The apartments are situated on the first or second floors of a Grade II listed Georgian building.
The accommodation, although accessed via stairs from a communal hallway, is all on one level, furnished in a contemporary style and equipped to an exceptional standard.
The second floor apartment has an additional internal staircase. This is a narrow semi-spiral staircase and as such is not suitable for any guest with mobility issues. Therefore, please call before booking to check availability of the first floor apartment.
It should also be noted that large bags/suitcases will be awkward to carry up this staircase, so we advise our guests to pack accordingly, bearing this in mind!
Both apartments have a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances and a bathroom with electric shower.
Located in the town centre, directly opposite St Mary’s church*, and within a short walking distance from both the golden sands of Weymouth Bay and the historic harbour, Church View Apartments are perfectly situated for exploring Weymouth.
The pedestrianised St Mary Street area is in the bustling heart of Weymouth's town centre. This is the town's retail hub, with many independent traders as well as the big names of the high street. When the sun goes down, the numerous excellent restaurants, bars and lively pubs/clubs in the immediate vicinity are hugely popular with locals and visitors. Many of these venues are open well into the early hours. Whilst this makes Churchview Apartments the perfect base for party people and night owls, it is less suitable for those wanting a quiet getaway!
For those days when the weather is not all it should be, there is a multi-screen cinema just minutes away, as is the Pavilion Theatre and the Electric Palace – Weymouth’s largest amusement arcade. Nothe Fort and the Sea Life Centre are also within walking distance.
