Private Villa - Swimming Pool,Jacuzzi and Plungepool set in manicured grounds.

The Finca provides 3 separate buildings with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The outdoor space is very popular with our guests. Every building consists of a bathroom and beautiful cosy beds. Two buildings are equipped with a kitchen. All new and modern.

There is a swimming pool a jacuzzi and a plunge pool.
There are two solariums with a total of ten sunbeds, four double day beds plus ample rattan terrace furniture dotted around the property.

There are two social hubs - one in each area. The outdoor kitchen area offers guests a facility to cook pizza in our wood burning oven and to prepare Indian style food in a specially imported tandoor. There is bar integrated with the outdoor kitchen. The outdoor sitting area is a perfect place to socialise with your friends and have a wonderful evening. The awning provides some shade during summer.

For younger members of the holiday group there is plenty of outdoor space to play football with a soccer goal or with the pool play equipment.

The high-speed WiFi Internet (on the entire property) allows you to stream your favorite series, work or listen to your playlist. The outdoor BOSE sound system is linked to your personal devise, its a perfect feature of Can Colom and make your trip a great one. Your personal gym with yoga mats, spinning bike and weights is free of charge and allows you to stay fit during your time in Spain.

Excellent accommodation and a very convenient location between Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca. The accommodation has been styled beautifully with excellent facilities and has everything you need to enjoy a stay for a large group of people. The two outdoor eating spaces are very well presented but it was too hot to do any cooking outside. . The only negative I would highlight is that it is advertised with air conditioning. The air conditioning is only in the bedrooms and not in the indoor kitchen or lounge area of the main house. ( I think it would be good to make this clear to clients ) we bought a fan which helped a little but it meant we couldn’t escape the heat to sit together in a communal space. It was a lovely home to spend time with each other and the separate accommodation is ideal to allow everyone sone space. Thankyou very much for letting us stay at your lovely home.

Traumhafte Finca in herrlicher Lage

Dank der sehr guten Wegbeschreibung mit Video haben wir die Finca auf Anhieb gefunden. Nachdem sich das Tor geöffnet hat, waren wir absolut positiv überrascht, so eine gepflegte und weitläufige Anlage mit insgesammt vier Häusern, Pool, Whirlpool und Outdoor-Küche vorzufinden. Es ist in der Küche alles vorhanden und es gibt zwei überdachte Essplätze, die für 8 Personen locker ausreichen. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit einem verstopften Abfluss, das konnte aber von Martyn innerhalb kürzester Zeit in Ordnung gebracht werden. Wir waren uns alle einig, wir wollen wieder hierher kommen.

Lovely family holiday - highly recommended

We had a wonderful time at Can Colom. Its a stunning, well designed and much loved villa spread over a beautiful garden with lots of very comfortable sun loungers. We really appreciated the thought that had gone into the seating areas and tables with different location options to eat and relax with cushions, chairs and big welcoming tables. There is the main house with two bedrooms, TV snug area and kitchen, a cottage the other side of the garden with two bedrooms and a kitchen and then a lovely little mini cottage with a double bed and a bathroom which my 13 year old loved. Both kitchens were very well equipped - big fridge, oven and kitchen table. There is also a dishwasher (although this is very small for the kitchen, there is a larger one up by the cottage) and a washing machine. Everything you would need for a wonderful stay. The location is also very good right opposite the most amazing spa hotel - Son Brull (highly recommend a spa treatment) and a short drive to the picturesque Pollensa Port or the lovely beach coves of Calla San Vicenc. The kids did not leave the pool and had the option of the large pool but also a plunge jet pool too. We had the best time and would highly recommend. Only slight considerations for us were that the beds were very hard and so some of us found it difficult to sleep. However, if you are happy with hard beds, then this wont be a problem. Also the bin is very small for a large house, so you need to make frequent trips up to the main bin area which is up a dirt track to the main road. Lastly, Martin was so helpful, responsive and obviously very proud of his home during the stay but it was a bit difficult to arrange anything in the lead up as we had very delayed responses to requests for things like private chefs or car hire when offered as something they could help organise. However, everything turned out perfectly in the end.

Lovely Villa, good location

The villa is modern, spacious and within a short drive to pollenca, Puerto pollenca and Alcudia. The three separate buildings are perfect when sharing in a large group. The garden are is large and we'll maintained, with plenty of sun loungers and seating areas around the large pool. The outdoor kitchen area is very well equipped and brilliant for barbecues. Martyn, the owner was helpful from start to finish. Smooth check in and check out and plenty of recommendations for places to eat and visit. Would definitely recommend

Amazing property and location

Can’t recommend Can Colom enough. Martyn was helpful from booking to departure and very responsive to any queries. House was amazing - perfect for a group as everyone has their own space. The outside area was spectacular- the pool was perfect and lots of space for the kids to play. The house was the best equipped I’ve been in - from glassware selection to coffee machines, everything we could possibly need was there. Location was also great- a few mins drive to the lovely old town in Pollensa. The Son Brull hotel spa is also very close and worth a trip. Looking forward to planning a return trip.

Fabulous property to share with families and friends.

The out door space really sold this property to us and we were not disappointed. We rented the property for two week, had friends to visit the first week and parents/grandparents the second week. The two/three accommodation areas worked perfectly for us, each family having their own space. There was plenty of room for the teenagers to hang out in one of the pool areas out of ear shot. The outdoor kitchen was fabulous with its own hob, BBQ, fridge, sink and dishwasher. The two/three kitchen areas were well stocked with fridge space, coffee machine, microwave, lots of crockery and cutlery and glasses and cooking equipment. The bedrooms were air-conditioned and towels were supplied. Martyn was very helpful, making some great restaurant suggestions. We especially loved the fish and octopus at `Puerto Del Mar' which was not glamorous but worth a visit for the fabulous food. Martyn also put us in touch with Alejandra's charters who organised two boat trips. We rented bikes through 2GoCycling who were excellent and the cycling enthusiasts raved about the ride opportunities. We were sorry to leave and are keen to return, as are all of our guests.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das großzügige Anwesen verfügt über zwei vollständig ausgestattete Villen sowie zusätzlich über ein separates Schlafzimmer, so dass es sich auch für die Unterbringung von zwei Familien sehr gut eignet. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und wird durch den Eigentümer Martyn in einem überaus gepflegten Zustand gehalten. Viel genutzt haben wir den Pool und das Jacuzzi, beide lassen sich gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr auch beheizen, was gerade im Frühling und Herbst sehr empfehlenswert ist. Weiterhin sind auch ein Fußballtor mit großer Rasenfläche und eine Tischtennisplatte vorhanden, so dass man den ein oder anderen Tag auch vollständig in der Anlage verbringen kann. Unser kleiner Sohn hatte jedenfalls viel Spaß und wäre am liebsten den ganzen Tag im Pool geblieben! Ein großes Dankeschön auch an Martyn, der uns immer mit Rat und Tat unterstützt hat, so beispielsweise mit Empfehlungen von Restaurants oder anderen Ratschlägen und Tipps für die Insel. Die schöne Stadt Pollenca sowie zwei große Supermärkte sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Auch die Anbindung zur Autobahn ist sehr gut, so dass man jedes Ziel auf Mallorca recht schnell erreichen kann. Insgesamt haben wir trotz Corona einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub gehabt und werden sicherlich nach Can Colom zurückkehren!

Schöne Ferien!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Man hat alles was man braucht. Die komplette Anlage ist gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Pollenca und Umgebung. Super ist die Outdoor-Küche mit Grill und Pizzaofen, die haben wir fast täglich genutzt. Ideal ist es für zwei Familien, da man zwei getrennte Häuser mit jeweils voller Ausstattung hat. Poolheizung kostet extra, das ist es aber voll und ganz wert! Wenn es nach den Kindern gegangen wäre, hätten wir die Anlage nicht verlassen. Alles in allem: Top!

Amazing place! :-)

This place is truly beautiful and a wonderful holiday location! The houses are all very cozy and you have everthing you need to be happy and relaxed. The garden area makes us all speechless, every detail fits and you see that Martyn spend a lot time, love and work in every detail - it is pure luxus! Finally I would like to say something about the bad comment of one guest, because it is absolutly unfair: - If something doesn't work (the guest said the pool was defect and some lights) than you always can contact Martyn! When you have a big house it is normal that sometimes some things do not work or get broken and we are all grown enough to talk to each other! In our case we also had problems with the lights outside...so we contacted Martyn and he resolved that just a view hours later! :-) - Pool heating: IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE POOL HEATING YOU ALSO ONLY HAVE TO SPEAK TO MARTYN!!!! It is very expensive to heat such a big pool so Martyn only do that if the guests wish to have pool heating! We had pool heating and we enjoyed it really...the pool was heated when we arrived because we arranged that before with Martyn! - Ants: Yes, there are ants and you have to be carefull to never leave your food open - but where is the problem? Mallorca has a very warm climate, ants are normal and they are not in the house when there is nothing yummi for them! :-) I highly can recommend that house and my family already saw a lot of places in the whole world so that we have many comparisons! Thanks Martyn for everything! :-)

Wonderful!

Everything was just incredible! The best holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, the casa, casita and garden room were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor kitchen especially the pizza oven. Martin was the perfect host, he was very welcoming, informative and nothing was too much trouble. The perfect stay!

Wonderful place

Wonderful property. 3 buildings - main building with living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Building two with one bedroom and one bathroom. Building 3 with two bedrooms a kitchen and a bathroom. All very clean when we arrived. All bedrooms in all the buildings have air conditioning. In between the buildings there is a lovely private garden with a private a pool, a private jacuzzi and a private hot top. The landlord is very friendly and keeps the garden and pools clean. Only minus on our trip was the millions of ants who also stayed in the garden and in the houses. In Denmark we have some poison where you can kill ants with the poison and water it down where they live. Secondly a couple of electronically mosquito would be wonderful and last a air con in the kitchen would be nice. Pollenca is just a 3 min drive away and you Cand find a big Lidl and a big Eroski supermarket a few minutes away. Please remark. There is some wonderful hiking/ walking routes in the area and practically just outside the door. See more on the official website from the city of Pollenca - just as a .com to Pollenca. We also enjoyed biking in the area. We did race biking but ebikes looked lovely when they where overtaking uphills:-). All in all a wonderful and private place just a few minutes outside the town.

Excellent, Would highly recommend

Stunning villa, all of the rooms were furnished and cleaned to an excellent standard. The centrepiece of the villa is the outside area which we as a family spent most of our time in. The location is fantastic, Port De Pollença is a short drive away and a lovely place for families, we also enjoyed visiting Cala de Vicenç and Formentor which were both short drives away. There are also 2 supermarkets 5 mins drive away which was convenient. Martyn was a great host and keen to give us hints and tips for things to do nearby. Would recommend to anybody.

Paradise from home

Great Villa, great location. Very peaceful and quite. The views are amazing. 10min drive to Port De Pollenca with great restaurants. 5Min to large Lidl where we got all our shopping from. Villa owner was easy to arrange access and was always available if we needed anything. The children loved the Pool and Jacuzzi and we all can’t wait to go back.

Excellent property,everything you need provided

We had a lovely stay in Can Colom . The property is excellent for adults and children ,the heated pool and hot tub are superb and the garden is a great area with the added bonus of a football goal being a massive hit for our boys. The furniture inside and out is brand new and the covered barbecue area is a brilliant space for outdoor dining day or evening .Martyn is an excellent host and more than happy to answer any questions about the best places to visit in Mallorca .

Verspricht leider nicht das was dargestellt wird.

Tolle Bilder, aber leider sind 70% der Unterkunft nicht bewohnbar. Unglaublich muffiger Geruch und es ist überall feucht in der gesamten Unterkunft. 2 der 3 Einzelgebäude ( beinhaltet die 2.küche, das 3. und 4. Schlafzimmer, das 2. Wohnzimmer und das 3. und 4. Badezimmer ) sind nicht bewohnbar. Ameisenbefall überall wo man hinsieht. Der Pool war nicht beheizt. Der Whirlpool war defekt. Heizung ging nicht. Von der sowieso schlechten Beleuchtung waren auch noch einige defekt. Fazit: Bei dem Preis ist das Objekt nicht zu empfehlen. Wir haben Schadenersatz angefordert und sind gespannt.

Wonderful garden and outdoors

Great quiet location close to the mountains and not far from shopping and restaurants in Port Pollenca. The house is great for large families or two families travelling together, because of the main house and the two cottages. The garden is perfect with lots of space, a nice pool, barbecue, outdoor kithen and activities for the entire family. The garden lacks areas with shade during the warm days of summer. There was only one parasol. The house and cottage are rather small, and there is only AC in the bedrooms. This means that in the kitchen/dining room and in the living room it gets very warm during summer. The house lacks new, thick towels for bathrooms and pool.

A gorgeous Villa with flexible accommodation close to Pollensa town.

Can Colom is a really pretty ‘boutique’ villa situated in a perfect spot close to the port of Pollensa and the old town itself. We are a family of four with two teenagers who each brought a friend. We also took grandparents. The house itself has two bedrooms and across the garden is a separate self contained cottage plus a garden room with a wet room. The house being the owner’s home is well equipped, delightfully homely and the gardens are extremely pretty. There is space to park and a fabulous amount of lawn. Martyn, the owner and possibly even a ‘super host’ is extremely helpful and welcoming. He could not have done enough to ensure we had most wonderful stay. A gorgeous place to stay which we recommend highly.

Fantastic Villa, Perfect for a relaxing holiday

The Villa is exactly as advertised and more. Exceptionally clean both inside and out. It's in a great quiet location with stunning surroundings, This villa was perfect in every way. Finished to an exceptional standard and with everything you could need for a wonderful family holiday. The pool and Jacuzzi were fantastic, The villa itself was in a great quiet location among other detached villas and a short drive to the charming historic town of Pollenca. The villa is beautifully decorated and the amazing lighting outside creates a very chilled ambiance at night, a joy to spend lazy evenings cooking on the BBQ with the great facilities that made for many perfect evenings relaxing with the family... Communication with Martyn the owner was a pleasure and nothing was a problem. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Great location in peaceful setting

Perfect property for a family of 4. Near Pollenca (5 min drive) and within easy reach of 2 big supermarkets, and less than 10 minutes from the motorway. The best thing is the outside space - a real suntrap until 8.30pm with plenty of places to sit - the big daybed is perfect for relaxing with a book and a glass of Mallorcan rose!. The 2 pools are clean and safe - the children loved going in the larger pool with their pool toys and then hopping into the heated spa pool, which was ideal for a late evening dip with another glass of wine!. There is a large grassed area for children to play football and there are gates to shut for extra peace of mind if you feel the need. The owner lives next door and is helpful, with plenty of suggestions as to where to eat. The property is clean with a modern interior and full facilities including English TV. We would certainly recommend this property to others.
