This first-floor apartment rests in Weymouth and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Harbourside Haven Apartmet 1 is a first-floor apartment resting in Weymouth, Dorset. It comes with two bedrooms, comprising of a king-size bedroom with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC and a twin bedroom, together sleeping up to four people and served by a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen and living/dining room. Outside, there is a balcony and an allocated parking space. Harbourside Haven Apartment 1 is a superb retreat to enjoy this part of Dorset.
Underground gated allocated parking space suitable for small cars [size restrictions: Height 2m x 1.8 m width x 3.983 m length].
It is the apartment on first floor on left hand side of picture (above roller garage doors)
Please note: A lift is available to the apartment. Whilst this apartment is accessible by a lift, this access to the property should not be solely relied upon as if not in operation due to maintenance / fault you will need to use the stairs.
Note: Underground gated allocated parking space suitable for small cars only due to tight turning into parking area [size restrictions: Height 2m x 1.8 m width x 3.983 m length]. Allocated mobility scooter charging point in garage.

Note: Mid September 2023 – Autumn 2026 - Please be advised building works are being carried out on the neighbouring property. There will be some disruption caused by this work which will need to be considered if booking during this time. The building contractor has provided a schedule of works which indicates the majority of the construction is between September 2023 and Autumn 2026. This may alter the view of the Harbourside from the apartment block once complete. Please contact the Office for further details.

Note: Fire Alarm Check will be carried out every Saturday between 11am and 3pm.
