¡Guau, tan cerca de la playa! El condominio está cruzando la calle desde la playa y el paseo marítimo. Este retiro junto a la playa cuenta con un condominio en el primer o segundo piso que tiene porches con una hermosa vista de Ocean City y ha sido recientemente renovado con una nueva cocina y baño, dos televisores de pantalla plana, baldosas de cerámica y más. 2019 nuevos colchones de cama de lujo en todos los condominios.

Estamos ubicados a pocos pies de la playa y el paseo marítimo. La propiedad está ubicada entre la calle 2 y 3 en la exclusiva zona de jardines en Ocean City. Disfrute de su café de la mañana o cócteles por la noche en el porche con vista a una relajante vista de la hermosa Ocean City.

Otras características incluyen WiFi, televisión por cable, cafetera Keurig, ducha grande al aire libre y dos aires acondicionados con ventana en cada condominio. Dos etiquetas de playa y sillas de playa están disponibles para su uso. Todo lo que necesita para unas excelentes vacaciones en la costa está aquí.

Quick beach trip

We were so happy to find this property when we were looking for a last minute trip to the beach. It had everything we needed for two adults, an infant and a dog, and you can't beat how close it is to the beach.

Perfect getaway

Came to OC to meet my newest family member. This was a perfect condo that is close to the beach, has a lovely front porch and all the amenities you might want! It was during Ophelia so I had to stay in a bit but it was a sweet place!

Fantastic stay!

Everything was perfect. The owner was lightning fast in responding to our questions and the place was super clean. I never slept so great In my life because of the comfortable bed. Beach was one short block away. Our favorite thing? The porch where we spent a lot of time. Our dog Charlie absolutely loved laying out there. They even provided chairs, a cart to take them to the beach and a outdoor shower to wash off before going inside. Perfect!!

Parking our car was near to impossible. That was the main negative. Accommodations were disappointing. Beds not comfortable. Did enjoy the porch & short walk to beach/boardwalk.

Guest stayed during 4th of July week, when parking is the most difficult to find during the entire summer. Also, we put new custom beds into each condo last summer and have had no other complaints.

Can’t beat the location. Smaller than expected.

I found this listing to be a bit misleading. I knew there was an upstairs and downstair; however, there is also a left and right side. So when you sit on your porch, there will be other people sitting directly next to you with a small fence type divider. The living space inside is quite small. If you want to use the couch bed, you have to move all the living room furniture, including the kitchen table, without any space to move it. However, this place is great if you know what to expect. The small kitchen is very nicely stocked and comes with starter items. The walk to the beach is VERY short and easy. We were a bit cramped with 2 adults, 2 young children, and 2 dogs. Thankfully, we had awesome weather so we were not inside much. Host is extremely quick to reply to messages. And rental includes sheets and plenty of towels. So not exactly what we were expecting from the description and pictures, but we would stay again!

381 steps to the beach

We were so happy with this spot. 381 steps from the 2nd floor apt to the beach! The apt was clean, cozy, and just perfect for our 4 person family. It has an apt sized stove and fridge, great for making your own food. And the outdoor shower was perfect for keeping the sand indoors at a minimum :) We spent a lot of time on the balcony as well. Highly recommend.

Adorable small condo

I enjoyed staying at this cozy, very clean, adorable condo. The kitchen was fully stocked and even included cleaning supplies. I wanted for nothing during my stay. It was a very short half block walk to the boardwalk and beach. Even the weather was perfect. I definitely look forward to returning. Thank you Aimee.

Great place. A little small and shower temperature needs adjustment

The location and cleanliness of the place was great! Was a little small but perfect for my husband and I. Only 2 things that were concerning. The stairs to get to the apartment were very narrow and challenging to get up with luggage. The most annoying thing was the shower temperature was awful! Got freezing cold several times and you had to turn off the shower to try to get a short stint of hot water. Would definitely stay here again if the shower temperature gets fixed.

Apartment no for a couple in their 70s

Perhaps if we were 20 years younger it would not of been so difficult to go up and down 18 steps with a steep incline. If we would of known about the steps we would not of booked this apartment. Also it looked like the sheets were not changed..,,,,they had stains

This guest was aware their condo was on the 2nd floor from our VRBO messaging and the lease they signed. The stairs to the 2nd floor condo are code per Ocean City zoning. Also I personally clean and replace the bedding with every guest. The sheets are bleached and the blankets are washed with every change over. My other tenants said Bryan was rude to them and complained and had a chip on his shoulder. Bryan also called me to complain about the traffic traveling to Ocean City on a Saturday in September which is normal. I agree he had a bad attitude and I have had many older people stay in the 2nd floor condo with no complaints. My many reviews are all 5 stars with cleanliness and great location next to the beach as the main reason they enjoyed their stay in Ocean City.

Great Weekend

It's all about location and this property didn't disappoint. Perfect, quiet location. Enough space for our family of 4. The bed was comfortable although I think the sofa bed has seen better days. Aimee was nice enough to let us use the outdoor shower after we checked out on Sunday after an afternoon at the beach. Thanks for everything!

Lovely!

This was a wonderful vacation spot for my husband and our toddler. The unit itself is small, but with its close proximity to the beach and boardwalk, you don't need much room. The property was clean and well-maintained. Aimee was lovely and quickly answered any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

GREAT LOCATION

Great place, extremely close to the beach and boardwalk. Just what my girlfriend and I were searching. Just two negatives in the entire stay. The little child that was in the rental above us, kept running back and forth, from the front to the back of their rental, making quite the noise on our "roof." This occurred early in the morning and late at night. The second was the dripping condensation from the upper bedroom air conditioner onto ours, making a surprisingly loud noise when trying to fall asleep. Maybe a drip pan or other type of shield for the air conditioners might help this issue. All in all, a great place. We will be back!!

This property is the best kept secret in OC! You can park your car and leave it there. Everything like bike rentals, restaurants, churches and amusements are all within a short walking distance. The beach and boardwalk are @ 50 meters from the condo.
