Mild hills Villa, on the Tuscany coast with brand new panoramic private pool

This guest sent us photos of: a bent umbrella, the pool with some leaves, and a dirty lounger due to a storm that occurred during his stay, plus an old toilet brush and an empty BBQ wood rack. Probably to request a refund of a few euros, but we fixed all of this, and we have photos of his reply messages that everything was fine during his stay. I feel sorry for him, who, aside from a storm, spent time in a great house (otherwise he would surely have complained much more), taking photos of a ruined toilet brush.

as many guests have reported in many previous reviews we are very scrupulous in cleaning. A critical day for the cleaning lady can happen but why not point it out even after arrival? we would have sent the cleaning lady straight away to clean up and bring an additional set of towels, all you had to do was ask. About your arrival, as it is easy to understand a private house does not have the reception of a hotel open 24 hours. However, we have always done our best to accommodate guests who have arrived even late at night. We suggest arriving guests contact us on the day of arrival. If you had done so you wouldn't have waited a little, less than an hour, which in any case for a week-long stay of not one or two nights is not that serious. all you had to do was ask and we would have solved it, like that little problem in a bathroom, and you would have fully enjoyed your holiday in the beautiful house as the advert shows it

This review is not understandable for us. This ad correctly reports the location of the house and immediately after you have booked the exact address is sent to you so you can check on the internet, on maps and street views, so you can see in advance all the streets, every turn, everything that is nearby to the house as well count the path and routes. Check it out! and If you don't like the street or the place you can cancel without penalty. By the way tourists from all over Europe come to the house without any problem. If you like a house with a flat garden enclosed between four high hedges where you only see the roofs of the neighboring houses, within 500 meters from the flat Tuscan shore, which you spend 5 times more, then this is not the house, but it is not our fault but of your choice. By the way this house is not in a remote place, 3 nice restaurants are only 5 minutes by car, a hypermarket of more than 1000 square meters is 8 minutes by car as the city of Camaiore with 30 restaurants and 100 shops. in 13 km - 20 minutes by car (itineraries calculated with google maps) you can reach our 20 km long beach, the most famous tourist area in Tuscany with all that summer time has to offer. The same goes for the criticisms about the house. In the announcement there are 50 photos! What did you expect? The oven exists (photo number 43). Are some glasses missing? Is the barbecue dirty? Just ask us and we come, we clean and we bring you what you miss as we came to replace the deck chair and umbrella, which were new, which you broke like the many other objects you broke that we discovered after your anticipated and hidden departure. Let's talk about the mess and dirt of these guests, the housekeeper took twice as long to clean, guests who we believe are in full family crisis, in fact these guests kept us awake for two nights afraid for a fire that was 10 km away, no risk for Camaiore. We are sorry for this review with such a low score that you have to give it only if the house is not like the photos, if the location is different from that of the ad, if there are big problems such as electricity that blows, air conditioning that does not it works, pool not usable and so on. But this is not the case. If a guest tells us what the problems are, we solve them as we hope you solve yours.
