3 min walk to beach and 15 to town for diners. Service on site is great (pool cleaning and daily fresh bread) Contact with owner Fast, Friendly and charming

Wonderful

We had a wonderful week in Villa Amare - the villa is so comfortable and has stunning views over the bay below. It is a 5 minute walk down the hill to the sea. All of the rooms were really spacious with en suite bathrooms and balconies. It was lovely to have the little pool all to ourselves as well and ample sun loungers for everyone to be assured of a tan… The seating area for dinners in the evening is great - it comfortably sat all 9 of us, and all of the colourful flowers around the villa make it seem even more beautiful. Amanda was so kind before the holiday when she organised via Tamer, their lovely and extremely knowledgeable manager, for a case of wine to be waiting when we arrived for my hosts. I would certainly recommend the Villa to anyone thinking of going to Kalkan with a large group, we had such a relaxing, fun and comfortable holiday.

Super homely comfortable villa for extended family

We were blessed with wonderful calm hot sunny weather through our stay & the villa exceeded our high expectations in providing us with a homely base in Kisla with excellent cool a/c when we needed it for comfort with our parents who were three elderly couples we had with us. 5 double/twin rooms all with en-suites are not common in the area & we felt very lucky with our choice of building, ameneties throughout, the super relaxing area around the pool & the proximity to the beach club at the bottom of the road. Sun lounges for everyone were good & the two nice shady areas were appreciated by the oldies. Daily deliveries of fresh bread were much appreciated. Bob's local shop proved useful at times & we dined at the Fidanka 2 mins up the hill & enjoyed the local fayre. Lots of friendly taxi cabs proved easy to book & al the locals were so helpful & hospitable throughout our stay.

Villa Amare

Beautiful villa in Kalkan with stunning views over the bay. The villa comfortably slept 10 people, was well equipped, clean and well maintained. Customer service with the owners was excellent. Our children loved the pool,although there is no shallow end, however it did mean that the youngest child learned how to swim and by the end of the holiday had no fear of the water and was swimming like a fish! We all enjoyed the beach club at the bottom of the hill and had a lovely day at sea on the Neptune arranged down on the harbour in Kalkan. Most of the restaurants in Kalkan are good, and reasonably priced for families. Overall would definately recommend the villa to a friend and we would definately go back to Kalkan.

Happy holiday!

Just to let you know that we had a wonderful time and your villa was just perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the peace, comfort and views. Everybody was so helpful, and we could easily have stayed longer. We went on a boat trip (on the Whisper - definitely recommended - fab service and great laugh) and we also went sea- kayaking at Kakova (great fun). Lazy days at the villa were lovely and a few minutes walk down to the sea to have a good swim. We had some lovely meals out in Kalkan (would recommend the Gironda and the Olive Garden) and frequented the Fidanka (just up the road from the villa) a few times - fabulous. All in all, we have had a super time, and we thank you for all your help and kindness.

Villa Amare- Kalkan

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Amare, the Villa was clean, spacious, and well appointed to our needs. Everything we needed was in the Villa and it was lovely to see Mandys personal touch throught (The photographs were beautiful) Hassan looked after us everyday, bring in bread daily was a lovely touch. We would recommend the Villa to all our friends and look forward to staying there again. Thankyou Graham and Mandy for a lovely holiday x

Top Villa

It looked good on the website and it certainly did not disappoint on arrival. This is an extremely well appointed villa with all facilities as described. We were a party of 8 including 3 children aged 4 - 9. Everyone loved it and the pool was a great hit - the youngest even managed to learn to swim unassisted during the holiday. The staff who serviced the villa were efficient and very friendly - on hand every day incase of any problems + bread delivered each morning. Prior to the holiday, we received excellent feedback from the owner to numerous questions and nothing was too much trouble. We would all happily return for another holiday here. Highlights are almost too numerous to mention, but here are a few - a day in the bay on a gulet, river walking in Saklikent Gorge preceded by Tlos, the ruins and the beach at Patara, shopping and eating in Kas, swimming and canoeing at the Kalkan Beach Club (5 mins walk from villa), drinking raki, cloudless skies, admiring the view from the villa............. 5*

Perfect Villa in every respect

Ten of us stayed at Amanda's villa in June 2010. I call her Amanda because by the time we went to Kalkan I felt like we were friends . To say we had the perfect holiday is no understatement. It was ideally located for our needs, clean, spacious and just, well perfect for us. 5 good sized bedrooms, fabulous living area both inside and out. We were well looked after even down to bread being delivered every day,what a fabulous touch. Can't recommend it enough.

Superb Villa

We have had two lovely stays in Villa Amare - the second time with our 15 month old daughter too*. The accommodation is beautiful and spacious with everything you need to relax at the villa. Morning coffee on the veranda among the fragrant flowers, lazing on a sunbed taking in the amazing view, cooling off in the pool and chilled out evenings, having a barbeque on the pool terrace. Bliss. For venturing out, Kalkan has great bars and restaurants and a day trip on a gulet (boat) is a must. Taxis are easy to get between Kalkan and Kisla and for the brave of legs, you can walk too! *We found it suprisingly child friendly - but it depends a bit on your level of vigilance and their level of mobility!! Our daughter was a confident swimmer and walker - but the pool is one depth, and the steps from the top terrace are reasonably steep, but we just kept an eye out all the time.

A great villa for adults we would'nt take our children there as pool was to close to the villa.Pool would also flood the patio every time someone got in and as it was just outside the patio door was a bit of a problem. That said we all agreed it was a great villa and we would book it again. Lovely place to go to relax.

Weeks Stay For Seven Adults

What a joy to stay in this property. 5 outstanding en suite bedrooms giving all occupants that privacy that makes a holiday so relaxing. Great views as expected and loads of room around the villa to lounge about. This villa is as good as anything else we came across and would definitely recommend it to a group or extended families. Kalkan is great if you enjoy eating out and we have been coming since 1997 and will come back again as we always have a great time.
