Das Haus liegt in Maroulas, erhöht und daher mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer. Mit dem Auto ist man in weniger als 5 Minuten am Strand. Das Haus ist neu und schick. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und der Vernieter reagiert schnell auf Anfragen. Für 5 Sterne fehlen nur noch Kleinigkeiten, wie Handtuchhalter und Klorollenhalter in den Badezimmern, eine gemütlichere Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer mit kleineren Lampen, und ein Geschirrspüler. Der Garten ist liebevoll gepflegt und am Pool lässt sich gut entspannen.

We had an excellent stay at Villa Michalis. Terrific well maintained accommodation, nice swimming pool. A quiet place to relax. Just a short walk to get into the village Maroulas to visit a taverna. We had a very good time.

This villa was perfect for us. Everything in the photos match the villa. Property managers were easy and fast with any communications. Cleaners did a great job as well. Location is secluded and the view was outstanding. Local Taverna was inviting and served great food, within 5 mins walking distance.

Es fiel uns selten so schwer wieder abzureisen. Wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft mit wahnsinnig gutem Ausblick in einer sehr friedlichen und ruhigen Gegend. Ein bisschen überraschend und fast störend war, dass alle zwei Tage jemand nach dem Pool geschaut hat und öfter als nötig geputzt wurde. Einmal wurden wir davon morgens geweckt. Da es sehr ländlich oben auf einem Hügel gelegen ist, ist es angenehm kühl nachts und über Tag auch nicht so heiß, wie unten an der Promenade.

Beautiful villa with a beautiful view

We loved staying at this villa. It’s beautifully renovated and has a stunning view. Kids loved the private pool. Beds are great and both bedrooms have adjacent bathrooms. The check-in process is convenient and Richard is always quick to answer in case you have any questions. Highly recommended.

updating and supplementing the furniture and a minor renovation would make the villa perfect. it should be stated in the description of the villa that the road to the villa is narrow and very steep

La villa Michalis etait magnifique, situee hors des entiers battus, dans un ecrin doliveraies, loin de lagitation, sans vis a vis. Au coeur de la nature avec une superbe vue. Les tavernes traditionnelles ou lon mange tres bien etaient accessibles a pied. Nous avons passe un tres agreable sejour en famille et la piscine fut tres appreciee.

Villa magnifique dans un écrin d'oliveraies, loin de l'agitation, au coeur de la nature. Proche des tavernes traditionnelles accessibles à pied où l'on mange très bien. Séjour très agréable. Un grand merci à toutes les personnes sympathiques et accueillantes qui s'occupent de la villa.

Sympathique maison assez bien équipée qui mérite un petit coup de rénovation

Sympathique maison assez bien équipée, avec jardin aménagé et piscine avec magnifique vue, mais malheureusement la première impression est une petite déception : au vu des photos Agni Travel, on s’attend à une maison plus récente. Une petite rénovation serait bienvenue : deux disjoncteurs électriques ouverts, climatisations du rez-de-chaussée à recharger (celle de l’étage est parfaite), piles des télécommandes en fin de vie, odeur d'un parfum d’ambiance très désagréable. Bon séjour malgré ces inconvénients. Relation avec prestataire dématérialisée. A noter : Yanis et son épouse sont très chaleureux et dévoués.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus und Umgebung. Urlaub wie auf dem Bauerhof :-). Ruhige Gegend, Stadt, Shopping Center und Strand in der näheren Umgebung. Besitzerfamilie ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. defekte an Klimaanlage, Wasserversorgung und Poo, wurden umgehend beseitigt. Die Tiere könnte man mit den restlichen Brot füttern und der englische Bluthund (sehr lieb) hatte Freude an den täglichen Leckerli. Taverne Katharina mit umwerfenden Service und guten Essen ein paar Meter entfernt. Somit ein rundum super Urlaub auch in Corona Zeiten. Service vom Agni Travel in UK war sehr gut. Thank you very much to the Agni Travel Team. Ebenfalls nochmals vielen Dank an die Besitzerfamilie und Janig.

The villa was superb, situated in a stunning area with amazing views. The sound of the livestock in the local farms nearby in the mornings was a lovely change from city traffic. The local tavernas within walking distance were really lovely, got a good sense of local life and the food was most delicious. Easy to park in the area for taking the bus tours around Crete. The swimming pool was most enjoyable.

We have just come back from a 2 week stay in Villa Michalis. The location of the villa is very peaceful but still close enough to shops, tavernas etc. There is a LIDL 5 minutes down the road, useful for stock up. There is also a nice taverna ( Katerina) within 100 metres where we had food twice. The only thing you can hear are goats, chickens and the occasional pigeon when you lie by the pool. Minimal traffic on the road outside- very private. The pool was immaculate and the house was very clean and well maintained. The A/C worked well in all the rooms. There was always plenty of hot water even on the 2 grey days we had. The living room has a sofa which suited us fine, might be a struggle to get 4 people on it though. The kitchen is well equipped and even had some basic supplies like washing up liquid, cling film, foil etc. The BBQ is great, had many nice meals in the villa relaxing and watching the fabulous sea view. There were no mosquitos and we only saw a couple of wasps which makes a great change from other Greek holidays we have had. It made for some nice relaxing outdoor dining. All in all a fabulous stay, I can highly recommend it.

Been here a few times now and we really love it. Ideal accommodation for a quiet holiday. Weather always pleasant in May and very comfortable. A car is essential since the villa is a little isolated, but well worth the effort.

My wife and I have just returned home from a fantastic two week holiday at the Villa Michalis. The villa accommodation and location exceeded all our expectations> The villa was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The location provided wonderful views right along the north coast of the island yet was very private. The local tavernas were great and other facilities were within easy driving distance. We explored the coast and the mountains. Some of the mountain scenery was truly breathtaking. All in all a really great spot that we would love to visit again. We would highly recommend it. I should also mention the excellent service provided by Agni Travel from first booking to completion. Many Thanks

The villa was lovely ,spacious and spotless. beautiful views. we loved the sounds of the local sheep,goats ,chickens.etc. also we appreciated being left alone and if the pool cleaner arrived he was extremely polite and discreet. the lovely owner gave us some fresh eggs . will return soon we hope. Thavma restaurant near by was our favourite place too..highly recommend .
