The Cottage is a luxurious space to relax and unwind with family or friends surrounded by stunning countryside.

Just feet from the Helford River & public slipway, in Port Navas, you'll enjoy water views from two of the three spacious bedrooms.

Sit back, relax and soak up the sunshine in the garden or cosy up in the living area next to the wood burning stove on a cooler evening.
Downstairs the living area is open-plan, which makes it a great space for entertaining. There are two sofas for you to unwind on, a wooden dining table which seats 6 for everyone to gather round and the kitchen boasts an electric Aga and butler sink to complete the full cottagey feel. (Plus there are the usual appliances; microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine.)

Also on the ground floor is a separate utility room which has a washing machine, sink and a wet room with W/C & shower.

Upstairs the first and second bedrooms have great views down the creek, and can either be set up as two single beds or together as super king. The third bedroom has a king size bed. The bathroom is equipped with a heated towel rail and is the perfect space for a long soak in the tub, or a quick shower!

Outside you'll find an enclosed garden to the front of the property where you can sit and watch the world go by, and to the rear is a more secluded terraced garden with creek views. You can access the back garden from the first floor of the property and up a few steps. On the terrace is a bespoke summer house, the ‘Captain’s cabin’, ideal for a little peace and quiet, a good book, a glass of wine and... little cheeky snooze maybe?
