Hermoso y espacioso condominio de 2000 pies cuadrados en Naples, Florida, en Vanderbilt Beach. Este hermoso complejo cuenta con una gran terraza con mosquitero que da a un impresionante canal del Golfo que se abre al Golfo de México. La piscina climatizada con spa y zona de barbacoa están al lado de un puerto de barcos frente al mar. Recientemente remodelado en diciembre de 2017.
La unidad está adyacente al Parque Estatal Delnor-Wiggins, votado como el mejor parque de Estados Unidos. Excelentes restaurantes y tiendas están cerca. La playa de Vanderbilt tiene una hermosa arena blanca y baños renovados. El tenis público, el golf, la pesca, los parques acuáticos y los puertos deportivos lo mantendrán ocupado y entretenido.

EXCELLENT VACATION GETAWAY, WE'LL BE BACK!!

This unit was not only the perfect location with a pool and very easy access to the beach, which is beautiful, but came with literally every amenity we could have wanted or needed for our entire trip. It was literally a home away from home!! Even when we couldn't find cooler, the owner delivered one to us the next day. Our trip couldn't have been better and we will definitely return and be staying here again!!

DIRTY!

I brought my family to Naples for my son's graduation from Ave Maria Law School. Upon check-in it was visibly noticeable that the condo wasn't clean from the family that just checked out 5/10/21! The family had signed the guest book. Immediately, I contacted the property owner, C.W. Dustin Rhoads, to discuss these concerns (photos were immediately taken to show owner). There was sand and cereal on the couch and around the bottom rim of couch. There was dirt, dust piles, floss stick, and Walmart bag containing new pair of sunglasses under the bed. The child's room had dirt all over the floor and in closet where the toys are kept. The refrigerator was dirty and it was apparent that the condo hadn't been dusted in months. Then theres the balcony, the beautiful view unless you look at the floor. The balcony is screened in, meaning all the human hair is trapped in the corners, there was also a face mask in the corner. Disgusting!! Of course, we notified the property owner immediately. We had to wait 24 hours for a cleaning crew to show up. The cleaning crew arrived the following am and we were told the sheets weren't clean! WHAT! This is unacceptable! I immediately contacted the property owner,C.W. Dustin Rhoads, to express my concerns of the condo not be sanitized. My family vacated the condo for 4 hours to allow time for proper cleaning. Upon return to the condo it was evident that the cleaning crew is a scam. The dirt was still on the couch and cereal was under the couch. No one even touched under the bed, I have photos. Again I contacted the property owner,C.W. Dustin Rhoads, and to my surprise the owner responded by saying the cleaning crew said they spent 6 hours cleaning and if I was still unhappy the owner would refund a partial return. A PARTIAL RETURN! The owner wasn't interested in the concerns. Come to find out the cleaning crew is the property maintenance crew, they live on site and sat at the pool complaining about tenants. I attempted to locate another hotel but everything was booked. I was stuck! I again contacted C.W. Dustin Rhoads for resolution and the owner offered nothing stating we were difficult to satisfy. I am difficult because I didn't like staying in filth. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! 1ST TIME USING VRBO, BUT WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! SLUM LORD! The cleaning crew, CALL BEV, is awful and spends time drinking and gossiping at the pool.

Clean, spacious, block to the beach at start of state park

Lots of space, well kept, equipped kitchen. About 300 yds to the beach, crossing only the State Park access road. Nice pool w/ hot tub. We plan to return.

Great condo and great location!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at your condo! It was very spacious, we loved the layout, and it provided us with everything we needed. We also appreciated the extras such as the beach chairs, beach umbrella and pool floaties. It was so helpful to have these items provided. We used the pool and hot tub daily and loved the close proximity to the beach. Great condo and great location! We would love to rent your beautiful home again when we are able to return to Naples!

Nice clean well maintained condo. Owner has unit well equipped with all the necessities that I needed. Easy walk to beach and convenient restrooms near the beach. Great location with many restaurants in the area with a wide range of prices and variety.

Excellent accommodations

This is arguably the largest condo that I’ve stayed in. It has a well equipped kitchen (even with Keurig). The shower is good sized. The master bedroom has a huge walk in closet to store all luggage and hang all your clothes. The location is perfect. The beach is about a block away....but you don’t have to pay ridiculous beachfront prices. Walmart, Publix and Whole Foods all within 5 minutes. We will definitely be coming back.

Great clean apartment, excellent location close to the beach. The only downside was the internet/wifi speed. It was too slow for me as I was trying to work from there.
