Beach bums!!

We love the Siesta Key Beach area. We have stayed in several units at the Crescent snd this one was very nice. We had view to the 2nd floor pool but it was not open during our stay. Overall a great place to stay.

Best Apartment on Siesta Key

Great unit located in one of the newer buildings on Siesta Key. Access to pool right off balcony and beach steps away. Looking forward to returning again!

Ideal Beach Spot!

Absolutely loved our stay. Direct access to the beach, clean, spacious, decor and furniture throughout the apartment was the ideal peaceful beach retreat vibe. Host was very accessible and answered any questions we had. We can not wait to come back!

Pleasant Week in Siesta Key

Overall impression was good for this property. Having access to second floor pool just outside of our balcony was awesome. Cleanliness inside was good, however the Grilling area on the balcony was not so we did not use. Access to beach and south Siesta Key/Crescent Village are was great, and multiple ways to get around without a rental car. Television requires an advanced degree to figure out (no instructions provided), and when we did there was continuous buffering. Internet/WiFi speed was clunky as well. Overall it was a nice place, just needs some minor improvements.

Beautiful condo

The condo is beautiful with ample space. Very clean. It is steps to the beach and restaurants. I highly recommend and plan on visiting again in the future. There was construction going on while we were there and the pool right out side our condo was not functioning but there was another pool on the property so it wasn’t an issue.

We loved our stay. Jesse, Property manager, was absolutely awesome. Condo was extremely well done. Needed a bit of tender loving care on cleanliness but overall, loved it. Disappointed that the middle pool was not working and we were not informed while booking. GREAT location and overall property and building upkeep and maintenance were absolutely fantastic. Very clean and well maintained. Access to the beach was spectacular as well as fun clubs, grocery store across the street. Overall loved our stay and highly recommend this Condo.

A couple of surprises

We stay at Crescent every year. This is our first time in this unit. Everything was wonderful except the beds (very uncomfortable) and the pool still being out of commission. Since the balcony is at the pool area, it was taped off and not really useable. It would have been good to know these two amenities wouldn’t be available. Besides that, it was a great stay.

Pool closed - disappointed

I specifically selected this condo since I would be able to walk out the back door and step into the pool. I was very disappointed that no one thought they should tell us that the pool is closed and being repaired. We paid for this condo in full a year in advance and the pool was closed well before our cancellation period. We should have been notified and given the opportunity to either cancel, reschedule or look for a different condo on the beach side. Also there wasn't the normal welcome starter package of supplies that you see in the condos but the onsite manager is very nice and I give him 5 stars for his helpfulness. Also this condo has very firm beds, I ended up having to sleep on the couch the last 3 nights since I just could not sleep in the bed. If you like very firm beds then you will be fine. The condo was so so clean but could use a good deep cleaning - just don't open under the sink cabinets or look at the air vents and you will be fine. We will not rent this condo again. When we reached out to the property manager to express our disappointment we were basically told there is another pool but that one pool is being shared by two buildings and I can't walk out my patio and step into that pool.

FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE 4 weeks!!

This beautiful condo was NOT AS DESCRIBED IN THE PICTURE FOR THE “view of the beach” and view from the “terrace”!! The pic depicted a small lap pool with water and a lounge chair in the pic…the pool was empty and had been out of commission for 8 months so I am SURE it wasn’t functional when I made our deposit in Aug, ‘23. This terrace has a gate that makes it accessible to this pool. Looked like a wonderful place! Turned out that there were construction/repair people coming in almost daily ..cutting tile that made a horrible noise (I have videos of everything) they came to paint the pool..more noise…plastic in hallway..all of this right outside our floor to ceiling glass doors to the terrace, When we arrived we realized that we were unable to watch any “live” TV SHOWS!! 3 tvs and couldn’t watch any..since we are Purdue basketball fans that meant we were unable to watch tv for 10 days before our substitute “host” got Comcast to come to remedy our problem!! Come to find out our “host” DAN, that I hadn’t heard anything from and I was worried we may have been scammed..had DIED! No one contacted me about that!! When I called the number and insisted I wanted to talk to DAN..that is when John (a nice guy that did his best to try to improve the horrible situations..trouble was he lived an hour away and tried to have another friend nearby help us get our tv to work..nope..he couldn’t help either! Frustration, stress and complete ruination of our stay! To be continued!

Nice property with partial ocean view from veranda with access to the lap pool. Great layout for extended stays. Good access with little delay back to the mainland. Surrounded by light commercial properties. Very walkable

With every penny!

What a wonderful time spent in this beautiful location! The condo was quiet and right on the beach. The beach has the most amazing powdery sand and crystal clear water. The condo has a beautiful layout with plenty of room! The manager was incredibly attentive. We will go again!

Beautiful place. Beautiful beach. Family friendly and quiet.

People have mentioned the music from the restaurant/bar across the street. It is live music and it stops at 10pm. It did not bother us and it was fun to hear when we were walking back and forth in the complex. The apartment was spacious and we enjoyed it. There was one problem and the property manager/representative took care of it. You will enjoy your stay here.

Fun in the Sun

We had a great time at this condo which had direct access to the wonderful powder like white sand and beautiful turquoise water. Enjoyed having lounge chairs right at the beach as well. The unit itself was as described and very comfortable, clean and even enjoyable to cook a few meals with the well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends.

Wonderful

Crescent is a wonderful facility. The property manager, John, is amazing. Always making sure we had anything we needed. We met and enjoyed great people staying there. Location is perfect. You don’t have to get in your car if you don’t want to!! The beach, of course, is amazing!!

Great Location & Facility

Very nice unit in great location. Had a few minor issues with leaks in master bathroom, but facility manager was very responsive & went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. Noted on some other reviews that music from across the street was too loud, but wasn’t that loud in our opinion & is done by 11pm. Definitely would stay here again!!

Great

Great location and lots of room for 4 adults. The unit is well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable week away from home. Access to the pools, beach, food and entertainment are very close. The only negative we had was that the awesome porch (which is a great place for morning coffee and evening drink)!needed a thorough cleaning. The grill area was so greasy we passed on using it. The floor also needed a good scrub with soap. Beyond this the furniture was clean (inside and out) and we used it every day. We would definitely stay here again.

Anniversary Getaway

Everything at the property met or exceeded expectations. We practically had the whole building to ourselves. One minor thing that the property advertisement should mention is the music across the street at the Crescent Club can be quite invasive at times . Since we actually went there a couple of nights we can’t complain too loudly 😀

Overall good

This property had some good and bad. The best part about it was the location and amenities. Both pools and surrounding area were very clean. Being on the beach is nice and the bars across the street are a nice plus. House was mostly clean but fridge water dispenser literally has mold growing in it, do not drink the water. The outdoor fridge does not work and grill area needs better maintenance. Property is on a second floor (accessible up by elevator only) and the description does not mention this. Master room bed is extremely uncomfortable and internet isn’t great so it made it hard to work. You hear loud music every single day of the week till very late. This didn’t bother us but worth knowing.
