Lujoso condominio frente a la playa en Siesta Key

Hermoso apartamento de 3 habitaciones, 2. 5 baños en la hermosa Crescent Beach, Siesta Key, FL. Votado como la mejor playa de EE. UU. Por TripAdvisor en 2017, este complejo junto a la playa es una excelente área de vacaciones familiares para todas las edades. ¡La arena blanca nunca es demasiado caliente, el agua siempre es cristalina y tiene mucho sol durante todo el año!

Crescent Siesta Key es un complejo íntimo, completado en 2006, de solo 26 unidades ubicadas directamente en el Golfo de México. Dos edificios en el complejo, nuestro condominio (unidad 404) está en el edificio junto a la playa con 16 unidades; El porche trasero da a la piscina de la terraza y al edificio este. Hay 2 piscinas, una piscina frente al golfo con spa y una piscina en la terraza del segundo nivel que separa los 2 edificios; ambas piscinas tienen parrillas de gas para barbacoa, sin embargo, esta unidad también está equipada con su propia parrilla de gas privada en el porche trasero. Una sala de fitness / ejercicio se encuentra en el edificio este. La propiedad está cerrada, los ascensores en ambos edificios y las áreas del edificio y la piscina están aseguradas con entradas con código de bloqueo. Dos estacionamientos privados cubiertos cubiertos reservados para esta unidad. Tiempo completo en el administrador del sitio.

Nuestra unidad está completamente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos de cocina de acero inoxidable, ropa de cama, tabla de planchar / plancha y secador de pelo. Siesta Key Getaway

Family of 5 stayed for Easter break. Plenty of room for us. 2.5 baths was great(4 women). The beach is the best. Great location. Walk to restaurants, grocery coffee and more. Short trolly ride to the Village.

Beautiful 3 Bedroom with views of the ocean.

Large bedrooms, bunkbeds for the kids, and two balcony's one with a view of the ocean and the other with a peaceful view of the pool at night. This beautiful home is sure to be the center piece of the wonderful memories your family will share for a lifetime.

Outstanding Property and Communication

What a gem. We love the spacious accommodations and everything was as described. Much larger than anticipated and plenty of room for my wife and young adult children.The access to the beach is so convenient and there's someone there you can rent chairs and an umbrella from. Very nice to have your spot set up in the same location each day. The Market across the street had excellent sandwiches and other items. So convenient.Captain Curt's and the Sniki Tiki across the street are awesome. Clayton's and the other restaurant are all within walking distance. We often walked the 2 miles into the village or jumped on a Frog hop taxi. We didn't have a car for two weeks and we didn't regret it at all. Thanks to Jaime for the excellent communication. We'll be back.

Nice condo on beautiful beach

The condo is large and well appointed. The view is quite nice. The beach is beautiful and about 3 miles long.We stayed at this condo about 3 months following hurricane Helene and Milton. Much of the damage in the area was cleaned up. Unfortunately, the beach side pool and hot tub that are part of this condo complex were closed due to damage. There is another pool, but it is situated between buildings without a view of the ocean (or any view) and without a hot tub. I had asked the owner approximately one month before our visit, if they would consider a discount if the pool and hot tub were still out of commission at the time of our stay. The response was "no" and "we did not plan on two hurricanes either". This is, of course, true but it does not justify charging the full amount when two of the major amenities were not usable, as this is not what we rented/paid for. I thought a 10% discount or one night free would have been appropriate.

Beautiful Spacious Condo on the Beach

Couldn’t have enjoyed more! Step out to beautiful pool or private beach. Automated entry, checkin, and checkout. Across the street from grocery, restaurants, shopping ! Full laundry available inside unit. Beautiful view of the Gulf from the huge living/dining room. We hope to become yearly regulars!

Great accommodations for a memorable vacation!

This unit had everything we needed. It was clean, spacious and cared for. We are a family of 6 and we appreciated all the amenities, esp the grill, beach closet, kitchen, and the wash machine/dryer. The property and pool area felt safe and was very clean. We’ve been staying on Siesta for the last 20+ years and we would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and convenient

Beautiful property in a great location on Siesta Key Beach. Directly across the street from restaurants, groceries and bars. Easy, close and covered parking in a very secure building. Spacious bedrooms; 2 1/2 bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed. The view was gorgeous...2 balconies to relax on - one with a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. 2 pools; one was under construction, but the beach side pool was clean and heated to the perfect temperature. A cooler and full size beach towels were much appreciated.

Relaxing week

The apt is comfortable and easy to be in. The view of the ocean on the balcony is a relaxing place to sit with a beautiful view. Communication with the owner was excellent. She responded to our needs in a timely way. The beach and pool are easily accessible.

Great spacious condo and amazing location!

Enjoyed our week at Siesta Key Beach with family. Having the beach and pool option right outside your building was perfect. Captain Curt’s/Sniki Tiki across the street was super convenient plus many more things in walking distance and if not hopping on The Frog shuttle was super easy to take you to the little village area that had many more shops and restaurants.

This was our first stay at the Crescent and it was amazing. The unit was clean and convenient! The pool was refreshing and the short walk to the beach was just as we had hoped.

Perfect place and location

Condo was very nice. The online pictures really don’t do it justice. Because there are not that many units in the building, the pool and the beach were not that crowded. We all slept very well in the beds. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of beach toys in the closet. Maintenance person was very friendly. Workout room had all the weights I needed. Traffic was light. We walked across the street to get fishing supplies at CB’s and Siesta Key bike and Kayak to rent a Kayak. We saw dolphins from the Kayak and caught our dinner. Water is beautiful. This area of the beach is a little less hectic. Just a mile or 2 down the road there are lots of shops and restaurants.

First family vacation

We stayed at Jaime’s condo for our first family vacation with our 9 month old twins. The condo was spotless, so clean, the perfect size and had everything we needed. From beach towels, to wine glasses and everything in between. We cannot recommend this condo enough. The perfect spot on the beach, the pool was quiet and we were right across the street from ice cream, food and drinks. It was super easy to park downtown and we were only 20 minutes from St. Armand’s circle where we went shopping one afternoon. If you’re thinking about it, book this place asap!

Spring Break 2023

We had an amazing stay at this Siesta Key condo during our spring break vacation! The location was perfect, just steps away from the beautiful white sand beach and close to restaurants and shops. The condo itself was very clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and plenty of space for our group of six. We would definitely recommend this Siesta Key condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It is beautiful, clean, and spacious. The location is amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed the beach, pool, and Siesta Key area. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed for three weeks in Jan of 23. The location is excellent; the hosts were exceptional—in that all that our questions were answered prompted and efficiently and most kindly. The condo exceeded expectations. Nothing negative to say about our experience. Wish every rental was as fabulous as this…..it takes the stress off and leads to an overall great experience.

Awesome location!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect and the private beach is footsteps away from the condo. You can even walk across the street for dinner, ice cream and souvenir shopping at Captain Curt’s Village …. Sniki Tiki is so fun and we loved their live music each day! Only a few negatives, but we are still giving this property 4 stars. The grocery store listed in the property description across the street is now out of business, the outdoor grill was very dirty and didn’t look as nice as it does in the photos, the dining room chairs for the dining table could use some love and one was broken, the 2nd pool was shut down for repairs, and the code for the keypad used to enter the condo had to be entered twice before the door would unlock. Not complaining … just sharing for the next guests. I understand these places get a lot of use, wear and tear from all the guests. Overall, the location is perfect and the owner was extremely responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to others.
