Great place to stay. Having the air conditioning was nice. Property was as they said. Just a heads up, you are very close to the Pantheon. Some nights there was a lot of noise due to everyone coming to this area.

Great stay!

This apartment was surprisingly very spacious for a metropolitan environment and very clean. It accommodated our family of 8 adults comfortably and was conveniently located to most major sights, including the beautiful Piazza Navona. The host was available and accommodating to any questions or needs. I highly recommend this host and apartment.

Perfect location!

We loved the stay, and would definitely stay again. It was a perfect location, and very easy to navigate… close to nice restaurants and many of the historic sites that we were able to see early enough before the crowds took over. Thanks for a wonderful if you don’t mind place to stay in Rome.

Great location

The apartment was spacious and clean but not fancy. The location to main attractions was excellent. Check in and out was easy. Neighbours could be noisy at night but given the city you would likely find that everywhere.

Amazing Stay!!

my family and I were only able to stay one night before we headed to our cruise however, we would have booked for a week if our time allowed us. the host was very accommodating, helped us with all of our travel pick ups to and from the airport and port. we had 8 people stay and everyone was very comfortable. highly recommend staying here if you get the opportunity. will definitely be booking again.

Perfect for our family

Fabulous location. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our family stay (3 adult children one with his fiancé). Spacious, clean, comfortable beds and easy to get anywhere and everywhere. So helpful with transport from the airport and to the train station. We had a wonderful visit!

Excellent property in central Rome for our family of 10. We walked to the Pantheon, the Vatican and the Colosseum. Very clean, with everything you could need. Air conditioning was working very well and was refreshing after a long day of walking around Rome in 90 degree weather. There is a convenient small grocery store right around the corner for fruit, water, milk, snacks, etc...

We liked the property and location. Only issues we had was told there would be laundry detergent and there wasn’t. We also had trouble with the dryer. There was no paperwork explaining what to do if the dryer stopped working.

BEAUTIFUL & Cool!

We were a group of 7 adults, and this beautiful property had exactly what we needed - tons of space (we could have easily added more people and still had enough space). A great location and easy to walk to where we wanted to go. Also, a great escape from the crowds and heat of Rome in July! The AC worked great and the apartment was nice and quiet too! The kitchen was well equipped and there was a really nice grocery store just around the corner!

Arrival weekend in Rome

2 day stay on arrival in Italy for a 2 week family get away. Great location, we could walk to everything, grocery store within 1 minute walk. Very spacious even by North American standards. Beds were very comfortable and apartment clean. Don't get discouraged by common area / entrance does not match the apartment. Great communication with hosts. Would stay there again.

Great location, central to all the tourist sites. Literally around the corner from a grocery store with all the essentials. Large bedrooms. Communication with the management was good. Kitchen is well stocked. AC and all appliances worked fine. Beds are comfortable. We were a family of seven and would stay there again.

Lovely property in superb location

The apartment is beautifully clean and comfortable and the host was really helpful and easy to communicate with. The location is incredible …5 minutes walk from the Pantheon and lots of local restaurants. Only downsides were the noise from the street below (but to be expected as we travelled over New Year’s Eve) and also there is no outside space/terrace as suggested on the listing just an area looking into the backs of other houses with the pipework, air conditioning units and laundry … it is not somewhere you would sit and relax. We also didn’t find the half bathroom mentioned on the listing! All in all fantastic though and for a group of friends or multiple families it couldn’t be better.

Ótima localização para famílias em Roma

Excelente localização em Roma, a curta distância de várias atrações populares. Apartamento acomodou muito bem minha família de sete pessoas. Imóvel necessita algum upgrade, mas nada que tenha prejudicado nossa estadia. A comunicação com o proprietário foi muito boa e nos deixaram fazer o check in antes do horário estabelecido. Recomendo essa propriedade!

Excellent VRBO!

I rented this property on a trip to Rome for my 40th birthday, inviting some of my friends to join me from around the US, UK, and Ireland. This unit was a wonderful place to gather a group like this, for multiple reasons: 1. Space: the apartment is quite large, and the bedrooms are *huge*. The common areas won't leave you cramped, and the unique shower/restroom setup allows for no traffic jams. 2. Location: this unit is located right in the center of Rome. Just around the corner is Sant'Eustachio Il Caffe, with the best coffee you'll have in Rome. Just a kilometer away is the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Excellent osteria abound. The Carteffoure Express is just around the corner as well, offering you an easy place to pick up groceries and supplies. 3. Price: the unit offered excellent value, and I enjoyed working with Viscardo to ensure everything was in place. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Rome. You should too!

Italy Vacation

We had three different families with us and this property worked great. The separate bedrooms gave everyone privacy and the family room and kitchen provided great gathering spaces. My few points of improvement: -the trash for the building piles on the bottom floor and continued to build up for the time we were there which was late July and it was HOT. It became a joke that we would hold our breath when we entered the building and see how far up the stairs we could make it without breathing. The apartment is on the third floor and while there is a elevator you’ll likely use the stairs Overall, very good property. Wonderful location close to so many great sites. Trash pick-up was a nuscance but hot a huge issue.

Fantastic location and apt in Roma!

What a perfect place for our family! Four family groups: 1 single, 1 couple, one family of three and one parent with three kids. Enough rooms and bathroom space. The kitchen space and living room worked well. The washer/dryer were hard to figure out and the clothes seldom came totally dry. Alas, the location was great - easy walking distance EVERYWHERE! This is the place to be for your Roma experience with a large group!
