Excelente apartamento, con buenas vistas y ubicación junto a la playa. Bien acondicionado y decorado

Las vistas, decoración y funcionalidad del apartamento. Especialmente el servicio de mantenimiento y atención de incidencias de la agencia, realmente excelente. Es difícil mejorar, quizás con carácter general en todas las agencias cierta flexibilidad en horas de entrada-salida del apartamento.

Excelente ubicación y vistas con la garantía de Duquesa Estates

Conozco la urbanización y el apartamento, me gusta la familiaridad del sitio y tener detrás al equipo de Duquesa Estates para cualquier incidencia. Este año no ha habido limpieza semanal por el Covid, debería haber un sistema o alternativa a la ausencia del servicio.

A Fantastic Apartment in a Prime Location

This is a very well appointed apartment with a fantastic balcony overlooking the beach and sea. A short walk to the Port and to many good beach bars. We have been before and will be coming back

The view from the balcony is wonderfu. The apartment is furnished well and is nice and spacious. Can be noisy outside at night as it right on the promenade. As nice as the apartment is there is no doubt it is over priced and you can get much better value in MDC.

Great stay

When we first arrived there was a problem with the doors on the balcony. There was no instructions on how to open the doors and when we tried the bracket fell off. We called Duquesa estates and they sent someone straight away. These were fixed and open when we returned. Great service Nice touch with small cleaning bag provided for washing up, and tea and coffee tray More instructions on safe location. Found on the last day of our stay More instructions on how to use the electric window shutters. The wall buttons didn’t work, had installed a panel in the hall. Wasn’t clear on what to do

Apartment 319

The apartment is very well furnished and has a fabulous location. The balcony and views are great. We would very likely try and stay there again. One questionable matter is the location of the car parking location in relation to the apartment. A map could be supplied to all arriving guests to make it easier to locate the apartment from the car park. We were taken aback when we were told that sheets are not normally changed during our stay, even though the conditions do mention that they are changed once guests are staying a certain amount of nights. They were actually changed for us during our 16 night stay. Lovely apartment and superb location and fittings. Thank you.

The location was ideal. Couldn’t be any better. Great size apartment for the us 2 . Had every utensils and kitchen equipment that was needed to have a great stay. We felt safe and relaxed while staying there. We wasn’t told that the pool would be closed when booking which was a massive disappointment and wasn’t offered any refund. Wasn’t clear instructions from the parking space to be able to get up to the apartment. Cleaning in the apartment was okay, not great. Wasn’t any welcome back as we usually would expect in a standard of property like this, where we have stayed before. Would’ve expected English Channel TVs which we have had in previous apartments. Little things like 2x chairs for the beach.

Fabulous views, peaceful and comfortable.

We loved everything about the apartment and were impressed by, and appreciative of, the team at Duquesa Estates who demonstrated excellent customer care and attention on the few occasions it was necessary. We’ve stayed in the bloc before and have booked again for two further stays. Difficult to improve on the current level and quality of the support.

Fabulous apartment with wonderful views

Very comfy apartment with great views over the beach and ocean. 5 min walk from the marina which comes alive at night. Also a short drive to Sotogrande and Gibraltar which are a must. The apartment had everything we needed including very good air con. A great week.

Recent stay at Castillo

A very nice well equipped apartment in a great location for all the amenities, however, having stayed at The Los Granados apartments several times in the past we prefer the swimming pool and lager garden to the front at the Los Granados development. Please accept this is just a personal preference, we really enjoyed the recent holiday at 319 Marina del Castillo. Nothing, a great service as always.

This is an absolutely beautiful apartment, in a very secure and stunningly well maintained complex - very spacious, fabulous furnishings, so well equipped and superbly located. Cannot fault anything . A true home from home in a spectacular location. We'll definitely be back - and for much longer next time. Service and response from Duquesa Estates was first class. The best views on the beach front from this comfortable and convenient apartment

Shower Heated towel rail Terrace Well equipped kitchen Convenient location TV channels The beds are not comfortable The glass curtains on the terrace are limiting. How can you open them and get fresh air? The blinds seemed to open and close of their own accord! Quite scary when we thought someone had been in the apartment A beach umbrella could have been included within the laundry room where other beach equipment was. We had to go and buy one and have left if in the apartment

Fantastic views from our apartment looking over the beach and Sea,not forgetting the pool and underground car parking And people watch on the walk way.A few minutes walk to the Marina and loads of restaurants and several bars ,lovely clean safe place,love to go again. Stunning Location

Spacious apartment with beach front view, The apartment was fantastic with a large terrace that had sliding windows so if it was a little cool you could close them over. Had all the facilities you have at home such as washer dryer, dishwasher etc. Apartment was very clean for our arrival. Approx 200m from harbour and about 150m from castillo de duquesa. Plug sockets are a bit weird only foundd out on last day that switch above toilet cistern works 2 of 3 lights in bathroom and the switch going in only does1 light. So bathed in near darkness for 11 days. Also light switch in 2nd bedroom also controls the sockets, we couldn't work out why our devices weren't charging. Its a big block of apartments and is very clean with 24 hour security. But nobody is breaking in unless they have explosives. You have a parking bay in the lowest garage. I drove round to near bay 100 to unload the car and then parked up in designated bay. You are literally 10m from beach and the sunrise in the morning is amazing

Great place to stay

Location is ideal, in between the marina and the old Spanish side, and right on the beach. The apartment is well furnished , comfy, and with great views from the balcony. The plug socket for the radiator in the bathroom is loose and needs to be looked at, other than that everything was good.
