Branklyn Cottage is a delightful semi-detached cottage resting within the National Trust's Branklyn Gardens in Perth, Scotland. Hosting two bedrooms, including a double and a twin, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, a sitting area with a woodburning stove and pull out dinning table. There is also a communal utility room, accessible upon request. Access to the Branklyn Gardens and off-road parking. Branklyn Cottage makes a fabulous location for a scenic break in Perth.
Amenities: Gas central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. TV, DVD player and WiFi. Communal utility (washing machine / tumble drier), accessible upon request. Stove is set for first use with one log with matches. Electric inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking near the property. Private access to Branklyn Garden for holiday guests outside public hours. Up to two well behaved dogs welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times within the garden. Dog towel provided for muddy paws. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.8 miles, pub 0.5 miles.
