Hermoso y tranquilo barrio tranquilo en una calle sin salida. Relájese en la piscina o pesque en el muelle para Snook, Red Fish, Tilapia, incluso Tarpon se han enganchado aquí. Peaceful quiet place

Great location Very peaceful quiet place to relax take a swim and catch some fish and nice sunset by the canal but yet close enough to run up town for any thing you may forgot to bring or need house is very clean and well maintained & stocked with everything one would need definitely would stay again

Wonderful getaway

Highly recommend this home! It was clean,well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication from host. Check in and check out was easy! We had a great stay and good experience for using vrbo for the first time. We hope to stay again!

North Port

We loved the location, close to everything but in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The heated pool was a plus for sure! We enjoyed our month long stay and would book again, but they are already booked! They have repeat bookings which is why we chose this home and it does not disappoint. Nothing fancy about furnishings so you can be comfortable and the beds were very comfy.

Our wonderful stay

This is our 5th time coming back to this house and it just gets better every time, it’s very peaceful and has a great view in the backyard. We had amazing communication with the owners, we highly recommend this home!!

Calming and Wonderful

Nice home for relaxing

Easy access to Tamiami Road. Close to all conveniences. Quiet neighborhood. Grandson loved fishing in the canal. Home is very well stocked with everything you’ll need for a nice stay. Would recommend and return.

Another Fabulous Stay!

We stayed at this property last winter and came back again because of the terrific amenities, great hosts, and location. The house is clean and supplied with everything you need. There are games, puzzles, and kayaks. We enjoyed the pool and paddling on the river. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. The kitchen is newly remodeled and well equipped. Sandy and Dave quickly responded to any question. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful View

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks over Christmas and New Years. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. A newly renovated kitchen gave plenty of workspace on the island for preparing food. Screened in pool was so nice and relaxing…and had a beautiful, peaceful view of the waterway in back. The owners were great! Always quick to respond to inquiries. All in all, we had a great stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again.

Nice House in North Port

House is a bit older, but in very nice shape and extremely clean. Very nice lanai and pool area with outdoor TV and good view of the canal running along the back of the property. You will get some feathered friends visiting once in a while. New stove, pretty new washer and dryer. Couch with power recliners on each end. Beach chairs supplied, but you may want to bring your own if you have the room to do so.

Be aware

Horrible horrible experience ! Order bunch of grocery to show up to house upon arriving to find fridge doesn’t work , had to save what I could with my cooler and toss the rest ! Then the ac wasn’t working in the house was on 80 in south Florida on a 95 degree day , called landlord , and she started to be little me , saying 80 in the house is fine , and I was mentally crazy ! I hung up and pack and left ! Be aware !!!

Great location to stay while visiting family

We enjoy staying at this property while we are visiting family, who lives nearby. The pool area Is perfect for relaxing and the kitchen is well equipped.

Tranquil Florida Oasis

The home is like the hosts, welcoming and every tiny detail thought of to make your stay inviting and comfortable. We had a wonderful time. Home is on a tranquil canal with a screened in pool/patio area as well as a spacious well equipped kitchen/dining/entertainment area. the large picture window in the common area was so peaceful to watch all the wildlife and summer storms come in. We BBQ’d, kayaked and visited with immediate family enjoying the pool and all this great place had to offer. This home is immaculate clean and I appreciated the labeled cabinets so we knew where everything was and went back to. Lots of thought and care has been provided to this little oasis. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

First day we showed up here my niece saw her first alligator. I caught a few channel cats. We went to the beach the next day and saw 3 dolphins within about 10' and a manatee by the break wall. House was very nice and the host was even nicer. If I had a question I got a response super quick

A beautiful house.a magnificent host

Never stayed anywhere where are host was so helpful.I am 70not computer savvy and are host helped me all the way. Had a minor problem host was contacted and she took care of right away. Would recommend this rental to anyone.

Great house! Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The owners provided everything we could need. The kitchen was well supplied, and the living area is very comfortable. There were even games and puzzles. We especially enjoyed the pool area and paddling on the river in the kayaks. The owners quickly responded to any question. We look forward to our visit next year.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We have been looking for our perfect vacation/retirement home on the Gulf side of Florida for 10+ years. We finally found the perfect home for us and the perfect location. We have always wanted to be on a salt water canal with Gulf access and of course with a pool. After the closing we sat down by the pool and felt so relaxed we didn't want to go back north. (unfortunately we can't stay all year quite yet)

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This home is in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Everything you could need is convenient and close. There are so many directions you can go to explore and most are within a two hour drive. Interstate 75 and Highway 41 (Tamiami Trail)
are close. Just an hour away you can catch the ferry in Ft. Myers and go to Key West or Marco Island. Travel just north to Tampa and visit the zoo or spend the day at Busch Gardens. Orlando is just under 3 hours away. We have three international airports so you can always find a spot to land. Punta Gorda has a small awesome airport 20 miles away if you fly Allegient or Sun Country.
