Love that this home is pet friendly and it is in a great location. One note, the carpet may need a deep cleaning or replacement as it felt really dirty and smelled. Otherwise, the place was great!

Excellent Beach Getaway

House was clean and as advertised. The front steps are a little steep so we went in and out through garage which worked out great! We’d stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The only thing was that the view of the beach was different in the listing. Looks like there has been new construction of other beach houses that have changed the view. But over all we were happy with our stay.

The stay was amazing. Unfortunately, the unit was not clean when we arrived. Also some amenities not present. Otherwise a nice stay!!!

I had booked a smaller place and Oregon Beach Vacations called me to let me know something had come up with my rental and upgraded us for no additional charge. In this time of COVID 19 it was nice to spend time with family and play games and be together. Nice deck and games in the garage!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is well kept and clean. Had one issue during our stay where the smoke alarms went off in the middle of the night randomly. When it did it again the next day we called and had a maintenance man come take a look. He was there within 20 mins, changed the batteries and was on his way. Will definitely be staying here again.

A lot of stairs and NO hot water

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No master bed room with bathroom. The ups stairs bathroom is shared with the upper floor. No hot water the whole trip, the front stairs are very steep and slippery when it rains. Hard to sleep in the master with the ONLY lining room is up stairs with the kitchen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good house for what we needed it for. Just had to store our items and stash some cars for a fishing trip. House was fully stocked with what we needed. Only “complaint” if that was the stove took a little longer than expected to boil a pot and the garage spot closest to the door is very short. Like so short a camry or accord can’t park straight on. We ended up moving the fooseball table to park in crooked. Other than that the price was awesome and we’ll definitely consider the house again for future rental!

Good stay

We are a group of 6. 1 grandmother, 2 moms, 1 aunt and 2 cousins age 6 1/2. Sleeping arrangements were fine and as described. It looked like the floor hadn’t been vacuumed before our visit, as there were sunflower seeds and chip crumbs clearly visible. We used the bbq twice and enjoyed having the option available. Access to the beach was tricky and about 6 blocks away total. One route required a long, steep stairway but we found another option that allowed us to bring our things in a wagon. The kitchen was small but mostly adequate except for there not being lids to the pots and no mixing bowls and no utility scissors to open packaging. All in all the facility was as described. Couldn’t park in the garage due to the game tables in the way. The neighborhood was quiet.

Loved the house and location was great for not being right on the beach. They need new cleaners. If this were my house, and it’s a lovely house, I would be so angry that the cleaners aren’t taking care of it. There were several dog pee marks at the bottom of the stairs that hadn’t been cleaned. The carpets had not been vacuumed. There were dead bugs and other peoples hair everywhere. Cobwebs, spiders in the corners. There were only pillow covers on Some of the pillows and those without were stained! Stains on the sheets too so we slept on the top cover. I am pretty tolerant so the only issue I brought up was the dog stains and someone came out to put carpets on top of the stains. I’d go to this house again if they changed the cleaners!

Nice house, but not clean

Great location, nice quiet street just a few block from the beach. However, we were super turned off to find dirty dishes in the cabinets and drawers. And I mean DIRTY, like still had wet food all over them. Looks like they were unloaded from a dirty dishwasher as if they were clean. It was so gross. We emailed and they apologized, but unacceptable condition as a vacation rental in my opinion. Other than that it was nice.

Guys weekend at the beach

House worked well for a guys weekend with one master bedroom upstairs along with the kitchen and living space. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 bunk beds. Large garage with ping pong and foosball downstairs also. Good house overall but you can tell it's not used all the time based on cobwebs and spiders periodically around the house.
