¡Bienvenido a nuestro Apartamento Rabat 15 en Oasis de Capistrano, Nerja!



El apartamento está ubicado de forma céntrica en el popular Oasis de Capistrano en Nerja, a 50 km al este de Málaga. (45 minutos en coche o autobús)



El apartamento es un encantador apartamento de 2 dormitorios con capacidad para un total de 5 personas. El apartamento está recién renovado y cuenta con una cocina moderna y un amplio baño. La terraza está orientada al sur y es una de las más grandes del área de Oasis, con 32 m² y sol durante todo el día, desde la mañana hasta la noche. La terraza tiene una vista espectacular de 270 grados sobre el hermoso jardín del oasis con palmeras y flores, etc.



Hay 2 tumbonas en la terraza y una mesa con sillas para 5 personas, además de un acogedor sofá de esquina con una mesa para veladas agradables en la terraza, así como una barbacoa para una buena velada. También hay 2 toldos para obtener sombra cuando se desee.



El apartamento también tiene un balcón desde el salón en dirección este con una vista perfecta sobre el gran jardín del Oasis, donde podrá disfrutar de su café de la mañana y escuchar a los pájaros



La cocina también está recién renovada y bien equipada en un estilo moderno, al igual que el salón con un sofá de esquina y un televisor inteligente de 46 pulgadas. ¡Este apartamento es muy VERDE, se siente como vivir en un oasis verde!



Oasis de Capistrano, donde se encuentra el apartamento, tiene un magnífico y hermoso jardín tropical que hace que muchos regresen año tras año.



Nerja es un pueblo auténtico y encantador con magníficas vistas a las montañas y al mar. Hay de todo: buena comida, cultura, pequeñas calas escondidas y pueblos de montaña acogedores. La zona ofrece hermosos paisajes donde se puede hacer senderismo, ciclismo, escalada, buceo, etc. Nerja está a solo 1,5 horas de la estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada. También hay excelentes campos de golf cerca. En otras palabras, ¡hay algo para todos en Nerja!



INDICACIONES

Indicaciones desde el aeropuerto de Málaga hasta el apartamento en Rabat 15, Nerja



1. Conduzca desde el aeropuerto de Málaga por la autopista E-15 en dirección a Almería y Motril. Siga las indicaciones por toda Málaga. Tendrá 45 minutos en coche hasta Nerja.

2. Cuando vea las primeras señales de "Nerja", espere a desviarse de la autopista hasta la última salida. Gire en la salida 929.

Aquí, siga las indicaciones de "Nerja".

3. Al llegar a Nerja, en la primera rotonda, verá a su izquierda la zona de Oasis de Capistrano (señalizada). Dé un giro de 300 grados en la rotonda y siga las indicaciones de Oasis de Capistrano.

4. Entrará en la zona de Oasis de Capistrano. Esta carretera es de un solo sentido y tiene forma de herradura (comienza en la zona de taxis 5 y continúa hasta la zona de taxis 1). Sigue la carretera que atraviesa la herradura, primero bajando la colina y luego subiéndola de vuelta a la "Zona de taxis 1".

5. Aparca tu coche en la "Zona de taxis 1". Desde allí verás una escalera a tu derecha. Síguela y gira la primera a la derecha. Después, gira a la izquierda y sigue el camino hasta el apartamento número 15. Encontrarás una caja fuerte a la izquierda de la puerta. La abres con el código de acceso que recibiste en la confirmación de la reserva.

Sunny break with plenty to do

The property was well presented with a lovely sunny balcony and a view over the well kept gardens. We managed to see some of the Nerja parades over the Easter weekend, visited the caves and went up to the mountain village of Frigiliana, as well as the beach and into Nerja. All can be reached on foot or by bus.

Pleasant stay in Nerja, have been a couple of times to various places on the complex. For various reasons didn’t use the BBQ. Always nice to be away from work.

Summer Holiday 2024

This was our second stay at the villa, and has met all our needs again. There were a couple of things that were broken in the villa which we reported and we couldnt fault Frederick and his team. All issues were resolved as quickly as could be expected. The villa is well kitted out, quiet and we came home fully relaxed. Definitely recommend and would love to go back some time.

Very Nice Apartment for our Holiday

This was the perfect apartment for our stay in Oasis de Capistrano, we are very happy with this apartment. All furniture´s were new and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is newly renovated and fully equipped, far better standard than all other apartments we have rented in Nerja before. There terrace is very spacious and has a great view and has got a nice sofa and gas grill and sun lounges, we enjoyed this apartment a lot! We will be back!

Excellent apartment

The apartment was gorgeous and clean had everything we needed for our stay. The only issue was lack of sockets in the kitchen area. The outside area was huge plenty room and all the furniture was clean and lovely. Would definitely recommend this apartment. Please bear in mind there are around 30 steps to get to and from the apartment so not for people with mobility issues.

Just what the doctor ordered

The apartment was clean, quiet and well stocked with most things you could need. The whole family needed some R&R and thats exactly what was delivered. I wouldn't hesitate in rebooking for another break. my only bad point was it would have been nice to have 2 sets of keys so we could venture out at different times, or worrying about losing them!

Inside the property is very good but the outside terrace and furniture needed cleaning or replacing. The description does not indicate the amount of steps, 30+ from the car parking to the apartment. Steps and/or slopes are also required to access both pools. More information on the access to the property should be included in the description.

Dear Michael We thank you for your review. Most tenants completly love our big and spacius terrace with view of the stunning garden and the main pool. But the terrace get a lot of sun and this makes the plastic furnitures a bit grey very fast, it is not dirt and our cleaners takes this away with cloride. I will tell them to do that. (Next time please let us know when you arrive and we will arrange this for you directly) Regarding steps and staircases. Nerja is a village that are build in a hilly landscape, and Oasis de Capistrano area is build in a hill with one pool area in the bottom and one close to the top. To come to these pool areas there are some staircases and small cozy nice terracota paths that leads around in a fantastic palm garden with big green areas with flowers and a fish pound, one of the best gardens in whole Andalucia. Lovely stay in Nerja

The property is a lovely 2 bed appartment on the El Oasis de Capistrano complex on the outskirts of Nerja. It was perfect for a family of 4, with 2 nice bedrooms, bathroom and well equipped kitchen/lounge area. The added bonus is the large patio where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. This also has a padded seated area and 2 loungers with nice sun canopies for shade when needed. The complex is beautifully maintained with a nice pool area. Although the pool was never that busy, it is not very large with quite a few rules about no inflatables, balls or jumping in so the two teenage boys found it a bit restrictive. The snack bar was also shut when we were there. It would have been nice if there was a chance to enjoy a drink/snack and some tables/chairs in the area adjacent to the pool but still a good amenity to have on the complex. We did several day trips to nerja caves (walked) frigiliana(local bus) and alhambra palace and caminito del rey (hire car) as well as walking down to Buriana beach and the centre of Nerja so there is loads to do in the area. It is a 15-20 min walk down a dirt track to the beach and a 30-40 min walk to the balcon de Europa which we did each day, but there is a bus you can catch to the centre if the walk is too much. Overall a fabulous holiday in a busy but very pretty town.

Apartment needs some TLC

To start with the steps down to the apartment with the luggage are horrendous. So steep and not very wide, we found them very difficult. Then the keys are kept in a key safe on the outside of the apartment. The cleaner forgot to change the code, so the code we were given didnt work. Not great at 01.30 in the morning. When we finally got inside there were ants all over the kitchen. The apartment is quite dated especially the bathroom which is quite poor. The balcony is fantastic though. The shaded area and seating area is lovely. Inside, the sofa is old and not very comfy. The TV kept playing up and we struggled to watch normal channels. But thankfully they had Netflix which saved the day. The owners never contacted us once to ask about the apartment, which i thought was poor. Overall the apartment is good and bad but the balcony makes the place.

A very nice apartment in beautiful landscaped gardens.

This is a good-sized apartment in a beautiful setting. The gardens are outstanding and the whole urbanisation is a picture. The apartment is well equipped and had most of the things needed for a comfortable stay. A good quality oven, microwave and hob are always appreciated as was the top quality BBQ for outdoor dining. Being very fussy, we would have liked a set of wine glasses (although there are loads of other types of glasses provided). There were also a few other basics that would have been nice to have, for example soap in the bathroom, washing tablets for the dish washer and bin liners. We appreciate that there is no mention of these items being provided in the property listing, but for guests staying just a week it is a shame to have to buy these items when only a small amount will be used. The beds are very comfortable as was the furniture in the living area and everything is well decorated, we especially liked the feature wall. The terrace is very large and comfortable, but maybe in need of a spruce up. The terrace is a great sun bathing area, maybe two more sun beds could be provided for a two bedroom apartment. However this didn’t bother us, but it may do other groups of four. In summary, we had a comfortable stay in a very nice apartment.
