Updated Family Friendly Beach House

We are now taking reservations for the 2021 Summer. This 3bd, 2ba w/ Front and Back Decks is a great escape to America's Greatest Family Resort town.

Summary
Located in the Gold Coast of Ocean City, NJ. This 2nd floor beach home is 3 bed room & 2 bath. Completely renovated and family friendly space. There is a king, one queen, one full, and two full bunk style beds. Kitchen Renovated and all new furniture throughout the home.

A short walk to the beach (30th St is Lifeguarded) makes this an ideal place to enjoy a vacation with family and friends. All Kitchen cabinets, island, and table are new and 2 sky lights give the property a bright and open feel. There is a deck on both the front and back of the house so feel free to enjoy dinner and drink with a nice ocean breeze. In the master bedroom, you will find a flat screen TV and a King bed that will allow for a great nights sleep . The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a full size bed along with a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a kid-friendly bunk bed with steps on the side of the bed that lead up to the top bunk. All mattresses & pillows have waterproof and hypoallergenic covers. In total, this rental sleeps 8 people and is a great place for an enjoyable getaway.

The house was clean and a perfect size for our family. The location was great with only a short walk to the beach. Justin was quick to respond with any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a long stay and had everything we needed. We have littles it was a great location between 2 parks and walking distance to food, ice cream and beach. Justin was wonderful to work with very relaxing stay, would stay again!

Updated and very clean Gold Coast property

Summer Getaway

We loved this property. It was clean and well-furnished. Although it was just the two of us, the three bedrooms can comfortably accommodate six adults. The beach is two blocks away. The unit comes with umbrellas and beach chairs. It is conveniently located to shopping. We would definitely return.

Short walk to beach, had wagon and chairs ready for use which was very convenient. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Place itself was well stocked and clean.

Bright and open

This property was bright and open. The main living area was very “beachy” with lots of seating and eating areas. I would recommend this house and am considering renting it again, next year. The only thing it was missing was an ice machine in the refrigerator. If you go, bring ice trays. (A very small complaint. Wouldn’t keep me away.)

Great house, short walk to the beach

Everything was exactly as pictured. Easy access with a keypad when we got there, also handy not to have to carry around the keys. 8 beach tags included. Quick walk to the beach, about 4 very short blocks. Lifeguard right at 30th street. The place was very clean and updated throughout. They had a well stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent experience from booking to exit. Very clean and well maintained condo where owner has thought of everything to make a renter’s stay comfortable. Great beds, sun filled rooms…nice decks with fun views. Owner responds quickly and is a pleasure to work with.

Great week…

I’ve concluded this was the second best non hotel rental we’ve had with a couple minor trifles. (We’ve also concluded it will be our last upper level rental unless it has a functioning elevator.) The property is very clean and fairly new inside. Appliances, hvac (for warm seasons anyway), and shower are excellent. The location is terrific and parking is pretty good. If it rains there’s accommodations for things to do. All in all it was a pretty good week and other than the aforementioned upper level consideration, this was a winner.

Great Vacation

Beautiful property! Everything has been newly updated and was very clean. Rooms and beds are very comfortable and the balconies on the front and back of the house are wonderful. Not a far walk to the beach and was a perfect location for our family. We brought our bikes and rode them to the boardwalk a few times and the storage area was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Close to beach

This property was conveniently close to the life guarded beach and well stock with beach chairs and wagon to cart items to and fro. My family enjoyed our stay and the open concept of the kitchen/living area.
